HOW TO KEEP HEALTHY

As a middle school student,keeping healthy is very important.If we dont

pay attention to keep healthy,we cant study well.But most of the students dont

Firstly,we should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits instead of eating

the food with fats and sugar.By this we wont be fat.We should also drink less

alcohol and drinks.And we shouldnt smoke.Secondly,we ought to have a goog

living habit.Getting up early and going to bed early can help us keep

healthy.Besides this,we can take regular exercise to have a healthy

body.Thirdly,we shouldnt be too tired.Its bad for our health.

Last week， my friend asked me to go to visit his hometown with him。 I felt

so excited and wanted to have a look at the scenery。 My parents allowed and I

planned to play for a week。 I felt so free to leave home and could do what I

wanted。 I picked up the fruits and caught the fish in the clear river。 It was

such fun for me。 But when I saw my friend talked happily to his grandparents， I

felt a little lost。 I started to miss my parents。 I missed the food my mother

cooked and the way she complained。 So when I got home， I was very happy and grew

up。

每年放假我们一家都在爷爷奶奶家过春节。在一个阳光明媚的上午，陈浩叔叔开车到奶奶家，他从车上搬下一个烧烤架子，然后从车上拿出一大把竹签和一条羊腿，接着我的小姑也下车了，说今天要烤羊肉串，我听了之后高兴得跳了起来。这时，弟弟跑过来问我：“你为什么这么高兴呀?”“因为今天我们要自己动手烤羊肉串呀!”弟弟也高兴地拍起手来。

吃过午饭，我们都跑到了厨房，只见叔叔正把羊腿大卸八块，把骨头上的肉一片片的切下。没一会儿，羊肉就切完了，小叔开始一串串地穿，见我们站着，叔叔喊道：“你们也过来帮忙穿，别光站在那看。”我们正有此意，就动起手来一起帮忙，真的是人多力量大，不一会儿羊肉串就穿好了，接着我们迫不及待地开始准备下面的工作。

叔叔吩咐我和小姑去找一些砖头。砖头找好后，叔叔把砖头搭在一起，觉得怎么都搭的不对。这时，爸爸过来帮叔叔一起搭，有爸爸的帮忙，砖头不一会搭好了。爸爸负责生火，我和弟弟还有小姑负责找树枝。没几分钟我们几个就找了一堆树枝，爸爸找来了几张报纸用打火机点着，然后放入树枝，可是火没有如愿以偿的升起，还冒着很多烟，把我们的眼泪都熏了下来。奶奶走过来，提醒我们升火时要用扇子扇一下。叔叔找来扇子扇了几下，终于把火升起来了。爸爸把烧烤架子放在火上面，叔叔把穿好的羊肉串一串串地摆在架子上烤，然后刷上一些油洒上一些孜然和椒盐。很快，羊肉烤好了。小叔把肉串分给我们，大家感觉羊肉的味道真好，比街上新疆人卖的还好吃，可能是自己动手烤的原因吧，我们每个人都吃得津津有味。

这真是一个令人难忘的、有趣的寒假。

This is our school. There are many classrooms in it. There are eight

hundred students and sixty-nine teachers in our school. There are many trees and

flowers in it. All the teachers and students like our school very much.

We come to school at seven. We have four classes in the morning and two in

the afternoon.

Our classroom is big and clean. We have lessons here, We do our homework at

home.

中秋节来了，我想做月饼或者南瓜饼来纪念这个节日，因为做月饼过程过于繁琐，所以我决定做香甜的南瓜饼。

首先，我把”我家的大师“奶奶请来，让奶奶在旁边进行指导与协助。

在准备做南瓜饼之前，我们先做一些准备工作：首先把南瓜洗干净去皮和去囊，用菜刀把南瓜切成丝，剁成碎末状，放在旁边备用。

第二步，我们把糯米粉一勺一勺地从袋子里舀出放入盆中，注意要控制好量哦，把切好的南瓜末也倒在一起，再浇上一定量的热水，大约等上5——8分钟左右即可。注意哦，热水也一定要注意量哦，不能太多也不能太少，不然做的饼可能太硬或者太软哟。

一切准备就绪，奶奶教我先把米粉洒在上面，然后把它用手掌心偏后的部位将它揉到软中带硬的样子就可以了。新手上路，我可是第一次做哟，带着一股兴奋劲开始揉起来，可是我的力气太小，揉了一会儿就气喘吁吁的，只好由奶奶帮助完成后面的工作了。等奶奶揉好后，我拿起小刀，手把着糯米团，把它们切成一个个小糯米球，再把它们一个个压扁，正反两面都撒上油光鲜亮的黑芝麻。一切就绪，把做好的南瓜饼放入锅中蒸熟，大功告成。

中秋的夜晚，我和奶奶还有爸爸妈妈一起吃着个个金光灿灿的南瓜饼，生活感觉多么美好啊!

It was sunny and hot today.

I got up early at half past six. I read English and then had breakfast. I

helped my mother washed the dishes. Then I did my homework and cleaned my room.

I went shopping with my mother in the afternoon. Then I played table tennis with

my friends. In the evening I watched TV and read a book. I really had a busy and

interesting day.

No sooner had the witer vacation begun than I returned to my native town.

The Way to Stay Healthy

Health is most important for any of us.]n order to stay healthy,we need

some common knowledge.

You must pay attention to the diet.We should eat lots of fruit and

vegetables,because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat.As a proverb says,"An apple a day keeps the doctor away." So fruit is good for health.Dont

have a lot of food that contains too much fat,such as butter.Meanwhile,sweets

should be eaten in proper quantity,because too much sugar does harm to us.Dont

drink too much coffee,either.

Today, i opened my free forum and i was very happy because i could do a lot of things there.I decided to upgrade my forum and make it interesting. then i will make it grow up and at the same time, i can write down what i want to say there.I will be very happy.

I went to see a film in the cinema this evening. It was called Kong Fu

Panda. I love this film. It is funny but I also learned something from the film.

We should not give up things easily. We should have a good plan and make up our

mind to make our dream come true.

Water is the most valuable resource on the earth. Water is the necessity of

our life and we must drink it everyday.Now, many people can not drink clear

water, because many of them are badly polluted. So, in order to save water, the

first thing we should do is reduce water pollution. In addition, we should

develop good habits to save water. For example, turn off the tap after we use.

Or we should recycle the water to make it full use. In one word, water is scarce

for all of us and we should try our best to save it.
