我们先在泳池旁边的铁杆边练习蛙泳，然后教练让我们拿着三角板绕着泳池游来游去。到了晚上睡觉的时候，我的两条腿好像有什么东西拉着一样，又痛又酸，但我没有放弃，第二天仍然坚持去学。

第二次教练又教我们怎么吐气、吸气，还教我们吐气时要把气吐出来，而且要发出一种声音。经过几天的训练，我终于学会了游泳。通过这次学游泳，让我明白了做任何事只有坚持就一定能成功的。

很快的暑假就一晃而过，我还没有细细来的及去体会些什么一切就悄然而失去了，此刻的其依然还是在教室上课，但是心理面却总是怀念起暑假的生活和那些快乐的日子。

暑假里，我象一只从笼中放出来的小鸟，能够在属于我自己的空间里自由飞翔，没有沉重的学习负担，没有母亲的絮叨，没有书本的纠缠。

This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

人蝇大作战

现在已经到了冬天，天气越来越冷，许多小昆虫和动物都开始冬眠，进入它们甜甜的梦乡里了。但是，还有一帮苍蝇不知好歹，竟还敢来咱家撒野，天天神出鬼没的，打扰我写作业，皮可真厚。哼，看我今天不来收拾你!

我轻轻地拿起“武器”——苍蝇拍，一小步一小步，小心翼翼地来到苍蝇的身后，就像武松景阳冈打虎那样，使出吃奶的劲，“唰”一下朝苍蝇拍去。一阵冷风从我耳边吹过，它挂了。唉!这么不堪一击，看来它和蚊子还是有一定的差距呀!

我正准备去写作业，神不知鬼不觉的，忽然又冒出来一只苍蝇，正“霸占”着我的书桌。我心想：“哼，小样儿，跟我玩植物大战僵尸呢!”我抓起拍子就朝它用劲打去。没想到这只苍蝇功夫挺深，居然还会使用“隐身术”，我左瞧右望，找了半天，累得满头大汗的，还是连苍蝇的一点踪迹都没找到。

这时，我的小闹钟着急地叫了起来：“主人，五点整!”啊!我彻底绝望了，妈妈就要回来了，我还没报仇雪恨呢!唉，没办法，我望望自己手上的苍蝇拍，看看动都没动过的书包，想想已经消失的无影无踪的苍蝇，只好满不情愿地把苍蝇拍放好，写作业去了。

至今，这团火还在我心里愤怒地燃烧着。哼，死苍蝇，我“杨大侠”总有一天会让你们灰飞烟灭、粉身碎骨的，咱们走着瞧，你们死定了!

一天晚上，我正在看书。突然，房间里一片漆黑，我什么也看不见了。

我从窗口向外望去，看见所有窗户里都没有灯光，原来是整个小区里停电了。于是，我正打算去找一个手电筒来照亮。但爸爸叫住了我，对我说：“你这手机能不是可以当手电筒嘛!”一下子我就想起来了。是呀，我怎么给忘了呢!在床头柜找到后，我按了一下键，顿时房间里亮了。然后我又翻箱倒柜，找出了第二个、第三个手电筒。我把它们都亮了起来，并分发给爷爷、爸爸妈妈。这些手电筒平时都是我的“玩具”，今天终于可以大派用场了。之后，我又飞快地洗了澡，因为我不知道热水器温度是多少度，于是把旋钮开到了，结果差点儿就被烫成烤鸭了!真危险!

最后，当我们正准备睡觉时，一道光使我睁不开眼睛，原来电又来了。我想：没电多难受呀!

今天我们要开一个家庭会，名字叫“写写别人的缺点”。我把音乐打开了，飞飞在中间跳着美丽的舞姿，我们的家庭会开始了。大家拿起纸头把个自的缺点写在上面，大家都写好了，我们又每人说了一个笑话，大家又说又笑。

最后我们把自己写的摊开，妈妈的缺点是爱发火，爸爸的缺点是爱玩点脑，菲菲的缺点是爱生气，我是吃饭太慢。

这些缺点我们都会正，通过这个家庭会，我能和妈妈爸爸多交流，多说说心里话，让他们更了解我。

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not

very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will

feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to

grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions.

Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.
