先是班级内的风扇和门。我班的风扇常年有一些死角无法吹到风，而空调必须大课间后才能开，这样的环境氛围使得很多同学在前两节可无法认真听讲，使得效率低下。再来是门，我们班的门十分不好开，总需要一些同学去开，所以希望及时换锁。

接着是就餐问题。我们初一年初二年有订餐制度，但原先说分A餐B餐，但并未让我们选择，统一为我们选择，这一点希望落实。

我是中南大学一名普通的本科生，想提一些关于本科生教学的建议。我觉得：教务部门的老师们应该走出办公室，来到学生的课堂和学生一起听课，以达到督促讲师们提高教学水平的目的。

为什么这么说呢?因为我觉得，如果一个学生成绩不好，那他自身一定存在原因的，但是，个别老师的授课水平实在太差也是原因之一。

我曾经就遇到过样两种让我感到很无奈的老师：一种是普通话说得很糟糕的老师。一个课堂，几十人，几乎就没有人能听懂老师在讲什么，于是该科目只好自学(事实上，那门课程全班的成绩都比较糟糕)。虽然中南大学有教授必须参加本科生教育的规定，不过我真的觉得，对于一个年纪比较大的老师来说，要想改变自己的口音、练出标准一点的普通话确实很难。我觉得这些老师可能更适合搞科研、带实验。

第二种是“PPT老师”：上课就开始念PPT，念到下课结束，完全和学生没有互动，真的没有达到课堂教学应有的目的。其实这还算好的，最近遇到一位老师，他连自己PPT上的内容都不熟悉：一次，他看到不会的地方，还要底下的学生提示才搞明白。这真的是教学态度出现问题了。

不过教得好的老师还是有的：比如化工院主讲《物理化学》的向阳老师，讲课可以用一板一眼来形容，条理十分清楚明白，坐在下面一听就会!还有讲《生理学》的罗老师，也是讲课的条理十分清楚，感觉课上的十分充实。(强烈建议校长给这样的老师加工资!)

所以我觉得，主管教务的领导真的应该走出办公室，来到课堂中，来亲身体验一下老师们的教学工作做得怎么样，督促那些讲课水平差强人意的老师想办法提高自己的授课水平。我觉得，对于中南大学这样的“985”“211”副部级重点高校，更应该把自己的水平体现在日常点点滴滴的教学之中，让学生们从中受益。

问题一：我为什么到实验中学读书?

为什么?因为这里有良好的环境。一个良好的环境能带给我不一样的学习状态。但实际上，一个人在学习上还是要靠自己，再好的老师也给不了你好成绩，再好的环境也给不了你将来的重点高中，再好的学风也给不了你一个好的前途……说实在的，在这里学习的原因不外乎是：1、家长希望在这里学习能给他们汇报有一个好的成绩;2、这所学校是本市出了名的重点初中;3、在这里读书可以光宗耀祖，在别人眼里这个娃是个好苗子，可偏偏我的成绩不是很好。

我们学校在学习、校风、纪律等方面做得都比较好，在我看来学校需要改善的有：饮食、住宿。在饮食方面，学校应该扩大食堂，改善饭菜。早餐应该多一些含营养成分高一些的食物，少一些烤包(吃太多烤包会引起上火)，学校连基本的纯豆浆都没有，学生怎么补充营养。中餐、晚餐，多一些新鲜的蔬菜(蔬菜能补充各个方面的维生素)。住宿，就是希望男生们不要再“霸占”新食堂了，应该住在宿舍里。

父母都希望我们学好，可是在一些客观因素下我们会不由自主的产生一些不好的小念头。国家说要给学生减负，学校偏给老师施压，老师继而施压给学生，形成一个恶性习性。在老师的施压下，有些同学受不了，叛逆心理会更加强烈。我们现在面对的就是一堆所谓的作业，每天除了写作业还是写作业，还有考试时的固定答案，那明显是在禁锢学生的思想，这些跟古时的“焚书坑儒”、“罢黜百家，独尊儒术”有何区别呢?学习各有各的方法，为什么一定要规定统一学习方法呢?在一些成分下，学生难免会接受不了，继而形成社会上一些不好的现象。不是学生挑战老师的忍耐力，而是老师挑战学生的逆反心理。

三：还有我们一个星期就只有一节信息，我们每个同学都渴望着可以上信息课。老师却说：“学校不让我我们到电脑室去上，只在班上，你们自己看看书吧。”有时，老师连我们的信息课都占了，不上，上正课。你叫我们还怎样学啊!本来，光看书不去实践是不行的，还连我们在课堂上看书的机会都没有了。我建议可以让我们真正到一次电脑室去上一堂信息课。

您好!我是在您学校504班读书的学生，虽然在这所拥有优美环境的省一级学校学习，过得十分开心，但我认为学校依然存在一些问题。

假如我是校长，我还会多为学生们着想，在学校的停车场搭一个房棚，让学生的车辆得到保障。这样可以遮风挡雨，防晒减热。还会在停车场挂一些雨衣雨伞，由管理校门的伯伯管理，万一遇上下雨天，同学们又忘记带雨具，便可以登记姓名借用，在规定的时间内还，尊守规定。

假如我是校长，我还会组织一些有意义的小活动，比如：春游，童话节，问答日等等。还可以同过这些小活动来锻炼写作能力，让同学们想想，把活动的过程或收获表达出来。这样在玩的过程中有掺着学习的成分，提高学习兴趣。
