Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer

Dalian is a beautiful city. Dalian is close to Beijing. I spent 5o minutes

on the plane. Dalian is near the sea. I smelled the salty taste in the air. The

roads are clean. There are lots of trees and flowers near the roads. There are

many esplanades and Japanese buildings. There are some fountains in one of the

esplanades. Some people flew kites and walked on the esplanades. We went to see

the beach and the sea. The sea is blue. There were many swimmers in the sea. I

lay on the beach to see the sky.Dalian is a very nice place to live.

Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The

grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and

sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the graland. I

picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small

desert, it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.

These trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

想象中的暑假是快乐无忧、笑声常伴左右的。但所有的一切都出乎了我的意料，这个暑假是枯燥乏味，毫无生机的。唉，这还没有放假呢，就被考试折腾成了一只“落汤鸡”。本以为放假之后，可以尽情的放松一番，调节调节心情，但就在有这个念头不久，假期补课这个“噩耗”就传来了，弄得我像被霜打了的茄子——焉了，似乎所有的念头一下子都被抛到了九霄云外。

补课期间，我不甘心自己的暑假就这样在别人的控制中度过，于是便想玩个痛快、刺激点的，所以就学着别人在课上看漫画。谁料这一看，就把我推进了“火坑”，不知是谁向老师通风报信，还是我留下了“蛛丝马迹”，给老师的“火眼金睛”给发现了!此后我每天都在躲躲藏藏、心惊胆战中过日子。补课接近了尾声，我的心才渐渐平静了下来。

补课之后，我唯有一个愿望，就是静下来“安度晚年”，但是同学一个又一个的电话却搅得我“鸡犬不宁”我的同学找我到他家玩，晚上还要在他家住，我犹豫了，说我要和父母商量一下，才能给他答案。但我知道我这样说纯粹是安慰他，因为我知道，父母的答案一定是“不行”。但我还是抱着试一试的想法。晚上，我便试着去闯父亲的“鬼门关”，没想到，这一关竟然顺利过了我兴高采烈，满怀信心的又去闯母亲的“十八罗汉阵”。但是，这一关我没有闯过去，反而搞得我是伤痕累累。此前我抠在肚子里的火气一下子全都冲着母亲发了出来，引来了母亲的一顿“拳脚”。我满腹委屈，泪水在眼眶里打转，但我不敢说一句话来反驳，于是我采取绝食的办法来对抗母亲的“暴力”。唉!但由于我天生是个“馋嘴”，才绝了一天，就忍不住了。就这样，“绝食风波”平息了，暑假也在刺激和无奈中过去了!

我的暑假没有名胜古迹来丰富我的阅历，没有笑声陪伴我的左右，只有老师的抑扬顿挫和爸爸妈妈的“鞭策”。悲哉，我的暑假生活!

第二天中午，我骄傲地昂着头，阔步走进“陌生”的厨房。可以看到我心目中的“黑霸王”——锅以后，我便像耗子碰见猫一样，吓得连忙往后退。我可不想丢面子，宣布的时候胆大包天，现在却被大家看到胆小如鼠的一面，那可不像样子了。于是，我已邀请为借口，想徐思涵求助道：“徐思涵，你来和我合作吧!”她爽快地答应了。

“现在，我俩要开始我们的‘浩瀚大工’了!”我再一次向爸爸妈妈得意的宣布。

首先，我们把西红柿切好，再一人分一根筷子搅鸡蛋。原材料准备好后，我俩抬起大油桶，让油儿们先进锅里洗个热“火”澡。很快，它们都洗热乎了。现在，到了我最害怕的环节了，往锅里倒菜。我们颤抖着手，小心翼翼的端起鸡蛋，把它们送进“油舞厅”，它们安全到达后，我们悬在嗓子眼的心才落回原地。鸡蛋们一进“油舞厅”便了开了花，很快一个个都穿上了黄艳艳的“大舞裙”。接下来还有一关，倒西红柿，按照刚才的程序，也顺利地完成了。最后，洒上盐、糖，再翻炒几下，耶，大功告成了!我俩迈着阔步，自豪地端着我们的“劳动成果”，把它摆上了桌。刚一上桌，所有人的鼻子都被吸引了过来，“啧，啧，可真香!”大家交口称赞道。

生活中的琐碎小事，让我一刻也不能停止思考，季羡林说人生时时、处处都得思考果然不虚。在同学、玩伴中，我自命是一个“实”的人：做事本本分分，做人实实在在。学校老师安排的任务，家里爸妈吩咐的事情，总会想着一个“实”字来解决，但也总避免不了会出差错。因此时时会有这样、那样的小烦恼。然而，想到还有比我更实的人，在做着比我更本分的事，胸中的恼怒也就少了些。

既然我看中了“实”，那就会多了些“敌人”，与实相对的就是“虚”，看中“虚”的人就不乐意我了，因为我常常堵住了他们的嘴，让他们说出些“懒得和你说！”、“和你没有共同语言”之类的触及心灵的话语。他们说多了，也很烦、很累;我听得多了，压力也大。

单说“虚”，在我心中却，没有一个明确的概念可言，若真要强加一个定义，那就用“虚假”来谈吧，说直白点就是耍小聪明、不做好自己事的人;补服从安排不务正业的人，在我心中统统都是虚假的。他们常常有办不完的事，不论是好事，或是坏事。

