每年放假我们一家都在爷爷奶奶家过春节。在一个阳光明媚的上午，陈浩叔叔开车到奶奶家，他从车上搬下一个烧烤架子，然后从车上拿出一大把竹签和一条羊腿，接着我的小姑也下车了，说今天要烤羊肉串，我听了之后高兴得跳了起来。这时，弟弟跑过来问我：“你为什么这么高兴呀?”“因为今天我们要自己动手烤羊肉串呀!”弟弟也高兴地拍起手来。

吃过午饭，我们都跑到了厨房，只见叔叔正把羊腿大卸八块，把骨头上的肉一片片的切下。没一会儿，羊肉就切完了，小叔开始一串串地穿，见我们站着，叔叔喊道：“你们也过来帮忙穿，别光站在那看。”我们正有此意，就动起手来一起帮忙，真的是人多力量大，不一会儿羊肉串就穿好了，接着我们迫不及待地开始准备下面的工作。

叔叔吩咐我和小姑去找一些砖头。砖头找好后，叔叔把砖头搭在一起，觉得怎么都搭的不对。这时，爸爸过来帮叔叔一起搭，有爸爸的帮忙，砖头不一会搭好了。爸爸负责生火，我和弟弟还有小姑负责找树枝。没几分钟我们几个就找了一堆树枝，爸爸找来了几张报纸用打火机点着，然后放入树枝，可是火没有如愿以偿的升起，还冒着很多烟，把我们的眼泪都熏了下来。奶奶走过来，提醒我们升火时要用扇子扇一下。叔叔找来扇子扇了几下，终于把火升起来了。爸爸把烧烤架子放在火上面，叔叔把穿好的羊肉串一串串地摆在架子上烤，然后刷上一些油洒上一些孜然和椒盐。很快，羊肉烤好了。小叔把肉串分给我们，大家感觉羊肉的味道真好，比街上新疆人卖的还好吃，可能是自己动手烤的原因吧，我们每个人都吃得津津有味。

这真是一个令人难忘的、有趣的寒假。
