Summer is the great season for all sports in the open air. It is the season for baseball which is often called the national sport because of its popularity. I usually watch television and read the newspaper reports about the baseball results of the newspaper reports about the baseball results of the little leagues.

During the summer I like to go to the beach often because it is very close to my home in the village. I usually go there bur in the summer vacation to relax after many months in school in the city. I feel very comfortable with the familiar quiet of the villagers.

My summer holiday begun on July 7th.I love summer holiday because I dont have to go to school and I can enjoy myself with my friends.I oftenspend themorningsdoing my homework.And I always watch TV in the afternoon at homebecause its very hot outside.And in the evening,I go swimming with my family and thenhang out with my friends.I love swimming very much.

My plan for August is travelling.I travel with my family every summer holiday.I like travelling because I can go to different places and meet different people.SometimesI make good friends during the journey.And its very sad to say goodbye to them when the journey ends.

When the summer holiday comes, I will be very happy, because my family and I will go to travel. I like travel so much, I can not only see the beautiful scenery, but also can spend the time with my parents. I feel so easy and don’t have to study, I just play and enjoy my moment. 当暑假来临时,我会非常高兴,因为我和我的家人要去旅游。我喜欢旅游,不仅可以看到美丽的风景,还可以花时间与我的父母在一起。我觉得很放松,不需要学习,我只玩和享受的时刻。这是我最快乐的日子。

又一个暑假来临了，我一定要过一个快乐、充实、文明、有意义的暑假。

这一次的暑假，我和妈妈去安吉旅游了一天，看到了许多美丽的景色，但是也看到了很多不文明的行为。

我和妈妈玩完漂流，就去“长龙百瀑”那里看瀑布。我们看到了一个最长的瀑布——长龙飞瀑，它的落差有60多米，留下来可以说是“一波三折”。我看见旁边有一些木匠正在做休息用的亭子，一些不要的木头就扔在瀑布的旁边。原来美丽壮阔的瀑布就被木匠们破坏了。在爬山的过程中，我还看到不少很粗的竹子，被刻上了字，“到此一游”等字随处可见……

做公交车回家的路上，我和妈妈吃的零食，都扔在了清洁袋里。快下车了，我和妈妈背好背包，拎好袋子，准备下车了。这时，妈妈看见了挂在车座后面的清洁袋，准备把清洁袋拎走，说：“我们应该把这些垃圾拎走吧?”不知道是在对我说，还是在自言自语。“不用了吧，就留在这里好了。”“为什么不用?应该把它扔到垃圾桶里。”“好吧。”我和妈妈下了车，把垃圾扔进了垃圾桶里。

少乱扔一些垃圾，少破坏一些树木，多种一些植物，都能为我们赖以生存的环境做出一份贡献。让我们爱护身边的植物，爱护身边的环境，这样生活就会更美。

自从我迷上了网络游戏，视力就一直往下滑落。暑假前的一天早晨，我有意无意地闭上右眼，却大惊失色——眼前的世界一片模糊，近在咫尺的视力表居然只能朦朦胧胧地看清上三行！再睁开右眼，失调的世界终于回到了原来的模样，清晰的景象浮现在眼前。我在稍稍松了口气之余，心里不禁涌起一阵惶恐——我的左眼视力怎么办？

这个假期，我采取了“视力强训法”——拒绝电脑，拒绝电视，拒绝长时间看书！我还到网上查阅了许多有关保护眼睛的方法，什么一天必须做两次眼保健操啦，看书不可以一次超过40分钟啦……我全部一字不漏地抄在了笔记本上，希望这有助于我提高视力。

第一个星期我坚持得很好，能够按要求保护眼睛。爸爸对我的变化也十分惊喜，连连夸我：“长大了，懂事了！”

可惜好景不长，我的自觉行为被一个电话给破坏了。那天，一位常在一起的网友向我大谈特谈游戏中新出现的东西，讲得我手痒痒心也痒痒，恨不得马上飞奔到电脑前，在游戏中遨游，那种感觉真是美妙阿！就好比是“饭后一根烟，赛过活神仙”。然而，就在我走到电脑前的一瞬间，“良心发现”了，依依不舍地退了回来，心里不住地叹息——唉！要是我有个好眼睛该多好呀！

有了第一次就肯定有第二次。游戏的诱惑太大了，好几次我已坐在电脑前，手握鼠标，都及时地退了回来。几次下来，我摸索到了一个方法，那就是想玩电脑时就大声朗诵网络游戏对眼睛的伤害，自然就会克服诱惑的。

还有一个诱惑来自看书。用老爸的话来说，我是看起书来不要命的那种。看40分钟书后，我常常不按要求放松眼睛，赖在书旁不起来，任凭闹钟扯破嗓子喊个不停，直到不断斥责自己不守规矩，眼睛也闹着嚷着要休息，我才念念不舍地放下书起身。后来，我请老爸作我的监督员，帮助我养成好的习惯。

一个假期过去了，我的左眼视力大有长进，我原以为这是我这个暑假的最大收获，爸爸却说：“我还得到了许多珍贵的保眼经验和一颗能够战胜自己的心”。
