I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

晚上，我和妈妈正在小区广场散步，突然看见我的两位同学正与一位阿姨往每家每户发送广告纸。我蛮好奇的，就立刻跑上去并要求与他们一道发送。

大家商量了一下，决定来一个小小的比赛：我们三个学生每人拿几张广告，发给在广场散步的大人，谁先发完，谁就赢了。他们俩有经验，胆子大，很快就发完了。我却因为胆子小，不敢与陌生人打招呼，一张也没有发出去。看着他们得意的样子，再看看依然握在手里的广告纸，我有些沮丧，也有些不服。

望着那些散步的大人，我发现好多人都已经拿到了广告，有些广告甚至都扔到了地上。我觉得挺可惜的，就把它们一一捡起来，准备重新发。

这次，我决定发给那些从外面回小区的大人，尤其是女士，因为这是一份有关家具店开业优惠的广告。

这时，一位叔叔掂着一箱牛奶往我们这边走来。我还是有些胆怯，不敢迎上去，但是我又不想失去这么一个好机会，就只得硬着头皮走上前，小声地向叔叔打了个招呼，然后将广告纸递过去。叔叔竟非常感兴趣地接过，并友好地道了一声谢。

没想到，第一份广告就这样被成功地发出去了。我心头升起一丝喜悦，胆子大了起来，也更有劲头了。

天冷，广场上的人很少。有两位阿姨骑着车子进车棚，我突然意识到那儿比较适合发广告，就走过去。两位阿姨先后从车棚走出来，我立刻很有礼貌地把广告发给阿姨，阿姨从妈妈那儿得知我在锻炼自己，都非常有兴致地配合我，还不忘鼓励鼓励我。

没过多久，我就把所有的广告发完了。我很得意，也意犹未尽，希望以后有机会仍能参与这种活动，因为这样既能从中找到解决问题的好办法，又能提高自己与人打交道的能力。
