Dear Mr. Headmaster,

I am Li Hua , a student from class one ,senior II . I am writing to draw

your attention to some improper behavior among us students : littering and

scribbling . It makes our school dirty and unpleasant , and does harm to the

image of our school . I always feel ashamed whenever I see this . It is clearly

not appropriate for a student to litter and scribble about. I wonder if the

school could place more dustbins around and set up specific rules against such

behavior. At the same time , students should be encouraged to develop good

habits and better behave themselves.

I believe that , with the joint efforts of bother teachers and students

Thanks for your last letter. Im so glad that you have been able (at last! ) to arrange a holiday in Australia. As I fear I wont be able to meet you at the airport when you arrive, nor will I be able to be home until later in the afternoon, so here are some instructions and suggestions.

There is a bus from the airport to the city. It is much cheaper than a cab. Take the bus to the city and ask to get off at Town Hall railway station.

To get to my place in the eastern suburbs you have three options. You can either take a cab, a bus or the train. I suggest you take the train, since the airport bus will leave you right at the station. Get off at Cliff Station. From there you can either walk to my place (about ten minutes) or take a taxi. Probably you should take a taxi as you will have luggage.

When you arrive at my flat, ring the intercom for Flat 2. My friend Lillian will be at home and she will open the front door for you and let you into my flat.

Presumably you will be tired and want to sleep. But if you feel like some exercise after that long flight, you could stroll down to Cooper Park, which is only ten minutes away ? you can see it from the window.

I have many reports that I need to tell you guys, and it is about love. I

know that some of you hate this word and think that it was some of my mean

tricks again, but I just want to tell you that this was no joke, because I had

put my heart on this report.

It was the summer, and I was just doing my homework as usual holidays; I

was actually having a very good time and what was being told of me, and I went

down stairs to get a snack. When I saw this cool girl named Marinette, she was

cool; and I just wanted to talk to her. I didn’t actually have a crush on her; I

just really liked the way that she looks. I just went outside and stopped to

say, “Hi,” she said HI back, and I was actually astonished to see her quite

surprised; she looked like she had a very good surprise that she was having at.

I looked all the way through this and saw no such thing; I shook my head, and

went inside.

After I had finished lunch I went down stairs t get my bag and get ready

for school. When I got into my seat, I started to think that something strange

is up with Marinette; it was actually not quite astonishing to hear this; but it

was actually what I was hoping for, I started to jump up, and rushing to the

bathroom. I scolded some people on the way, and Plad came out of my pocket, you

know the flying cat: What’s your problem; maybe you have a crush on her; “No, of

course not.”

I blushed, and was waiting to transform to figure what was up. I figured

that some people didn’t want somebody rummaging around somebody, and so I

transformed back, and went to class.

I sat on my seat quietly until the school bell rang like the signal that it

was time to go home. I started to have a low voice, and I actually even began to

learn swimming. It was very strange that somebody could learn that, but many

people do have that kind of habit.

I started rummaging around my room, and found some cool diaries from so

long ago; I checked on them and went to bed, and thought all about love for the

next few hours until I fell asleep. It was kind of cool, but I prefer it that

way since I didn’t even know that it was time to be reflected by your personal

self.

I am writing toshare my ideas about our English class. Now, our main material in the class isthe textbook, which is reasonable. But I think we can get some other resources,such as English magazines, songs, movies and so on. We can learn the basicknowledge from out textbook, and get some more from other materials. 中招前的复习阶段，孩子的身体状况不太好，病了有十多天，开始有一个礼拜一直低烧，后来脖子上又发现了有几个肿块，还一直头疼，三天两头请假。我带她到人民医院，医生怀疑是这是那，又是化验血，又做了细胞学检查，真是把我吓得要命。细胞学检查没什么事，又怀疑是结核性的，又到西郊结核病防治所拍片子、做化验，前后折腾了有半个月，最后诊断还是一个炎症。这一段时间直接影响了孩子的学习，再加上孩子的记忆里不是很好，对于学过的东西时间一长，忘得比较多，所以中招成绩不好，只考了562分，我们做父母的和孩子都觉得很对不住张校长。孩子真是辜负了你的希望，在此也表示我们的歉意!

孩子该上高中了，正好赶上求实中学第一年办高中班，当听班主任老师说根据孩子的学习情况，如果愿意可以上求实高中，孩子仍然可以在这样好的学校进行高中阶段的学习，我们做父母的放心，心头的一块石头也落了地。

孩子上高中以后，学习及各种费用也比初中多了，家庭经济也更紧张了。对此，宋老师说要把我们的情况给张校长说说，我不让她说，不想再给你添麻烦了，我们自己想办法解决。可是在高中班第一次家长会上，你知道了我的孩子仍然在你们学校上高中时，就关切的问了我们家的情况，就一直牵挂着我们的事。这一学期一开学就交代班主任蒲老师，又免去了我们这学期的学费、补课费等一切费用，甚至包括午餐费、晚餐费也免去了，真是让我们不知道说什么好。我们和你非亲非故，虽然我们知青下乡在一个农场，但由于农场知青人数多，当时我们也并不认识，而你却在我最困难的时候帮助了我，给了我们很大的帮助和关心，真是让我们全家人不知道怎样才能表达这份感激之情!

As a new teacher for ourclass, I think maybe you would like to know a few

things about ourclass.

Um…… firstly, maybe you would like a real goodassistant. I recommend agirl,

her English name is Amy too, Amy Lin. She’s really good atprocessing details,

and, yes, carrying stuff (but not too much).She does everything really fast, and

can leave enough timeleft.

Secondly, you might need a student-tutor, astudent that teaches other

students. Well, I think a student whichhas “maths-craze” called Eric well be fit

for the job. Hecan get good English grades as well, also, he loves helping

otherswith their studies. He wears black and blue rimmed glasses all daylong,

and maybe you know him. Many boys treat him as a boss, andare willing to listen

to him.

