Health is most important for any of us.]n order to stay healthy,we need

some common knowledge.

You must pay attention to the diet.We should eat lots of fruit and

vegetables,because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat.As a proverb says,"An apple a day keeps the doctor away." So fruit is good for health.Dont

have a lot of food that contains too much fat,such as butter.Meanwhile,sweets

should be eaten in proper quantity,because too much sugar does harm to us.Dont

drink too much coffee,either.

No sooner had the witer vacation begun than I returned to my native town. Of course I must make good use of it;.In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. railway has been built. Previously, my hometown was closed to the outside world.

equipment of my hometown.

Building new roads is the biggest project. It took

to make money. And we have more communication with other places, which is a good

The winter morning is very cold. I dont want to get up at all. The bed is

breakfast in winter morning, because mother often cooks hot food for me. It

makes me much warmer. Because of the cold weather, father often takes me to
