In China, people usually have three meal a day, they are breakfast, lunch

and supper.People usually have breakfast from seven to nine in the morning.

There are many kind of food for them to eat, such as nuddles, eggs, fried dough

sticks and soy milk. They have lunch at about twelve at noon, usually have

vegetables, meats and rice. They have a short rest after lunch. Supper is about

at six in the evening. All the family eat together, they eat the same kind of

food as the lunch. Some people like to have some fruits after the meal.

he Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people.

In the past, people could not often have meat, rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. So every year they hoped that the Spring Festival would come soon. Now, although people’s life is much better, and we can eat the deli foods everyday. People still like the festival. Because most people can have a long holiday, and we are free to go on a trip or visit our friends or have parties with our family. In the evenings, we can have a big meal in the restaurant or stay at home with family and watch the TV programmes.

I like the Spring Festival very much. How wonderful the Spring Festival is!

实习第一天，新鲜感是有的，但没有想像中那样激动；只是突然就紧张忙碌起来了...

我们这组17个同学分在了西安市第75中学，校车将我们送到目的地已快10点了。先是大家一起将行李被褥搬到宿舍，幸好有个男同胞寇斌帮了不少忙。我跟舍友晓迪富贵儿一直都在一起，也住在了同一个宿舍，心里深感安慰。老大去了陕重子弟中学，刘敏考研复习，朱自主实习去了公司，小晴子也是自己联系了学校。

看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞，让人不禁想到当年的自己。其实老成也不一定是装的，到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态，但绝非傲慢。

之前听去郊区农村实习回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦，再看看这里，很知足了。校园很干净，还有塑胶操场，其实这所学校能评上西安市重点肯定有一定的基础的。除了住宿，有些狭窄，我睡上铺，简直上不去也下不来，很费劲；而且还发现宿舍没有装暖气，对那些住校生们可真是个很好的锻炼，梅花香自苦寒来嘛！

一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和75中的校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会，给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的意料，因为既有高中也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。我的名字在第二个写，当念我代初一2班时，失落的很；他突然又顿了顿“哦这个是班长啊，那分到高中组吧，高一1班。”我心里真乐开花儿了，我很是想教高中，也踏实了，否则我真一天天过的抑郁呢！

还给我们分了间办公室，是个暂不用的化学实验室，进去有股淡淡的化学药品的气味，但很宽敞。那个主任很细心，还让我去后勤领了饮水机和纯净水。

上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢！这样更真实也更容易接近。

然后去了高一组办公室跟班主任沟通，班主任办公桌对面碰巧就是英语老师的办公

桌，我们一起聊了聊。这两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。

下午第二节就是英语，我去听课，做了听课记录。

我们系主任让我和晓迪负责我们实习期间的事务。因此我们提前拟好的各项纪律制度，然后大家召集在一起开会。会后各自去吃饭，收拾东西。

在这里跟在学校实在没法比，尤其是时间观念。现在的中学生确实挺辛苦的，我也将跟他们一起遵守作息时间，共同度过这一个半月了。

希望我和我的学生们建立融洽的师生关系。

since i came to school, i always dont feel very happy. perhaps as the matters that about my family. i cant stand for some of my relatives, i dont have any words to describe them, but i feel biantai more or less be fit for them, they not only dont know how to love their brother, but also take advantage of us.

yesterday my mother said to me that she would go to Fujian with my uncle. it suriprised me, because everything changs so fast, mom always want to go with them, now her dreamcould come true, at first ,I didnt realize that she will go there, as my little brother, he is only 12. and dad is also so hard, on one hand,I agree with my mom, since she is ill, she need to have a rest. andI hope she can get well soon, on the otherI am against, when i go home, i always want to see my family sit there to wait for me.I think the child need the parents love. to bea child, nothing can be a substitute for the love he needs from his parents and the people around him, they often told us... but we more want our parents around us.I willbemore happiness than my brother,when I go to middle school. they are around me, bur now they all have to earn money for us. i cried when i remembered mother father brother.....

Li Ying is one of my classmates.We share a bedroom with four others,so we

are also roommates.Today is her birthday and it so happened that it is Sunday at

the weekend.We decide to hold a party to celebrate Li Yings birthday in our own

bedroom.Since she is the youngest in our room,we all feel responsible to take

care of her.We hope that this party can relieve her homesickness.

