此刻，我无比期待，第二天，早早准备了上课的学习用品，和同学们一起坐公交车去上课，在这个炎热的夏天，在教室里吹着空调听着老师讲课，让我学习到很多新知识，林老师说;“暑假要把基础知识掌握以外还要大量阅读，坚持阅读是培养理解能力的有效途径，当别人在休息，而你在努力的话，你才能走到同学前面，暑假是弯道超车的最好时机。”我心想：老师说的很有道理，我相信了。

这个暑假虽然要做很多作业，但是我喜欢上阅读和写作。

暑假一开始我就安排好了自己的暑期生活。放假了暑假的兴趣班没几天就接上了，一直到8月14号结束，所以这之前的星期一到星期五都要去金字塔培训中心去上课哟，还有每周二，四，六晚上的毛笔训练班，不过双休日我会去外婆家看我的妹妹，偶尔休息天会和小伙伴出去游玩放松。在这期间要做完学校布置的暑假作业，之后还得把爸妈布置的作业完成。

在培训班里，我结识了许多新朋友，和他们一起度过大半个暑期，我们会在下课期间一起玩耍，十分快乐。

在毛笔培训班，我写的字也比以前进步了，比以前好了许多。

最快乐的就是在外婆家了，可以无忧无虑的，还有妹妹是我最好的玩具，我经常陪她嗯嗯啊啊，她哭了我就会安慰她，拍拍她，好可爱呢!

暑假里妈妈带着我和姐姐到健身馆去报了游泳，第二天我们就跟袁教练开始学蛙泳。教练先教我们把小腿合起来，再把脚翻起来，最后把腿蹬开去，再合拢。然后教练把四块泡沫板系在我们身上，泡沫板是让我们的身体浮起来用的，两手拿着的三角板是让我们掌握平衡用的。

我们先在泳池旁边的铁杆边练习蛙泳，然后教练让我们拿着三角板绕着泳池游来游去。到了晚上睡觉的时候，我的两条腿好像有什么东西拉着一样，又痛又酸，但我没有放弃，第二天仍然坚持去学。

第二次教练又教我们怎么吐气、吸气，还教我们吐气时要把气吐出来，而且要发出一种声音。经过几天的训练，我终于学会了游泳。通过这次学游泳，让我明白了做任何事只有坚持就一定能成功的。

在学校，被书堆埋了一个学期，现在总算可以扔掉身上的书堆，直起身来，伸伸懒腰，迈开轻松的步伐，走向光明啦!Ya!令人欣慰的暑假终于到了。

虽然有暑假功课，但是对我来说，暑假已经是我可以放松心情的时候了。七月份，虽然很想和同学一起上辅导课，但是一看到那惊人的辅导费只好放弃，但是也不能无所事事的待在家里，所以我决定，一定要在七月时将所有的暑假作业完成，再做我喜欢的事，那就是将自己关在房间里看我喜欢的书，静静的，享受一个人不受打扰的时光。当然，也不能每天都关在家里，所以偶尔要来点动态的活动，也许和家人一起去游泳，也许和家人一起到乡下的爷爷家玩，体验一下采莲藕的乐趣。

到了八月份，就像跑步前得先做暖身运动。这个月我们将将开始上一些下学期的新课程，因此我会再度背着书包来到学校，不过，这一次我的步伐肯定轻松了些，因为我知道，快乐时光不是永远的，七月份我已经放松了一个月，因此八月份的课程，我有把握正是我补足能量发挥潜能，奋发向上的时候。

以上是我的暑假生活计划，或许内容不够多采多姿但回顾以往的经验，我知道光是天马行空妄想是不可能行通的，所以这次我要确实做到真正的有效放松，才能达到有效学习。暑假很快就会过去了，我有信心这会是个既轻松又充实的暑假。

转眼间，暑假已经过去半个多月。在这半个多月里，我接触了许多新事物。

首先是乒乓球。以前我是一个“体育白痴”，我刚开始练习时很吃力。教练多次给我示范动作我就是学不会。怎么办?练呀!我一有空就练习，或者看别人做，我跟着学，然后私底下再自己琢磨一下技巧。慢慢地，我的球技越来越好，教练都说我是“功夫不负有心人”。

其次是学吉他。记得去年暑假，我接触了我人生第一样乐器——尤克里里。可以称它为“小吉他”，只是它比一般吉他少了两根弦，小了一点而已。但是今年暑假，我真正“进军”到了吉他领域。不看不知道，一看吓一跳。吉他比尤克里里大多了，把它俩放在一起，简直就是“小巫见大巫”。因此我初学吉他时也很吃力。手指灵活度不高，按弦按不响，和弦按错……这些问题成了我的“家常便饭”。于是我只能“勤学苦练。”又一个“功夫不负有心人”，在妈妈的监督和自己的努力下，终于把这些毛病都一一克服了。最后就是我的英语课程。和往常的“新理念”不同，今年暑假我学习了“新概念”。它比“新理念”要难得多，这就意味着我比平时要更加努力了。我会的!我一定把我的“英语之梦”继续下去，让它闪耀，让它辉煌。除了这些学习课程，假期里我还阅读了许多好书，如《红岩》、《故乡》、《平凡的世界》、《红楼梦》……都让我受益匪浅。我还试着帮助家人做了很多家务，享受劳动的快乐!

