参观完月老阁，我们就可以开始自由活动了。

乐满地共分为7大区：欢乐中国城、美国西部区、梦幻世界区、海盗村、南太平洋区、欧洲区和森林游乐区。是国家AAAAAA级景区。

我们到达的第一个区是欧洲区。要说欧洲区里什么最惊险、最刺激，那就要数“超级大旋风”了。在我们还在风雨桥上时，耳边就不时传来一阵阵欢呼和尖叫声。等我们走近了，才发现这声音的来源——一个不断旋转的大转轮上，人们正在尖叫着。转到半空中时，突然来了个720°的大旋转。

我原以为我的胆子蛮大的，但是就是在下面看，也把我吓得一身冷汗。我就在下面楞了几秒钟，等反应过来时，就发现我被姐姐拉到了入口处排队。“哎呀，想反悔已经来不及了，干脆上了!”我想。

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. My winter holiday is very dull. I stay at home for most of time. Sometimes

今天真高兴，爸爸肯教我做菜。做什么好呢?我正在思考着。突然爸爸说，不如做你喜欢吃的糖醋里脊。我听了满口答应，可爸爸说糖醋里脊可不好做，需要好几道工序呢。“我才不怕，我最喜欢做有挑战的菜了。”于是我们二话不说直接开工首先第一道工序就是把洗好的里脊切成大小差不多的方块，为了美观我还浪费了好多里脊真是不好意思。切好以后，我便听爸爸指示先往锅里到油，等油沸腾了之后再将里脊肉放进煮腾的锅里，我听了就先拿筷子夹着然后慢慢放进锅里，可是这油偏偏跟我作对在我要放下去的那一刻，锅里的油就像发疯了似的全都“跳”了起来，这把我吓了一跳，好在爸爸及时把火调小，不然我还真招架不住。OK，第一步总算完成!接下来在油精心的“款待”下所有里脊肉总算被炸的金黄金黄的。接下来也是最重要的一步：裹面粉，按照爸爸的指示，先把面粉里兑水，然后等面粉化成面浆，再将炸好的里脊放到里面去“洗”个澡，原来金黄金黄的里脊肉瞬间变成了穿上白衣裳的胖娃娃，有一块里脊被我切的时候切成了有点像小人的形状，所以裹完面粉后就像个穿着白大褂的医生。

好了，完成!最后一步，将裹完面粉的里脊放到锅里在扎一下就完成了，因为中途接了个电话所以很不幸，我做的里脊有一面被烧糊了，不过没关系，只要撒上番茄酱一切都搞定。我请爸爸品尝一下我做的里脊，爸爸说，口感还不错，就是烧的有点老。虽然最后味道不是很好，但我还是独自一人用爸爸教的方法成功地做出了一道菜，今后我会再努力的，加油!