We bought some fruit and candy,nineteen small candles,and a cake.At seven

in the evening,the party began.We lit the candles and sang "A happy birthday to

you" to Li Ying.And then we each gave her a small present.Li Ying looked excited

and happy.She blew out the candles,and we tasted the fruit and candy while

talking about various funny things we experienced in our childhood at home.At

the end of the party we encouraged each other to study even harder and be top

students in our class.

The party was a success,for Li Ying seemed very pleased and looked more

confident of herself.Tomorrow she will be nineteen years of age.

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as

the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for

them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They

praized us a lot and said that we were good boys. Although we felt tired, we had

a good time.

Family Reunion and Feasting

Family feast is an important tradition during Thanksgiving. The entire

family sits at the table during dinner and offer prayer to the Lord Almighty for

his continuous grace. It is also a time for relatives living in different places

to come together and celebrate.

家庭盛宴是感恩节期间的一个重要习俗。全家人围坐在饭桌边一起祈祷，愿上帝施与永不停息的恩惠。这也让身处异地的亲友欢聚一堂，同庆美好时光。

Tradition of Turkey

The traditional stuffed turkey adorns every dinner table during the feast.

Pumpkin pie, Cranberry sauce, Corns are some of the dishes cooked everywhere to

mark the day. Though historians dont have an evidence to prove that turkey was

eaten during the first Thanksgiving dinner, the thanksgiving celebration will be

incomplete without it.

Parades

The traditional Thanksgiving parade probably started with President Lincoln

proclaiming it an official day. The full- dress parade is a way to display the

countrys military strength and discipline. The main aim of such parades is to

lift the spirits of the spectators, provide them with wholesome entertainment.

In the present day, parades are accompanied with musical shows and

celebrities.

一年的时间很快就过去了，新一年的春天到了，万物复苏一片生机勃勃的景象。我走在放学的路上看着这美景不知不觉中到了家，我顺手打开了门，就在这一刹那一阵香气扑面而来这是一种难以让人忘怀的香，他就像一股暖流一样涌入我的身体里使我感到无比的温馨，我顺着香气找去一朵红艳的花开在我的写字台上。我简直不敢相信自己的眼睛，原来那一盆普普通通素面朝天的花，变的这样的美丽迷人。难道它和我一样在适应着环境，改变着自己……

我很庆幸我和我的花都适应了这新的环境，都抛弃了过去的自己，创造出最美丽的自己。

In recent years, my hometown has changed greatly, because of new road and

railway has been built. Previously, my hometown was closed to the outside world.

Several years ago, the government paid much money on changing the basic

equipment of my hometown.

Building new roads is the biggest project. It took

about half a year to build the new road. After finish, people have more methods

to make money. And we have more communication with other places, which is a good

way to develop ourselves. About two years latter, the railway was built. After

that, there have been more and more changes happened in my hometown. Now, my

hometown has developed into a big and rich town. People live a happy life.

Today, I still went to my mother’s office. My mother was very busy, so was

my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they

will manage the factory. So I know they are very laborious. So I should save my

money. Also I should help them. Although I can’t do something useful, but I

think I should share the work with them. I am one of my family member. In the

future, I will take a job and work. It’ time for me to begin to learn how to

work.

This days, my family go to Qinhuangdao(秦皇岛) have a visit .In there ,we use

camera take a lot of photos. We see many Qing Dynasty (清朝) lifestyle .The most

famous view is Jiaoshan Greatwall(角山长城). It is too high and hard to go up .But

we get it .We spend three happy days .We seat down the trolley (缆车)to fly in the

air like a bird .The days which I spent in there is different from my hometown

.I think I will visit much more views if i work hard .It。

I like dogs, because they are mans good friends. They can do many helpful

things to us, such as guarding our houses, greeting guests, helping the police,

and so on. Some trained dogs can even lead the blind people and save peoples

lives. So they‘re treated as our family members. I hope someday dogs will be in

great harmony with human-beings.

It was sunny and hot today.

I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I

helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room.

