7月13日晴星期日

中午，我坐在饭店的位置上，看见小票上的日期才想起，今天是我的生日啊。去年的今天，同是在此上课，同是在这一饭店吃饭，同是在这一座位上，却坐着与今日截然不同的我。那日我正期待着下午的生日会，会有很多同学会来。而如今，我将面对的是一张张白花花的讲义。我呆坐在这儿，呆呆的望着窗外。“您好，打扰一下，您的牛腩面。”“哦!谢谢!”我回过神来，拿起筷子，吃起了面。

现在，我坐在窗前，手中的笔来回在纸上“刷刷”地划过，去年此时，我正在生日会上和小学同学们尽情地玩着，只顾着玩，什么烦恼都忘了，直到回家看着一大堆礼物才顿悟，这也许是和同学们最后一次见面了，就算有缘，那也不知要到何年何月在相逢了。现在我的笔难以停下，就在刚才，小学里的一件件事都浮上脑海，现在也不知小学同学怎么样了。小学6年的事太多太多了，多得杂乱无章。

7月14日晴星期一

今天，又是一个大晴天，和昔日一样，一大早就赶去上培训班。自从上了初中以来，小学的无忧无虑的生活和我彻底告别了。每次想起小学生活，心中总是那么后悔，遗憾及惆怅。反正顺路，要不下午就去看一下小学，于是我决定了。

放学后，我立刻坐车到了小学。我又走着那条走过上千遍的路，曾经，在此路上，走过失落的我，走过兴奋的我，走过忧愁的我，走过快乐的我………路上不断有小学生成群地说说笑笑从我身边走过。很快，我走到了小学门口，空荡荡的，不知怎的，我耳边响起了在小学经常听的《七里香》。接着又有笑声，我仿佛看见了，我们在操场上奔跑，在篮球架下跳跃，在教室里听课，一切回到了从前，我一直没注意，自己已在校门口站了许久，许久………

今夜，我的笔依然来回，昨日和今日这两篇日记只是我生活中很小很小的一个段落。它们的开头已经无法追溯了。至于结尾，我也不会知道。但我知道，结尾一直在我们手中。

I have a lovely dog, its name is Lulu. I like Lulu. Its very docile. It

has white fur, so it looks very nice. It’s my best animal friend. It is also

它们挺直了腰，小草的生命力是多么地顽强!每当我走过足球场，我总要看一看这嫩绿的小草们，想一想它们那决不向困难低头的顽强精神。

如果你细心地观察身边的事物，就会发现教学楼的墙角上爬满了藤萝。藤萝爬在墙上，叶子长椭圆形，长出来的花多数是紫色的这样的小小的藤萝为校园增添了一丝绿色，使校园变得更美丽!

在校园里给我印象最深的就是学校里的那棵大榕树，它长得十分高大，灰褐色的树干，榕树的叶子并不大，椭圆形的，树枝上长满了密密麻麻、翠绿的叶子。榕树上还长着“根须”，微风

Let me tell you a little about my lifestyle.

I often eat fruit and vegetables. Apples and oranges are my favorites. I love junk food, too, and I eat it three or four times a week. I sleep less than seven hours ever day. I often feel sleepy. I brush my teeth once a day. I run in the morning, and play ping-pong after school. In my free time, I enjoy surfing the Internet. On weekends, I often go to the movies with my friends.

I think I’m kind of unhealthy. I shouldn’t eat too much junk food. I’ll try to have a balanced diet and sleep more. I should brush my teeth twice a day. I hope I can have a better lifestyle.

Everyone has a dream. But I think my dream is to be a football star when I

grow up. I liked playing football when I was a child. No matter what the weather

is like, I often play football with my friends on the playground after school. I

like Ronaldo best. Now I will do my best to study hard in the school. I believe

my dream will come true in the future. At that time, I am not only proud of my

parents, but also proud of all the people in Yunnan.

Now I am still a middle school student. I must try my best to work hard at

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我

格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

Today, I went to drive in Monument Valley. We almost bumped our butts off. We made our own monument. We went in Monticello to go tothe restroom. It was a science lab. I copied a wolf on a computer. Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! The summer vacation is coming. I will do my homework first so I am going to do my homework every morning. In the afternoon, I will play basketball and table tennis with my friends.
