My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom

Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head

teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do

morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast,

I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have

正好我们来到旅顺那天是抗日革命67周年纪念日——2012年8月15日。我们借这个纪念日来参观日俄监狱，就是当年日本人和俄国人在中国人的地盘来关押中国人的地方。“真是羞辱中国人的人格!”我心里想。在那里我看见了许许多多的监狱，被关在里面的烈士每天穿着破破烂烂的草鞋，用着豁牙裂齿的碗。烈士们表现的好就可以使用一等碗，等级越高碗就越大。烈士们如果抗议就会被绞刑，并装进木桶埋起来，如果没埋好，就会被野狼和野狗吃掉!简直太残忍了。参观完日俄监狱，我的心情十分难过，满腔怒火，无处释放。

妈妈爸爸为了让我高兴，所以就带我去了白玉山旅游风景区，那里非常漂亮。站在观看平台上能看到三座山，左面是黄金山，右面是白银山，中间是老虎尾海滩。站在上面看，能看到老虎尾的全景，好美，好美，就像那神龙摆尾!

愉快的时光总是短暂，旅顺的旅程就这样结束了。这两天不仅快乐还令我总结出了一个哲理——幸福是一种感觉。这就是幸福!

今年暑假我过得既轻松又愉快，丰富多彩，是属于我自己的暑假生活。

我每天除了写暑假作业外，我跟妈妈每天清晨都去颐和公园锻炼身体，漫步在树木花草旁，呼吸着清新的空气，与树木花草作伴，欣赏着美丽的月季花和薰衣草的芳香。我会对自己说：“暑假生活真美呀。”我用真诚感受大自然的美丽……

要念成绩了我的心忐忑不安不知自己是否能考好。当老师念到孙家成的成绩时，我们都惊叹的叫道：“哇!孙嘉诚考了92分。”平时不行的孙嘉诚居然考了92分，真是出乎意料，孙嘉诚心里一定是乐呵呵的。当念到我的名字时我的心就要跳出来了，“张铭阳82分”哎，我考得分太少了练85分都没进，我和孙嘉成平时表现相比，我比他好多了，但现在我居然败在了孙嘉诚手里而且还差了整整十分，真是惭愧。我打开卷子看了看题并不是很难，第一大题的第7小题，老师讲过，可是我却没有做对，第三大题的最后小题也是老师讲的可我也没有作对，这些题我明明都会可就是粗心马虎做不对，这是不可原谅的，以后我要更加认真、仔细。

下一次大考试期末考试，我已定要考到分以上，我一定要努力完成愿望，考一个好成绩让老师家长都高高兴兴的过新年。

Nowadays, environmental pollution is very common. Resource waste is also

seen everywhere. In order to protect the environment, to protect our earth, we

need to live a low-carbon life. I usually go to school on foot, sometimes by

bike. If I need to go to the other city, I will choose the public transportation

Firstly,we should take more bus instead of driving cars. As people’s living

standard has improved, there are more and more people driving private cars. This

phenomenon is one of the causes for air pollution. Because its gas will produce

lots of carbon dioxide, which may enventually lead to air pollution. Secondly,

when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turn of the lights, fans

Saving Water

The world is not only hungry,but also thirsty for water. This may seem strange to you, since nearly 75 % of the earths surface is covered with water. But about 97% of this huge amount is sea water, or salt water. Man can only drink and use the other 3% -- the fresh water that comes from rivers, lakes,underground, and other sources. And we cannot even use all of that, because some of it is in the form of icebergs and glaciers. Even worse, some of it has been polluted.

However, as things stand today, this small amount of fresh water, which is constantly being replaced by rainfall, is still enough for us. But our need for water is increasing rapidly-- almost day by day. Only if we take steps to deal with this problem now can we avoid a severe worldwide water shortage later on. A limited water supply would have a bad effect on agriculture and industry. Let me give you just one small exampie of how necessary water is to industry. Did you know that to produce a single ton of steel, it takes about 91, 000 liters of water?

We all have to learn how to stop wasting our precious water. One of the first steps we should take is to develop ways of reusing it. Experiments have already been done in this field, but only on a small scale. For us, the systems are as important as the spacecraft.

