I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

your family and your friends many times on their birthdays every year. But do

More than one hundred years ago, two of archibald Hills aunts, Miss Patty

Hill and Miss Mildred J. Hill were both kindergarten teachers then. They loved

children very much and wrote many beautiful songs for the book. One of them was

the well-known song "Good Morning to You". This song was very popular at that

time among kindergarten children, but many grown-ups didnt know it. A few year

This afternoon, when my mother looked at my figure, I called me to go to sports and go to the company club to play badminton. My New Deskmate

My new deskmate is a boy of sixteen. His name is Zhang Gao. He is 1.8

meters tall. His strongly-built body and sun-tanned skin make him look like a

sportsman. He has two big dark eyes under a pair of thick eyebows. It seems that

they are always smiling at you. Compared with my yellow hair, his hair is black

and thick. He speaks a little bit fast but very clearly. However, he likes to

I used to hate others to laugh at me, because I thought they were looking

down upon me. My friends said that I was too serious and couldn’t be made fun

of. When I go out with friends, they always smile loudly and I just sit quietly

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我

格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

一年的时间很快就过去了，新一年的春天到了，万物复苏一片生机勃勃的景象。我走在放学的路上看着这美景不知不觉中到了家，我顺手打开了门，就在这一刹那一阵香气扑面而来这是一种难以让人忘怀的香，他就像一股暖流一样涌入我的身体里使我感到无比的温馨，我顺着香气找去一朵红艳的花开在我的写字台上。我简直不敢相信自己的眼睛，原来那一盆普普通通素面朝天的花，变的这样的美丽迷人。难道它和我一样在适应着环境，改变着自己……

今天，在将教案交给管老师审批通过后，我开始为第一次的课堂教学做准备，制作课件。

以前在如皋高等师范学校，也开设过这门信息技术课程。我们都学过，但印象不深，到现在也快忘得差不多了。所以不得不重新拿起电脑，一步一步地从头摸索起来。

我边摸索边想：自己以前的学习太过功利了，总以为这些课程有什么用呢？学的时候可以不用太过上心，所以没好好地努力学，只能留着现在后悔了。

但现在我明白这些道理，也许还不算晚。人的一生要做很多事情，有意义或无意义的有的事情的意义和价值不是现在立马就能显现出来的，有可能要等到几年、甚至几十年以后，我们方能体会到他们的价值。

尤其是学习，这种终身性的事情。我们万万不能急功近利，因为这样的学习才是真正的徒劳。

吃货的本质当然不是吃，而是又会吃又会做!

都说甜食可以让人分泌多巴胺使心情愉悦，每次路过甜品店都要驻足观望，但是由于口袋空空，没办法品尝她的美味，只能任由她们安置在秀美的橱窗里。在我极力的说服我妈妈，给我安置一个烤箱，我一定让她物尽其用之后，我妈勉为其难的给家里添置了新的家具。终于在三天极其漫长的物流之后，她成功入驻我家的厨房。不得不说，一入烘焙深似海。买了烤箱就得给她配置新的工具。在我妈妈无尽的吐槽我乱花钱之后，集齐了一部分新手烘焙工具。最近这几天在疯狂的观看烘焙视频，简直比我上课都还要认真。

今天终于要到我理论转向实践的时刻了，首先我小心翼翼的将五个蛋白蛋清分离，这个过程真的是心惊胆战，调皮的蛋黄可有点也舍不得与蛋白分离，依依不舍，情意绵绵，甚至还藕断丝连。打发蛋白的过程比较有趣，一开始会担心打发不起来，后来打发成奶油状的时候，惊叹蛋白的神奇，与酸结合就会发生化学反应。我把模具送入烤箱之后，像监控器一样，站在烤箱前，透过玻璃监视着里面的一举一动。神奇的瞬间发生了，蛋糕像刚刚睡醒的居然，缓缓得伏起身体，膨胀成原来的两倍大小，但突然间又像是受到什么打击，又焉了下去。他的皮肤被烤的有些小麦色了，应该是比较健康的肤色了，所以将温度调低，再静候了二十分钟之后，我迫不及待的拔掉电源，戴上我的隔热手套。隔着玻璃门我都已经嗅到了浓浓的蛋香。这一次的成功给我带来了莫大的鼓舞，莫名觉得我有这方面的天赋。幻想着将来开一家属于自己的甜品店。啊女孩子就是爱幻想!

希望自己的甜品可以给更多人带去甜蜜!

I think most people like traveling because they can feel the beauty of the nature and breathe the fresh air at the same time.Whats more they can make friends.But there are some disadvantages of travelling,such as,the weather may change quickly and you may be wet in the rain.So my suggestion is that before you travel,you should listen to the weather report and get to know about the weather and youd better travel with others so that you are not into trouble.

水电四局小区东院，有一座美丽的大花园，那里一年四季景色迷人，成为了小区人们关注的一大景点。

春天，绿油油的小草从坚硬的泥土里慢慢地钻了出来，大地像铺上了绿油油的毛巾被。花儿们也从睡梦中苏醒了，迎春花、杏花、桃花、丁香花……都像赶集似地聚拢来，形成了光彩夺目的春天。如此

As a middle school student,keeping healthy is very important.If we dont