再者，虚假的人大都是做事前大肆渲染自己的学问有多深、才能有多高，做事时却处处抱怨外部条件，怨天尤人，总之就是做不好事。但是他们也有独特的优点，那就是适时的幼稚：校园走廊上、树荫花园边以至于教室窄窄的巷道里，总少不了有他们的欢声笑语。笑，代表了他们内心的喜悦，时时处在幸福之中，不会顾及到下一步的忧患祸福、多么天真浪漫！我羡慕他们的那种心态，而那种心态，那种感觉在几年前就远离了我。

母亲出门打工也有些岁月了，她叫我放假时去她那儿耍，我和着笑答应了。

看到母亲的那一刻，我心中不禁一颤：眉头上的皱纹增多了，面颊瘦削、泛黄。她叫我时，我分明听见了她沙哑的声音，已不再是我童真时代、教我唱《世上只有妈妈好》的音乐天使般的声音了。

她告诉我她今天只上半天班，下班很早，怕我无聊，叫我和她一块去。怀着对外面精彩世界的憧憬，我欣然去了。

我和她走进一个黑暗的幽长车间，她告诉我这就是她工作的厂房，里面充斥着一股刺鼻的油味。接着看见了一些工人在打扫厂房卫生，旁边站着一个神气的、穿着西装的中年男人，他正在厉声呵斥着，见我妈妈来了，先是责备她来晚了，若是看见哪儿没弄好，便是痛骂。妈妈对我说这就是她的生活，她已经习惯了。

我不再笑了，表情沉得跟木头似的。想起工厂的场景，不觉有些害怕。

我开始厌弃热闹，喜欢清静、独处，因为只有那个时候我才会静心思考，思考自己的得失。对于别人无端制造的笑声，我尤为憎恨、唾弃，以为是无稽的，我当然不会笑，众人就会面面相觑，猜忌我的内心，时间长了，也就明了了我。所以，他们认为我是无聊的、毫无情趣的，和我没有话说就不言而喻了，这就为我的孤独添了重重的一笔。

看见同学打成一片、笑成一团，唯独我喜欢特殊，不知自己是否落于人后。背后多有议论我古怪之类的，我也能理解。我很迷茫了：我还要坚守我的“实”吗？“虚”固然浅薄，但不可不有，“虚”人人有之，独我拒之于门外，就会有人看不起我，更不会有人理解我、懂我。若是以“实”为本质，“虚”为表现，那人们会不会透过表现看到本质呢？

还记得在书上看到了这样一句话：完美人生，应当虚实结合。现在想想，确实如此，自己还处于人生的起步，懂得也还不算太晚。

[高二年级记事作文虚与实

Last May 4th was my birthday. I had a party at my home.

My relatives and friends came to my home in the evening. And I got a lot of presents from them. My mother prepared a big birthday cake for me.

There are even candles on it. After singing the song “Happy birthday”, I shared the cake with my friend and relatives. Then we watched TV and listened to music. Same of the girls danced with the music. We had a good time that day.

Now I want to say “Thank you my friends. Thank you my parents! I ’m so happy!”

“袁炜宸，我这周星期四生日，可是，张思涵那一天没空去我家给我过生日，所以我想把生日调到今天。”星期一早自习下课，谢可馨高兴地跑过来对我说。

一放学，谢可馨就把她要请的同学，接到了她家，她和她爷爷去买零食，我们刚做完作业，爷爷就宣布开饭了。

“哇，好多好吃的呀！”我忍不住惊叹道。有好吃的薯条、鸡翅，还有牛肉。我夹起几根薯条放进嘴里，外脆里酥，薯条被爷爷炸得金黄金黄的，又好看，又好吃，马上被我们几个小朋友一扫而空，吃完了还想要。还有鸡翅和牛肉也很好吃，我连续干掉了三个鸡翅，爷爷的手艺不是吹的。

吃完饭，我们就开始玩游戏，谢可馨提议玩躲猫猫，张思涵当猫，我们都觉得这个提议不错。

“1，2，3，4，5！”我赶紧寻找躲藏的地方，我的选择困难症又发作了。很多地方都可以藏，藏在这儿？还是藏在那儿？就在我纠结的时候，我的脑海里想起了一句：最危险的地方就是最安全的地方。我灵机一动，张思涵是在客厅的沙发上数数，我就藏在沙发的后面，她肯定不会料到我就藏在她的后面。我暗自佩服自己的聪明，可是没料到的是，张思涵马上就找到我了，我心里有苦说不出，真是聪明反被聪明误啊！

天色已晚，爸爸妈妈来接我们了，我们在谢可馨家过了一个愉快的生日派对。

Health is most important for any of us. ]n order to stay healthy, we need some common knowledge.

First]y, pay attention to the diet. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables, because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat. As a proverb says, An apple a day keeps the doctor away. So fruit is good for health. Dont have a lot of food that contains too much fat, such as butter. Meanwhile, sweets should be eaten in proper quantity, because too much sugar does harm to us. Dont drink too much coffee,either

Secondly, exercise is necessary. Regular exercise can help us keep from getting fat. People who do running every day usually have stronger hearts than who dont.

Finally, form good living habits. We should sleep for about 8 hours at night,and never work too hard. Over work and little sleep will lead to illness. Whats more, stay away from cigarettes.

These are the things we should pay attention to so as to stay healthy.
