As a nation, we have endured far too many of these tragedies in the last few years. An elementary school in Newtown. A shopping mall in Oregon. A house of worship in Wisconsin. A movie theater in Colorado. Countless street corners in places like Chicago and Philadelphia. Any of these neighborhoods could be our own. So we have to come together and we are gonna take meaningful action to prevent more

tragedies like this from happening. Regardless of the politics.

This weekend, Michelle and I are doing what I know every parent is doing – holding our children as close as we can and reminding them how much we love them.

There are families in Connecticut who can’t do that today. And they need all of us right now. Because while nothing can take the place of a lost child or loved one, all of us can extend a hand to those in need – to remind them that we are there for them; that we are praying for them; and that the love they felt for those they lost endures not just in their own memories, but also in their communities, and their country.

一是施暴者家庭教育的缺失。荀况曾言“人之性恶”，所以必须“有师法之化，礼义之道，然后出于辞让，合于文理，而归于治”，施暴者童年没有接受良好的品德教育甚至本身就是暴力的受害者，导致形成了缺乏同情心和善意的个性，直接引起暴力。二是受害者法律意识不足，没有认识到校园欺凌的恶劣性质，往往使其不了了之。三是社会风气的扭曲。成人方即家长、学校往往“好面子”，不愿将事情闹大毁了自家脸面，却忽视了孩子的需要。三者互相影响，只会让校园欺凌愈演愈烈。

然而我们不缺乏极具保护意识的家庭，但校园欺凌仍在发生，只因在我国相关法律尚不完善甚至存在部分空白，法律往往迟到或者缺席。但依我之见，法律不应迟到，更不应缺席——且对于某些事件，迟到即意味着缺席!

对于校园欺凌，法律不能宽容更不能纵容。校园欺凌不得停止，往往是因为社会对事件性质不够重视，而法律的严苛恰恰能引起公众的关注度。法律惩戒可以使失足少年意识到事件的严重性，助其避免再犯，更让受害者得到应有的人身保护，也使旁观者自觉远离暴力事件。

对于校园欺凌，法律不能片面更不能偏袒。校园欺凌有关法律一般集中解决肢体冲突方面的“硬暴力”，忽视了对受害者心理伤害更大的“软暴力”、“冷暴力”，法律的保护范围应该有所改变，才能提前阻止“硬暴力“的发生与恶化。

对于校园欺凌，法律不能迟到，更不能缺席!受害者可能在迟到的法律前已结束了年轻的生命，施暴者也许在缺席的法律下成长为更恶劣的人……让法律起到它应有的作用，还人们记忆中纯真美好的校园!

For cxample, one Sunday I felt so tired after having a football match that I did not finish my homework even at night. I thought I could get up earlier to go to school the next morning so that I could finish my homework before class. 旁边的师兄师姐告诉我们，这棵树年代非常久远。传说在我们校园还没建立的时候就存在了，校园开始施工的时候，建筑师们也不舍得把它移除，于是就根据这棵槐树设计了校园的一角。因此每天都有好多学生以及老师都捧着书来到它的树底下阅读；音乐专业的老师经常把声乐课定在室外，也就是这棵老槐树的树底下，与学生在老槐树底下一展歌喉；喜欢绘画的学生，也经常会经常来老槐树身边取材。这棵老槐树的存在，使我们现代化的校园无不充满了历史感与散发着书香气息。

更妙的是老槐树巨大的树干后还藏着一个小小的门，直走是艺术院，往左走是地理园，往右走是生物园。

艺术园里一边展览着世界各国的绘画大师的画像与作品还有我国书法家的画像与行云流水的诗作，一边展览着我们校园里老师与学生的作品。老师与学生的作品都是需要一学期一次的比赛评比，最终获奖的作品才能放上面展览。

地理园的门是地球形状的圆形，地上铺满了鹅卵石小道。墙上描绘了一幅世界地图与一幅中国地图，雕刻着一幅中国地形图与世界地形图，非常地壮观。园子中央建起一个世界地形图与岩层深浅图的模型，颜色伴随着高低起伏的地形而变化，真是鬼斧神工般的艺术。

生物园里种满了适合我们地方气候生长的植物，有竹子、向日葵、仙人掌以及各种鲜花。园子里充满着芬芳的花香，还吸引了许多蝴蝶在上面翩翩起舞，景色非常地宜人。

校园里有这么有趣的一个地方，难道你不会爱上这个学校的环境，爱上这个学校的学习氛围，爱上学习吗？

It was the second day of our summer holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special. I stayed at home and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework. Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. 近些日来，鸡山小学的校园伤害事件令我震惊，同时也引起了社会上人们的关注。强行索要零花钱、拿烟头在同学手腕上烫疤痕、抽烟、去网吧······这一件件不正规的行为，使我怎么也不敢相信是和我仿佛年龄的三名小学生干的。他们的这些行为不仅使我非常气愤，同时也引出了我一段沉思。

在如今的社会生活中，我们小学生应该团结友爱、互帮互助，从中懂得什么是友谊、情谊。而这三名同学竟然不懂的真情二字，把和自己一起学习六年来的同学当作自己的奴隶，从他们身上获取物资，开始混日子。像这样的人，长大之后岂不是一个无情之物?

在这气愤的同时，我们应该静下心来，仔细思考一下：是什么使这些学生做出这样的事情呢?

我认为这一切的罪根祸首就是如今的家长。现在有很多家长不但不教导孩子学习一些好的品质，反而教导孩子学习一些不好的行为。如闯红灯、随地扔垃圾······还有些家长，竟然敢当着孩子的面来撒谎，当着孩子的面做一些破坏社会秩序的事情。家长可曾知道，他们的这一系列的行为，在我们幼小的心灵中种下了一颗黑暗的萌芽。由于我们儿时年幼无知，认为家长做的都是对的，于是便学习家长，所以才造成了前文三名学生的所作所为。

在此，我想向全社会呼吁：如果当今社会想提高我们青少年的品德素质，那么请先提高每个人自己的品德素质。我们孩子就如同一面镜子，折射出的是大人们最原始的面孔。