适逢暑假，期待了一学期的假期终于到了，我的心情也像出笼的小鸟，早已对外面的世界无比渴望。本来，我想假期一定要外出游玩，怎奈天公不作美，虽则晴空万里、阳光灿烂，奈何高温不降，出门简直成了一种煎熬，在外面走一走都险些中暑。于是，我只能重新修改我的假期计划，以室内活动为主了。下面就是我的计划：

（一）完成假期作业

同学们经常一提起假期作业就叫苦不迭，我也曾经是其中一员，不过现在，我感觉到假期作业也是有意义的。它可以让我们在假期保持学习的习惯，复习学过的功课，预习新的课程，提高自己的能力。读后感、观后感这些作业也可以让我们接触到更多的好书和好电影。

（二）进行课外阅读

读书应该是生活中必不可少的一部分，在假期，我准备阅读的书有伍美珍的《单翼天使不孤单》、曹文轩的《山羊不吃天堂草》、冰心的《致小读者》和《小橘灯》，还有郑渊洁的童话故事集。此外，我还打算阅读一些科普读物，增加自己的知识面，提高科学素养。读好书，开卷有益，多多益善！我想规定自己每天至少读两个小时书。

（三）学习艺术课程

我学习水彩画和钢琴都有一年有余，为了不让自己的技艺荒废，我计划每星期在参加课程的同时，画一幅作品和几张速写，每天练习钢琴的弹奏。尽管练习的过程会有点枯燥和辛苦，但为了未来的成就，我应该坚持下去！

（四）练习做家务

既是“宅”在家里，不能四体不勤、饭来张口。我已经学会了凉拌菜和煮菜的做法，计划学会炒菜，争取多为家里分担家务。

最后，如果天气凉爽的日子还能出现在暑假里，我想我会出去好好玩一番，充分享受夏日的明媚。

真是太开心啦！爸爸终于带我去了期待已久的洛阳玩了。

一走进复原后的隋唐古都宫殿，就被眼前的景象震撼了：整座宫殿金碧辉煌，到处金光闪闪非常耀眼。虽然这座宫殿是现在才复原的，但是仍然让我体会到那个时代的繁荣昌盛。

导游告诉我们，在我们脚下才是真正的宫殿遗址，我赶紧顺着楼梯往下跑，一下楼就看到无数用玻璃隔挡起来的出土文物，有锈迹斑斑的大军师刀、青铜剑、矛、戈、各种箭头，还有王侯才能拥有的玉壁。

让我印象最深的是身着盔甲的重骑兵、轻骑兵人俑。他们身材高大宽厚，身着盔甲，手拿武器，有的面如猛虎、有的视死如归，十分威武。最后是一个身着战袍，头戴钢盔，站在有四匹高头大马拉着的战车上，我想他肯定是指挥战役的将军，只见他表情凝重又勇猛，双眼直视前方，手里的令牌随时都有可能抛出去，嘴巴张着像是喊着“冲呀！”我仿佛看到了战场上尘土飞扬，战士们口中喊着“杀呀、杀呀！”马儿的嘶吼声，战鼓的咚咚声，武器的碰撞声，那一刹那让我心脏加速，热血沸腾。

导游说一代代的王朝为巩固自己的国家而不断的战争，才使军事发达，武器品种繁多。这十三朝古都真是名不虚传，通过导游的介绍，我了解了洛阳古都的兴起和衰败，感受到古代战场的激烈与凶残，让我这个历史爱好者流连忘返，以后有机会我还想再来！

It was sunny and hot today.I got up early at half past six.I read English

and then had breakfast.I helped my mother washed the dishes.Then I did my

这是愉快又特别的一天，爸爸妈妈带我和妹妹去欢乐风暴玩了。欢乐风暴是一个水上乐园，里面有许多项目，比如过山车、漂流、儿童乐园、冲浪。

进去后，我先换了衣服，等大家聚集后，我就像离弦的箭一样冲去了儿童乐园，因为我都迫不及待了。有好多项目小孩不能玩，有点可惜。所以我只能呆在小孩玩的区域，那里的水很浅，只到我的膝盖，我玩了滑梯，因为滑梯有水冲下来难免会呛到水，那可难受了。我可爱漂亮的妹妹不敢，因为她有点胆小。

