这是书中最让我感动的一幕：十二月里天气越来越冷，楼道里也很冷，但是我每天都把板凳从自习室里搬出来，坐在楼道的走廊里，把电脑架腿上，一边计时连口语题，一边给自己录音。说一道录一道，录完以后认真听，不满意了就重录，每道题都是录到自己完全满意的地步才继续下一题。当时我一直在矫正牙齿，满嘴上下都戴着布满细铁丝的牙套。由于练口语的缘故，嘴唇和舌头总是被无数次划破，一被冷风吹就特别疼，吃饭的时候也很困难，经常饿肚子。

Today, we went to Petrified national park. We went to a trail called Crystal Forest. We saw Petrified wood. They are like gems. By the continental drift, it was hard for plants to survive. How they turned petrified was, they fell in a river and they got covered by ash and they waited to be petrified. I enjoyed the day more than anything.

Today, I visited Hopi land. It was a Hopi village.There were three Dormitories: First Mesa, Second Mesa, Third Mesa. I visited a man named Ernie. He has a workshop. In his workshop are all amazing local jewels. He gave me a Opal. It was violet blue. There is fire in it. Today is a stupendous day!

Today, I went to drive in Monument Valley. We almost bumped our butts off. We made our own monument. We went in Monticello to go tothe restroom. It was a science lab. I copied a wolf on a computer. I also used handles to control tarish liquid that has iron in it. I also also did was control a ball. Last, I made a rose for mom and much more. Today is a supertastic day!

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! It was an arch called Delicate Arch. It looks like Athena looking over everybody’s eyes to see if they are obeying rules. How can a loose little arch stand so high. So today was a miracle.

Last night, I had a wonderful dream. In the dream, I rode my bike in a

country road. On the both sides of the road, there are many trees. And these

trees all have different fruits, apples, pears, oranges, bananas and many other

fruits. The fruits are ripe. I can get them on the bike. They are delicious. I

eat many fruits and I am full. And then, I go back home. I tell the story to my

mother, but she doesn’t believe me. Then, I woke up.

今天，在将教案交给管老师审批通过后，我开始为第一次的课堂教学做准备，制作课件。

以前在如皋高等师范学校，也开设过这门信息技术课程。我们都学过，但印象不深，到现在也快忘得差不多了。所以不得不重新拿起电脑，一步一步地从头摸索起来。

我边摸索边想：自己以前的学习太过功利了，总以为这些课程有什么用呢？学的时候可以不用太过上心，所以没好好地努力学，只能留着现在后悔了。

但现在我明白这些道理，也许还不算晚。人的一生要做很多事情，有意义或无意义的有的事情的意义和价值不是现在立马就能显现出来的，有可能要等到几年、甚至几十年以后，我们方能体会到他们的价值。

尤其是学习，这种终身性的事情。我们万万不能急功近利，因为这样的学习才是真正的徒劳。

The summer vacation is coming. I will do my homework first so I am going to

do my homework every morning. In the afternoon， I will play basketball and table

tennis with my friends. In the evening I will read English and listen to English

program. Sometimes I will go and visit my grandparents and help them do some

housework. I am going to take a piano class. My parents and I will go to Hainan

for about a week. I believe I will have a busy and interesting summer

vacation.

I like autumn. I love the falling leaves in autumn. They cover the ground

with golden yellow. When you walk on them, they rustle beneath your feet, just

I know trees get ready for their next years rebirth by doing this, so I

enjoy them without any sad feelings. The fields in autumn are fruity. People are

easy to have good mood in a harvest season. So cant autumn sights bring

听说星期天要去双溪漂流，我的心情格外兴奋，我期盼这一天快点到来。

终于盼来了这一天，上午9：30，妈妈带着我叫上阿姨和舅舅，我们开着车兴高采烈地出发了。

到了双溪，打开车门我就像箭似地飞出去。哇，好多人啊!都是来漂流的吧?我赶紧去找件漂亮的救生衣穿上，妈妈给我拿了个安全帽要我带着，还交代我要注意安全。

大家都穿上了救生衣带上安全帽，我们跟着其他人一起上山准备漂流。没有指挥，一群人很自然地排成一列，穿着同样颜色的衣服，就像一队红色军团。

到了山顶，我和阿姨一组选了一条充气船，坐下来。还没开始漂流呢，突然天色暗下来，不多久就下起了倾盆大雨，我们大叫“：快点放水，快点放水。”可是要是水没满，我们就不能漂下去，所有坐在充气船上的人都被淋成了落汤鸡，其中还有很多人被淋的发颤，直打哆嗦，我也不列外。

哗——哗——开始了!船被水弄的左翻右翻，我和阿姨都紧紧地握着气船边上的把手，生怕会飞出去。好陡啊!到斜坡的时候我顺着水流往下看，那感觉就像从天上掉下来，我吓地憋住呼吸，久久不敢把眼睛睁开。到第2次下滑的时候撞到了一块石头，气船也跟着慢下来，这时我才慢慢睁开眼睛瞄一下，心想：我好勇敢啊，居然敢从这么高这么陡的地方漂下来。阿姨问我害怕吗?我壮着胆子大声回答：“我可以，没关系。”后来，我们还遇上了一个小漩涡，在那里转了几个圈，我和阿姨配合的很完美，几下子就把船划出来了。

漂流真刺激，下次我还想来玩。

For most boys, they love to see basketball match, because they love to play

it. While today, more and more girls fall in love with sports, they also become

the big fans. Since the Olympic Games held in Beijing in 2008, people are

passionate about sport, more and more sports are known by the public. I am a big

fan of tennis match, once a famous athlete said one ball could change

everything, you will never know the result until the last minute, I think that

is the charm of sports. The athletes never give up and fight for the last

The winter vacation is coming. I’m going to do what I want to do.

Today, my cousin came to visit our house.

到了赛场，哇！真是人山人海，有的大人在着急的等待，有的同学紧张的要哭，还有的同学紧张的直冒汗……我找了一个空，挤了进去。轮到我抽号了，就要这个吧！打开一看，耶！是39号，不错，和我的参赛号一样。我拿好笔和纸，信心十足的上楼做听力。之后又满怀希望的回一楼讲了一个英语故事。最关键的时刻到了，马上就要公布成绩了，我又紧张起来。我也感觉到我的手心一直在冒汗，以前从来没这么紧张过。人名一个一个的念着，我的心情也是时起时落，终于在最后颁发的一等奖获得者名单里念到我的名字了，“我得了个一等奖，这表示我晋级了！”

I was only nine years old when I learnt how to use a computer. My mother is

my first teacher. I know how to type, how to copy a file, and how to visit a web

site on the intern.et. One day, mom was not at home.

I turned on the computer and began to learn how to chat on n.et. The first

one I met there was a boy called tom. He greeted me politely. When he knew that
