不知不觉，盼望已久的暑假终于来了。无论期末考的分数是高还是低，这学期的所有烦恼都把他忘了，因为暑假的到了，不得不然你开心起来。

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running and rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

那是7月23日。艳阳似火、天气非常的火热，我经过几个月的刻苦练习，终于可以去长沙考七级了！

清早，我穿着妈妈送我的民族风公主裙，和爸爸妈妈快快乐乐地出发去长沙考级，一路上欢声笑语，不一会儿就到了长沙考点，考级的小朋友特别多，候场室人山人海，很多小朋友还在练习考级曲目。

我到了考级现场时，我的心一下提到了嗓子眼里，脸上顿时变了色，手心里直冒汗，我拿出指甲、胶布开始贴指甲！呀！太紧张了，胶布和手指似乎不和，分了家，我把手指擦了一擦，胶布和手指合二为一了。

exciting. I like Beijing very much. I hope I can go there again.