还有一个池子都是肥皂泡，一跳下去全身都是泡泡，像圣诞老人一样。为了把身上的泡泡冲洗干净，我兴奋过度不小心摔倒了，膝盖破了，那叫一个惨啊，欲哭无泪。

我最喜欢的一个项目是冲浪。浪冲过来很大很刺激，会把人都掩盖了，让人呛到又高兴又难受，可是又很好玩。泳池的人很多，像大型派对。音乐响起带动起气氛，人们跟我一样都玩得很高兴。

今天，我去了我小姨家学做月饼。

小姨已经准备好了材料：面团和馅。我洗干净手就开工了。我先是把一块面团压成饼皮，然后把馅放进饼皮里包起来。接着把饼放到月饼模具里，用力一压，一个漂亮的月饼成型了。看着这些精致的月饼，真想马上咬一口。

我们把压成的月饼放进烤箱，10分钟后拿出来抹上鸡蛋，因为只有这样做出来的月饼光滑漂亮。再把月饼放进烤箱烤5分钟。不一会儿香喷喷的月饼就出炉了。

看着自己的劳动成果，非常开心!做月饼太好玩了。

走在放学回家的路上，我仿佛置身于一个欢腾的海洋。一座座立交桥宽阔平坦，四通八达。宽阔的马路在阳光地照射下显得十分明亮，一辆辆汽车在马路上川流不息，像一匹匹骏马在辽阔的草原奔跑着。

我回家要骑一匹“公交骏马”。坐在公交骏马上往外看，哇!好一副流动的画。骏马经过了九曲十八折的大街小巷，每一条大街在五颜六色的蓉城中蠕动，像河水一样在流淌，前不见头，后不见尾。

走在放学回家的路上，我好像置身于一个欢乐的天地。一路上人们欢声笑语，树儿在微风吹动下好像在说：“放学快乐，放学快乐，快去玩吧!快去玩吧”!

我首先观察的是人类的皮肤。我用胶带粘在自己的手上，然后再把胶带给撕下来，贴在切片上，放在显微镜上观察。我先观察的是放大40倍的皮肤，睁大右眼向里看，哇!我的皮肤看得一清二楚。它的形状是线条状的，上面有小黑点。像冬天窗上结的窗花。它的颜色也挺像窗花的，是白色的。但是，它的周围有一些小黑点，我想那大概就是手上的细菌吧!

接下来，我观察的是放大100倍的皮肤。没想到，放大到100倍的皮肤变得模糊不清。但是，我还是能隐隐约约看到线条状的皮肤。

它的颜色有所改变，既不是白色，也不是黑色。而是透明的带有黑色小点。怎么样?很神奇吧。看着这些细小的生物，我心想：原来，人类的身上还有这么多的秘密呀!

然后，我又把我的皮肤放大到200倍。哇!放大到200倍的皮肤就更神奇了。它的形状根本看不清，好像是无形的。可是，它的颜色并没有变，还是透明带小黑点。今天我通过显微镜看清自己手上有这么多的细菌，决定以后要更注意卫生，不要乱吃脏东西。

大家看了这么多的细小生物，会不会着迷呀?大家如果有兴趣的话就跟我进行下一个研究。

我马上要用针扎破自己的皮肤，观察自己的血液。说实在的，我一点也不怕，勇敢的扎破了自己的皮肤，把鲜血挤在切片上，放在显微镜上观察。我先观察放大40倍的血液，血液的形状呈颗粒状，像药粒一样。血液的外面一圈是白色的，中间是深红色的，集中起来像珊瑚礁。美丽极了!

然后，我又把血液放大到100倍来观察。血液放大到100倍时，形状没有改变，还是颗粒的形状。外面一圈是淡红色，里面是白色。

我先观察了男孩的皮肤，哈哈!还真不一样哎。他们皮肤粗糙，真不像女孩的皮肤。形状也是颗粒状的，颜色是周围黑，中间淡红色，像兔子的眼睛一样。不过男孩的皮肤放大到100倍时，颜色有很大的改变。由淡红色变成了淡白色，我想可能是因为放大100倍看得太模糊的缘故。虽说颜色有了很大的改变，形状也有了很大的改变，由淡红色变成了淡白色。