暑假的一天，我和爸爸妈妈到济源市思礼镇的九里沟游玩，我兴奋的一蹦三尺高，我们开着汽车，行驶在绿阴大道上，大道两旁的垂柳遮住了阳光，我们好似井底之蛙，只能看到一线天。两旁的庄稼地里种满了玉米，玉米己长出了天樱。

一到站，我立马从车上跳了下来，解脱了爸爸妈妈的管束，飞奔在羊肠小道上。突然，我看见了一条小溪，小溪中有许多自由自在游泳的小鱼，空中还有一些翩翩起舞的蜻蜓，红的、蓝的、绿的、黑白相间的，五颜六色的蜻蜓让我目不暇接。我二话不说就立刻奔了下去，我本想捉一些螃蟹，可是仔细的翻了许多石头都没有见到螃蟹影。我想：捉不住螃蟹捉两只蜻蜓也不错。我慢慢接近蜻蜓，可每当快要抓住它时，总让它给溜了。看来它是可见不可得之物啊!我不得不罢休。

我们继续游九里沟，走在斜度大约四十五度的台阶上，我发现了三个小石碑，上在分别写着“米寿、白寿、茶寿”。开始我不明白这是什么意思，后来查阅资料才知道，米寿是八十八岁，白寿是九十九岁，茶寿是一百零八岁。石碑旁就是通幽亭，也许通幽的意思就是通往幽静之处的意思吧，真应了那句：“曲径通幽处”。

我们沿着曲曲环环路，经过两条小瀑布，几个湖，还有卢仝茶社，到了九里飞瀑。

九里飞瀑真是“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”。它从高处巨大的水潭中落下来，砸在岩石上，溅起一片雪白的水花，微风吹过，空气中全是水雾。站在飞瀑边上就能感觉到丝丝凉意。飞瀑的岩石上有许多青苔，为灰色的岩石增添了绿意。

再往前走，我们到了幽静的山林，我总感觉山林中只有我们三个人，真是“空山不见人，但闻人语响”。我环顾四周，青山被高高低低的树遮掩着，远处的山朦朦笼笼，分不清哪是山哪是云。脚下的水潺潺的流着，发出叮叮咚咚的声音，悦耳动听。好一个青山怀抱，绿水缠绕。

快到古禅词堂时，却天公不作美，竟下起雨来，我们只好打道回府……

这次旅游虽然很累，但我知道了九里沟的水是绿的，山是青的，天是蓝的，空气是清新的，真是避暑的好地方。

因为妈妈要回西安办事，所以，这个暑假大多时间是在西安度过。西安比较干燥，比深圳凉快些，再热也就中午热一会，早晚凉，灰尘大些，刚开始不大习惯，一周后就习惯了。

每天我都很早起来，吃了早饭后就写作业，基本是上午完成一天的作业。中午午休后，除了看故事书漫画书外，我就是到楼下玩。

这次妈妈专门带我坐火车来回，一路上看到了江西、河南和陕西的风景，发现祖国真大真美啊!火车上的餐厅也蛮雅致的呢，坐在那里边吃边看窗外移动的风景，感觉很不一样呢!期待下次再见西安时候，她能变得更美!这个暑假收获真多!

“失火了！失火了！”一声声叫喊吵醒了我。我揉着蒙眬的睡眼向窗外一看，呀，对面王阿姨家的小平房烧着了！那熊熊大火像恶魔一样吞噬着平房，滚滚浓烟从中涌出来。大火越来越猛，可却没有出来。我们都为王阿姨及她的家人捏了把汗。

我们坐地铁去金茂大厦。到了金茂大厦看起来十分雄伟，壮观。我们坐着电梯上金茂大厦去了观光台。电梯5楼，5楼的上，一分钟都不到就到了88层，观光台一共有三百四十米。我们从金茂大厦往下看人，就像似小蚂蚁，汽车就像小型玩具车。我们人顶上向下俯视中心，可以看到中心是空的，楼梯一卷一卷的像一个大弹簧，我很害怕，我们会不会掉下去，说完我们就在金茂大厦玩了一个多小时，接着，我们就排队坐楼梯下来。

接着我们准备去海洋世界玩。我们走啊走，终于到了，海洋世界。我们买了票进去了，一进去我们就看见了五彩的小鱼，很小，还有大红鲤鱼我们走啊走，突然看见了一条大鱼，接着我们继续走，忽然我看见了大鳄鱼在石头上一动不动，我小心翼翼的走，看到了许多奇怪的鱼，突然，我感到有点冷，哇，眼前有许多的企鹅，怪不得这么冷。我们一直走看到了很多的红色水母，手很多。忽然我们走到了一个地方，我抬头一看，呀!好大的鲨鱼，不止一条，令我胆战心惊，不知不觉中我就出了海洋。

海洋世界真好玩。
