二、焦虑：许多的考试，许多的挫折与失败；对自己过去的学习不满意、后悔；迫切地想改变目前的状态，但是却不知道从何处做起；当苦拚过一段后考试成绩依旧，觉得付出了努力收效甚微，白付了辛苦，觉得生活欺骗了你；看到父母脸上的担忧与关注，就会内疚、有负罪感等等，导致许多同学整天紧张兮兮、烦恼不安，焦虑，浮躁。

我先给同学们讲一个“猴子为什么没变成人”的故事吧。猴子想变成人，它知道要想变成人，一定要砍掉自己的尾巴，因为人没有尾巴。于是猴子拿起刀，决定动手砍掉尾巴，但动手之前，猴子被三件事困扰住了：

一是砍尾巴的时候会不会很疼？

二是尾巴砍了以后身体还能不能保持平衡？能不能保持灵活性？能不能活的长久？