接下来，我又观察了男孩的血液。他们的.血液很稀，颜色也不怎么深。是白色泛红的，像一种红色的雨花石，还挺漂亮的呢!不过形状倒没有什么改变。

通过这次观察，我明白了：生物界中，还有无数的奥秘等着我们去发现、去研究，我们要热爱科学，学习科学，探索生物界很多未解的秘密。

在我的暑假生活中有许多有趣的事情，但令我印象最深的要属去妈妈公司参观了，这一直是我心中一个小小的愿望，我想了解工作中的妈妈。

那天早上，我很早就起床了，因为我期盼已久的愿望在今天将要实现了。我怀着激动的心情来到了妈妈公司，平日只能看到你的外表，在今天我就可以深入的了解你的内在了。

最后，齐阿姨向我们介绍了公司的产品之一油泵，在齐阿姨的介绍下使我了解到油泵的的组成部分以及作用。油泵有两个功能，一是将油箱内的燃油供给发动机使用，另外一个功能是油泵上装配了油位传感器，它的作用是将油箱内燃油的多少用信号传递给汽车仪表，这样我们就能随时监控油箱内的燃油的多少，来及时给车辆加油。听完这些，我们受益匪浅，小小产品尽然有这么强大的功能。

时间过得真快呀!转眼到了午餐时间了，食堂的叔叔阿姨们精心为我们准备了营养可口的午餐，使我们的食欲大增，美美的吃了一顿别样的午餐。

吃完午饭，叔叔阿姨们还为我们准备了小游戏，就是拼图大比拼。我们分成四人一组，一共四组。游戏开始了，大家争先恐后的拿起拼图，七嘴八食的各抒己见，时间一分一秒的过去了，可是我们的拼图还没有完成。这时我想起妈妈的一句话，做任何事情都要有耐心，要讲究方法。于是，我静下心来，努力寻找方法，最终我们得了第三名。

在游戏中我们结束了这次愉快的公司参观活动，我们在公司的大门口留影，记录下了这次完美的体验。经过这次参观活动，不仅让我学习到妈妈公司的产品知识，同时也让我体会到妈妈平时工作的辛苦和劳累，我一定要好好学习，来分担妈妈的辛苦。

Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive

society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it

We went to Beijing and stayed there for four days. We lived in the hotel.

Red Army soldiers threw their heads and sprinkled blood, we would not have our

happiness and happiness, and we would not sit in the classroom to read! I still

remember my mother told me the story of the long march of the Red Army 25000

miles. They were hungry, hungry and long-distance, and they insisted on the end.

The military training in the summer camp is the most tiring for us, and

there is also iron discipline. On the day of military training, the sun was on

the air. We are in a neat line, holding our heads up, holding our chests,

waiting for the instructors order. The instructor is very strict. He did not

allow us to move, not to speak, to look around, to make a wrong action and to

report, students were not "ah" a sound. The training began, he taught us a lot

of movements, including a little rest, determination, cross row, etc. He did it

very seriously, and we looked very carefully. At noon, the sun scorched the

earth mercilessly, sweat came down our faces and our clothes were wet. But we

still practice standing still and starting, just like a Red Army soldier. At

it every day, no matter how windy and rainy.

In this summer camp, Liuying memorial hall, Shanxi revolutionary education

base, is our best place to go. The teacher led us up the steps, through Wyoming

gate, to the memorial hall. I saw Comrade Liu Ying standing in the garden, his

bright eyes facing up to the front, smiling, as if he had just won the war. In

the museum, there are many cultural relics and pictures arranged in order for us

to visit. I stopped in front of a picture that recorded how the enemy used

torture to force Communists to take the norm. Tigers torture them from the

bench, buttock lighting, and ten finger contact torture. But they bear the pain

and refuse to say the secrets of the Communist Party. How great it is! But some

people in front of this torture fear death, said secrets, become a traitor

slave, how shameful!

This summer camp has brought us profound educational significance, and once

again I remember the great achievements of revolutionary martyrs, and I have

learned a lot from it. We live in this happy and peaceful era, we should study

hard and grow up to serve our motherland!

Everyone always has a good Sunday. On Sundays， everybody does some things what he like.

Last Sunday， Jack had a relaxing Sunday. He got up 6 o’clock. After breakfast， Jack played basketball with his friends. They were very happy. Then he played the guitar in the room. And he sang songs very loudly. Though it’s very relaxing for him， it also make very noisy for neighbors. Maybe he should turn down the music. At noon， jack fed his pet cat henry. He is Jack’s favorite. Jack always play with him on the weekends. At night， he watched TV on the sofa. At the some time， he ate many delicious snacks. So he really had a great time.

At the of day， jack thought if I always have a relaxing Sunday like today. I will become the happiest boy all over the world.