Thirdly, perhaps you’re alsolooking for a student which can entertain the

class and makeEnglish classes more interesting (a class clown). Then I

recommendLeo, he jokes all day long, has a great sense of humor and

crazyimagination. But he isn’t a classic good student, so perhapssometimes

you’ll get a bit annoyed.

您可能不知道我是谁，毕竟在升入这个初中的人有很多，您一般都不会在意这些学生是谁。所以我来介绍一下：我叫宋思雨，是将要在您的初中学习，生活三年的学生。既然说到这里，我就来自荐一下吧。

我今年已经13岁了，很快就要升入您的初中，在那里学习，生活三年。我是一个活泼，爱玩游戏的女孩。之所以说我自己爱玩游戏，是因为平常没事的时候，随不爱多说话的，但一说起来，内容大部分都是游戏之类的。

其次就是活泼。因为一旦玩了起来，那就是没完没了。

有一次我们学校放假了，我回到家里，吃过午饭，就出去玩了。我和朋友来到一个小公园里，做起了运动，虽说是运动，但其实是做运动项目，从中取的乐趣。我和几个同伴玩起了跳绳以后数我最勤快，他们在那里休息的时候，我还在那跳绳，很少休息。

后来，我们赛跑。因为我在途中休息了一段时间，所以，在跑的时候，力气很大，还且，我也跑得很快。得了第一。

再谈谈我的理想，我的理想是成为一名歌手。我希望自己在音乐方面有很大的进步，使我对理想更近一步。而且，我也希望自己的歌声能够消除父母，朋友的烦恼。

I have a busy father. He works in a big office .He has a big company. He is

busy every day. He has many thing to do.

He has no time to go home for lunch. He gets home at 7：00 p.m. At home he

does the housework.

He cooks nice dishes for mother and me .On weekends， he often goes to the

park with me .Sometimes he goes to swim with me， too. I like to stay with my

father.

He is a good father， he is also a happy business man.

i’m going to the sun on my holiday. i will go there by a spaceship. i will

take a big blue spaceship。then i’ll pilot the spaceship to the sun. the sun is

very hot. so i put on the super-shirt. in the morning， i will have some sun

burger for my breakfast.

at eight o’clock， i will play with my friends there. they are super dog and

super girl. super dog is white and black. super girl is very clever. super girl

and super dog like to play with me. so i play with them for forty minutes. then

i do my homework in my little red room on a small blue table. after my home

work， i will have my lunch. i will eat sun salad. i will make some red toy bear

to the sun babies. i will have red juice， red fish and red rice. all the things

are red. then i need a lot of water on the sun because the sun is too hot. so i

will walk to the spaceship. i’ll pilot the spaceship to the earth.

this is a good holiday on the sun.

As the new semester is coming, I feel so excited. It will be my last year

in primary school, so I cherish every moment with my friends. I have made up my

mind to study hard, so that I can be competitive for the better middle school.

My friends and I have also planned to go camping and we so are so looking

forward to it.

As a middle school student, I learn many subjects, I study so hard every day. When I get home, I will do my homework and then go over the book. But when holiday comes, I feel a little confused, because I don’t want to study and do something new. Then I don’t know what to do, my mind get blank. I decide to develop my interest. Some day, I happened to see a tennis match and I couldn’t stop watching, then I fell in love with tennis. So I started to learn playing tennis, I felt so happy. Now tennis is my favorite sport, I find a way to relax myself.

作为一个中学生,我学许多科目,我每天那么努力学习。当我回家时,我会做作业,然后复习书本。但当假期来临的时候,我感到有点困惑,因为我不想学习，想做一些新的事情。我就不知道要做什么,我的头脑一片空白。我决定培养我的兴趣。有一天,我碰巧看到一场网球比赛,我无法停止下来看,然后我爱上了网球。因此我开始学习打网球,我感到很高兴。现在网球是我最喜欢的运动,我找到一个方法来放松自己。

It was all that could be done for the whole wide world, for there was only

one of the man that care mostly for him than it is to other things or objects or

things like that; well mostly he cared for himself as I said.

One day he was going to work when he found a very big rock. He loved it and

so carried it to work; when he was there his companions argued with him because

rocks were not allowed in his office or his work area I said.

The man didn’t care for as I had said before this greedy man cared the most

was him and not others. When it was at the end of the day the man went home and

of course went to the mirror to look at himself perfectly. When it was time for

another day at work, the man was very, very, very sad; for his rock was gone.

Now it all happened that there was this rock collector that wanted to collect

all the rocks in his country.

When his companions told him about that he was not happy to hear it, and so

the man had decided to go on an adventure to find the one that had stolen his

rock; even though he didn’t even know what he looks like, but he had a sick plan

which will fool the one that won’t confess his fault. After giving or preparing

the things he’ll need, he hopped on his scooter and drew off to find the guy

that he was searching for.

The guy was soon found out and when he had been caught by the police, then

that time was the guy’s end. Everybody was happy to get their rock back, and

even though they knew that rocks didn’t have their lives; they were still happy

together. Now you know the meaning of rebound, it means: When you do a bad thing

then another bad thing will happen to you. I hope this story will teach you

something important.

And for the one that had stolen the rocks from other people, he knew his

own fault, but it was too late to confess it…

Even if the guy didn’t go to jail, he still knew his own fault and I am 100

percent sure that he will confess it too you know…

I am writing this to express my sincere gratitude to your kindness.It is

very nice of you to pay a visit when I stayed in hospital,I felt warm and

relieved when I saw you.I attribute my quick recovery to your care.I wish to

keep our friendship forever!