I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with

my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and

interesting day.

HOW I SPENT MY SUMMER VACATION 我如何度过暑假

No sooner had the summer vacation begun than I returned to my native town. Of course I must make good use of it; otherwise I would incur the displeasure of my parents.

In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. At night (In the night) I watched television with my family (the members of my family). hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.

暑假刚一开始，我就回故乡了。自然我须好好利用它，否则我会招致父母的不快。

早晨我复习功课并阅读报纸或杂志。下午我和朋友打球，或去河中钓鱼。晚上我就和家人看看电视。墙上的钟刚敲十下，我就去睡觉了。

如果说春天是一组欢快的曲目，那么阳光便是灵动的节奏。春天，是绿色的使者，希望的象征；阳光，是温暖的天使，光明的象征。有了春天，大地无处不生机盎然，繁花似锦；有了阳光，温暖和煦，让人心情舒畅，也让我们感受到自己生命的可贵。

在城市里，我早就想在飘着泥土的芳香的世界里翱翔了，那天我踏上了我早已憧憬已久的回乡路······经过一夜的颠簸，我终于在第二天中午到达了目的地。那美丽的荷花和流淌着的溪水都是农村的典型特征，我一眼望去，便知道我已到达我心仪的地方了。爷爷奶奶早已在村头等我，他们热情的接过我的行李，牵着我的手，把我领到那栋在我记忆里早已黯淡的红砖小楼前，此时的我已经是饥肠辘辘了，他们做了一顿丰盛的农家小菜，我也毫不客气的大吃起来，当我忙了一天后，已经是睡意绵绵了，于是我草率的洗了一个澡，便一头栽在那陈旧的小木床上，开始呼呼大睡······

一阵鸡鸣吵醒了我，本来还想接着睡的，可是怎么也睡不着了，我起床后，看见大伯他们拎着水桶，提着小鱼竿急匆匆的走，我好奇的凑上前去，问他们去干嘛?一问才知道他们原来是去钓龙虾，这么新鲜的事我当然要去凑凑热闹了。于是我也拎个小桶，带个小竹竿，屁颠屁颠的跟着他们一起去了。钓龙虾的地方原来是一个小水潭，我们在线上系一根稻草，然后垂在水面上静静的等待，果然，不一会儿一只龙虾就上钩了，可我又不敢弄，最后还是让大伯帮我弄下来的，于是我越钓越多，这会儿看看也有半桶了，眼看时间也不早了，我们便打道回府了。路上我乐呵呵的，因为我要吃我自己钓的龙虾了，中午，一顿丰盛的龙虾盛宴开始了，我拿起一个就开吃，不一会儿，我就吃掉了一盘龙虾，山间的龙虾就是好吃!第二天，我一个人在小溪滩边玩，突然我看见一个很白的鹅卵石，我拿起来一看，发现原来这是一个鹅蛋，我赶紧跑回家跟奶奶汇报，奶奶说这鹅蛋是隔壁二婶家的大白鹅下的让我赶紧送去。我把蛋送到二婶家后，二婶直夸我是个好孩子，还送给了我一个小苹果。

山村生活就是好，无忧无虑却又处处充满了欢乐，碧蓝的天加上美丽的山村风景等于我的一个快乐暑假!

Monday， August 2nd， Sunny

It was sunny and hot today。 I got up early at half past six。 I read English and then had breakfast。 I helped my mother washed the dishes。 Then I did my homework and cleaned my room。 I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon。 Then I played table tennis with my friends。 In the evening I watched TV and read a book。 I really had a busy and interesting day。

今天天气晴朗，热。 我在6：30很早就起了床。我读英语然后吃早饭。我帮助母亲洗碗。然后做作业打扫房间。下午我和母亲去买东西。然后和朋友们打乒乓球。晚上我看电视、看书。我今天的确很忙、过得很有趣。

I made a decision today. Because I often lose my confidence, I decide tell

myself go in front of mirror after getting up every day. I believe this will

make me confident. Thus, I can do things I want bravely. Now, I will say, Keep

going.

I make some new plans for myself. My first resolution has to do with selfimprovement. I want to join an English club to improve my English. I want to get good grades next time.
