一、待人要有耐心。

在这一个月的工作中，我接触了各式各样的客人，自然也渐渐学会了一些待人接物的方法。例如：在给客人点单的时候，会有一些客人看着菜单却迟迟不点菜，这就是考验我们的耐心的时候了，客人迟迟不点单，我们内心难免会有一些烦躁，但是我们绝不能对客人乱发脾气

作为服务员最重要的就是坚持顾客至上，尊重客人。另外，就算是同一桌人吃饭，每个人都会有不同的喜好，在点菜的时候有人会说要这个，也有人说不要这个，我们会被他们弄得头昏脑胀，可是我们不能大声抱怨，而是要恭敬地对他们说："你们要还是不要，谁说了算"只有尊敬客人，满足客人的各种要求，餐厅才会经营得更好，老板也会满意。

工作和上学是两种完全不同的概念，上学不迟到很多时候是因为惧怕老师的责怪，而当你走上了工作岗位，不迟到更多的是出于自己内心的一种责任。这种责任让我学会刻服自己的惰性，准时走上自己的岗位。这对我以后的学习生活也是一种鞭策，让我时刻牢记自己的责任，并努力加强自己的时间观念。做一个守时有礼的大学生。

四、赚钱不易，要学会节俭。

当服务员的工作，每天要面对着搞卫生，开单，打水，打饭，点菜，洗餐具等繁杂的工作，回家后都是觉得疲惫不堪的。尤其过年前有几天天气转冷，早上早起的时候更是艰难。不过，通过这些考验，我体会到了父母赚钱是多么的不容易，每天不仅要早起工作，还要照顾我们，这都是我在当服务员之前体会不到的。所以我也倡议其他同学可以在课余时间打份兼职，体会一下工作的艰辛，体谅一下父母的苦心。

五、这次的打工经历也让我的心理更加趋于成熟。

在餐厅里每天面对形形色色的客人，重复着单调的工作。让从未涉世的我还是有那么一点点不太适应的，但是坚持就是胜利。打工毕竟和在家是完全不同的概念，我们学会需要忍耐，需要学会承受，需要学会坚持。真的是不干不晓得，原来当服务员真的很累。而且在社会上，没有人再会对等的对待你，对于老手来说，他们会觉得你碍手碍脚，而一个人在那打工更是饱受孤单的

My Happy Times During Winter Vacation I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. When night comes, I am used to sitting by the fire and listening to grandma telling me many funny stories. And I tell her some new things happening in the city. When I have to go back, I am always reluctant to go. I really feel happy living in the country.

When I got home, it was very dark. Why? There is no electric. Every year in Beijing, there is lack of electric to supply. Because there are a lot of factories.

And it is very cold in winter. So the government decided: supply electric to resident and the factories must stop working. My house is in the manufacturing district. I was unlucky. It was very cold. So my father use the electric making machine to make electric. Oh! What a unlucky winter!

Since I go to primary school, I walk to school with my friends every day. It is not far from my home, so I keep walking. Early in the morning, the road is clean and there are less people and cars in the street, I can see the scenery all the way. The tall buildings, the green trees and the beautiful flowers are in front of me.

Time flies like an arrow, the sun is like a boat, in the winter holiday is coming. Have just walked out of the busy nervous final exam. To meet is relaxed and free winter vacation.

Although the winter holiday is very short, but we cant play because of the winter vacation short and follow ones inclinations, should be playing at the same time not forget to study combining exertion and rest.

Gorky once said that "books are the ladder of human progress" in peacetime because learning busy and have no spare time to read reference books. Winter holiday is coming now, we just can use the time to read reference books.

"Has its own gold room in the book, the book has its own treasure to", so I decided to use this holiday season more than look at the name of the ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign. Not only that I also want to consolidate the knowledge of this semester, prepare the knowledge of the next semester. I hope next semester moved on. Learning to lay a foundation for the next semester.

In the spare time to complete the teacher and parents the assignment, look at news concerned state affairs. In the time of the Spring Festival is not only to watch the Spring Festival gala, will eat dinner, visiting friends and relatives.

After the Spring Festival to loose heart a accept, to start put your heart in learning, the work can not continue to play. To the teacher and the school the assignment check check is done. Again next semester need to information and exercises will be ready.

光阴似箭，日月如梭，转眼之间寒假来临了。刚刚从忙碌紧张的期末考走出来。迎接的是轻松自由的寒假。

虽然寒假非常的短暂，但是我们不能因为寒假的短暂而随心所欲的玩，应该劳逸结合在玩的同时不能忘记学习。

高尔基曾经说过“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”在平时因为学习的忙碌而没有多余的时间看课外书。现在寒假已经来临，我们刚好可以利用这个时间看课外书。

“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉”所以我决定利用这个假期多看看古今中外的名着。不但如此我还要巩固这个学期的知识点，预习下个学期的知识。希望下学期百尺竿头更进一步。为下一学期的学习打下基础。

在空余的时间完成老师和家长布置的作业，多看看新闻关心关心国家大事。在春节的时间不仅要观看春节联欢晚会，还要吃年夜饭，拜访亲友。

过完春节要将自己散漫的心收一收了，要开始把自己的心放在学习上，不能继续玩了。要把老师和学校布置的作业检查检查是否已经完成了。再把下一学期学习需要的资料和练习题都要准备好。

这就是我的寒假生活，我的寒假我做主。
