随着科技的发展，人们可以通过一些手术来让他们的脸看起来完美，甚至看起来比实际的年龄年轻。当我们看到商业广告时，可以发现明星看起来很漂亮，嫉妒他们年轻的容颜。但是对于我来说，我觉得保持年轻的秘密不是通过外科手术，而是保持健康的生活方式。今天，年轻人的生活方式很不健康，他们喜欢熬夜，中午才起床。年轻人养成了在晚上活动，白天睡觉的习惯。这是多么糟糕啊，他们是在损害自己的身体，他们的身体比正常的速度老化得快。如果人们早睡早起，做运动，保持平衡的饮食，他们会看起来年轻。所以不要期望通过外科手术来变得年轻，那是有害的，唯有健康的生活习惯才能让你年轻。

Serious Floods

The Yangzte River is the longest river in China. And its important and helpful to us Chinese. But these days the Yangtze River is bringing us serious floods.

Many villages were destroyed by floods. The floods made hundreds of millions of people lose their homes, relatives and friends. Many children cant go to school as usual .Now the foods have drawn the attention of the whole world. People from abroad have offered their help too. In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

严重的水灾

长江是中国最长的河流。它对我们中国人十分重要。但现在长江给我们带来了严重的水灾。

许多村庄被洪水冲毁于。洪水使成千上万的人失去了家园，亲戚和朋友。许多孩子不能与平常——样去学校了。现在洪水引起了全球的注意。国外的人也给予了援助。在中国，上百万的战士忙于与洪水搏斗。他们努力工作，许多人在救村民时献出了自己的生命。

尽管我们不能帮助他们抗洪，但我们可以帮他们重建家园。我们可以捐出零花钱和衣服。我相信在不久的将来大多数人会回到家乡。

真的，好久好久没有暑假了，自从小学被选进少体校后，生命的篇章里已然没有了“暑假”两个字。而今，我升入了初中，脱离了体校，终于又开始了尘封四年之久的暑假生活，那份喜悦之情，真的已经无法言语了。

暑假的第三天，我乘火车来到了湖南怀化，这里是父母经商之地。依稀记得，四年前，我还是小学生时到过这里，转眼的瞬间，我已经是高中生了，沧桑一笑，感慨岁月流逝，斗转星移，顿悟“匆匆的走过岁月里，岁月她亦匆匆。”

到了湖南之后，生活变得精彩纷呈。早晨起床，母亲已经把可口的早饭准备好了，一家三口聊着家常，我静静的聆听着母亲诉说许久不见我后寂寞的心情，嘴角洋溢着笑意，心底深处却似水深火热般复杂。母亲的心，母亲的爱，在我生命之中，如此平凡，如此伟大，想起某哲人的一句话：“世间万物千变万化，唯有不变的是母亲的心。”微微一笑，我继续聆听着母亲的心声。中午，母亲总是变着花样为我和父亲送上各色菜肴，还总是担心今天的饭菜合适爷俩胃口不，今天的饭菜是否丰盛，我与父亲此刻总是微笑颔首“不错，不错，今天的饭菜很好。”其实，我觉得并不需要饭菜花样百变，一份用心做出的饭菜，更何况这是一份母亲对儿子的爱，妻子对丈夫的爱构成的心，无论如何，饭菜都是可口怡人的。晚饭过后，一家人时常去逛街，母亲总是喜欢挽着我的手，笑呵呵地说，四年前，只不过是一个和我差不多高的小男孩，如今，却已经是一个高大的帅小伙了。父亲在一旁边吸烟边倾听着我们_的谈话，时而能够捕捉到嘴角的微笑，这样的画面，好温馨，好幸福，真的，好幸福……

重温暑假生活，我重温了家庭的温暖，与父母的爱，这样的暑假生活无论如何也不会枯燥的，而我，当然已经很满足了!

放假了，放假了，我想：经过了一个漫长的学期，终于可以迎来一个开心的暑假了。正在这时，老师进来了，我觉得有种不祥的预感。果然，老师发了一张又一张的纸，此时我的头就大了。哎呀!这次暑假的“作业山”又是避免不了的，就这样，我感觉整个人都不好了。

暑假终于来了，我的生活也就变得简单了，但天天只有作业陪伴，我有点不耐烦了，有时想大声地骂作业：你有什么好布置的，我一看到你就心烦，其实你一点儿也好不到哪去啊!爸妈看我这样，想把我送到暑假班，听到这个消息，我觉得整个人已崩溃了。

我已经开始反对了，但他们一定要把我送到那里，我也已经想好怎么办了，经过我的千言万语和死缠烂打，再加上我的撒娇计划，终于说服了爸爸妈妈，同意我再家里完成暑假作业。我这才松了一口气，轻松了一点。

我感觉爸爸妈妈把我送到暑假班也是为了我好，我感觉自己是一个非常幸福的少年。

时间不断流逝，我觉得两个月一眨眼就过去了。痛苦的日子，终于和我挥手告别了。

Winter vacation, I could have just like all the children have a blast, but
