这时，老师叫我们把手放在池壁，肩要到水中，然后围着池边走动。走进池内，顿时一股冰凉使我不由自主的打了个冷颤。 第一节课是漂起来，老师说;“在水上漂非常简单。"说起来容易做起来难，我刚把头埋进水里，就害怕得手忙脚乱，人沉到水底，喝了好多水，我十分沮丧，眼看进度被别的同学甩开一大截，我真是心急如焚。学游泳要“有勇气”，就在我歇气时教练不经意的给我了一个启发，不就呛几口水，有什么好怕的，不知道哪里来的勇气，我慢慢的在水中挣扎，不知不觉的我就浮起来了。

最好笑的还是学划手了，在地面上学划手，我很快就学会了，但由于胆小的原因，我一到水中就乱了套，活像一个螃蟹在水中张牙舞抓，有时甚至连水都不敢下。我就这样混了几天，突然，有一天，老师说要划手比赛，一一检查，我一听头脑一片空白，该我了，我迟迟不肯向前游，老师见我这样，说到： “没关系，你先浮起来，在有规律的打腿和划手，老师会在一旁保护你的。”

就这样，我游一次就喝几口水，那感觉真是让人难受，但一想起爸爸妈妈对我的期望，我就重振旗鼓，终于，通过多次的练习，我会游泳了，学游泳，让我不仅领略了克服恐惧获得成功的喜悦，还品尝了先苦后甜的滋味，真是我暑假里的一大收获!
