第一个星期我坚持得很好，能够按要求保护眼睛。爸爸对我的变化也十分惊喜，连连夸我：“长大了，懂事了!”

可惜好景不长，我的自觉行为被一个电话给破坏了。那天，一位常在一起的网友向我大谈特谈游戏中新出现的东西，讲得我手痒痒心也痒痒，恨不得马上飞奔到电脑前，在游戏中遨游，那种感觉真是美妙阿!就好比是“饭后一根烟，赛过活神仙”。然而，就在我走到电脑前的一瞬间，“良心发现”了，依依不舍地退了回来，心里不住地叹息——唉!要是我有个好眼睛该多好呀!

有了第一次就肯定有第二次。游戏的诱惑太大了，好几次我已坐在电脑前，手握鼠标，都及时地退了回来。几次下来，我摸索到了一个方法，那就是想玩电脑时就大声朗诵网络游戏对眼睛的伤害，自然就会克服诱惑的。

还有一个诱惑来自看书。用老爸的话来说，我是看起书来不要命的那种。看40分钟书后，我常常不按要求放松眼睛，赖在书旁不起来，任凭闹钟扯破嗓子喊个不停，直到不断斥责自己不守规矩，眼睛也闹着嚷着要休息，我才念念不舍地放下书起身。后来，我请老爸作我的监督员，帮助我养成好的习惯。

一个假期过去了，我的左眼视力大有长进，我原以为这是我这个暑假的最大收获，爸爸却说：“我还得到了许多珍贵的保眼经验和一颗能够战胜自己的心”。

I went to beijing to play during last summer holiday.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China. It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, I went to the countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t miss the Beijing Duck. It is really nice.

The trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

Suddenly, the summer vacation is coming. Im happy to "one jump three feet high" but I gradually found that summer vacation is boring.

I wanted to finish in ten days, but, I have been doing for 24 days. The 30 day finally finished, father has bought me, only on Saturday and Sunday can rest a while. I dont like a holiday, but, as long as I still quite like no homework.

More like summer and winter vacation, homework, tired bad. I hope can have a holiday, and can not write my homework, how comfortable, how carefree! If the day sentient days also old, if a man love die young.

暑假是我们学生们最盼望的假期，因为在假期里可以玩游戏、玩电脑、可以看书，还可以写作业。但我的快乐远远不是这些，而是一件难忘的事情……

一天中午，我和小朋友们在楼下玩游戏，正在我们玩的开心的时候，一位老奶奶走过来焦急的说：“孩子们，我把钥匙落在家里了，你们谁愿意到楼上从窗户爬进屋里，帮我把钥匙取出来?”，我们大家你看看我、我看看你，谁也不说话。奶奶急的都快哭了，这时我站出来说：“老奶奶，我去吧!”，妈妈高兴的连声说谢谢。我跟着老奶奶来到了三楼的缓台，悄悄往下一看，天啊!我已经头晕目眩了。我赶紧定了定神，蹲下身子小心翼翼的向窗户走去，一会儿就到了窗户下面。我慢慢的从窗子爬了进去，在客厅的桌子上找到了钥匙。我打开房门，走出来把钥匙交给了老奶奶。老奶奶开心的说：“谢谢你，孩子。”说着就要给我拿好吃的。我笑着摇摇头说：“不用谢，奶奶，这是我应该做的。”说完我就跑到楼下，和朋友们又一起玩了起来。小朋友们都说我真棒!顿时，一股喜悦的暖流流进了我的心田。

原来帮助别人是这么快乐啊!望着老奶奶高兴的笑脸，我感到很快乐。助人为乐真好，我要帮助更多有需要的人。那样我将会收获到更多的快乐!

I went to summer camp on vacation. On the first day, we went to a beautiful beach. It was a sunny and hot day, so we went swimming. The water was warm and we had great fun. Then the next day, we went to the mountains. There were many trees and I really enjoyed them. On the last day, we had a great party. We sang and danced happily. We didn’t want to leave(离开) the friends and the teachers. I hope I can go to summer camp again next year.

Today is a great day, my aunt and I are going to visit my aunts house.

When I came to my aunts house, I was so excited that I jumped up and down in the room. When he was tired, he sat down on the sofa. After a while I stood up and went to the south house to watch TV.

At noon, I went to dinner with my aunt. But there was no food in the house, so we had to go out to eat. After dinner, the weather was too hot, so my aunt and I could only stay under the shed.

Luckily, there were three puppies in the shed, or I would be bored to death. One of the dogs is called a pea, a dog is called a little black, and a dog is called fluffy. I like wool most: MAO MAO is a little chow chow, and gentle and lovely; When you go to bed, curl up and look like a little furry ball from a distance.

Everyday we got up early then. Though there was not much modern entertainment, we could still be content with climbing trees, swimming in the small river, catching butterflies , bees and or something. Anyway, we could give a full play to our imagination and intelligence to enjoy ourselves.

The most enjoyable time in a day was night. All people would go out to be cool. They talked with each other freely and happily. Sometimes we would gather around an old grandfather and listen to an old story, which would always attract a lot of children. Our grief and joy all came from story. Sometimes we would carry out a small stool, made it as a horse, and then we would ride on it in a circle. We acted as knights. The front part of the stool was moved up and down to knock at the earth and sent out the sound of “du du…”. It was often followed with our folk songs. But parents could not accept this game because it was too noisy, and they couldn’t bear it. We were always forced to dismiss. But soon we could find a new program.

About the midnight, people would go back to sleep one after another. Under the pressure of parents, we had to go home, too. But as soon as we got to bed, the plan of entertainment next day appeared in mind. Then we could sleep with a smile.
