The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

借着家长会的机会简单介绍一下基础年级语文学习的侧重点。

学习重点：

读书练笔，或者读书摘记。

学习目的：

养成读书的好习惯终生受用——增长知识，开阔视野，充实生活，提高文化修养和品味。

学习目标：

引导学生发展自己的特长。

在高中阶段至少写出一篇自己满意、同学叫好、老师欣赏的文章。

任何一篇让师生欣赏的文章，对学生来说都是独创，这就是创新，就是创造。对于高中生来说，他们每天面对的数理化作业题目，都不是独创性的作业，因为这种作业题目在老师发给学生之前就已经有答案了。学生要做的工作就是解开这个题目，通过解开这个题目让学生熟练知识掌握知识并能灵活运用知识而已。唯独作文写作不是这样，每一个作文题目在老师展示给学生写作之前都没有答案，没有“解题思路”，鉴于此，写作才是高中生的独创作业之一，可以说任何一篇好文章都是“前无古人后无来者的”，而且这种独创有着长久的效力。各位家长，想一想，十年二十年之后，同学们再聚首的时候，谈起高中生活，话题之一就是当年同学们写出的好文章，因为它给同学们的印象太深刻了，这就是作文独创性的魅力。

每个老师不可能让学生都喜欢自己的学科，家长也不要期望自己的孩子把每一门学科都学好。否则的话，老师和家长会高高兴兴地看着自己的学生和孩子都考入北大清华，实际上那是不可能的。既然如此，我一贯的主张是，每个学科的老师只要能够通过自己的努力引导出十名左右的学生喜欢这一学科，并且能够让他们成为班级学科学习的佼佼者，从而带动并促进其他同学学习，这就足够了。只要每位老师能够这样做，每个学生都会找到自己喜欢的学科，从而能够发展出自己兴趣和特长。这不仅是指高考学科，像体育老师，音乐老师，美术老师在这方面都可以大有作为。

读书练笔的背景：

在背负高考任务与压力的普通高中，我把语文教学分成两个阶段：第一阶段是基础年级，第二阶段是高三年级。高三年级主要任务是迎接高考，一整年不学习新课程只是复习，一整年的复习时间足够把应该掌握的知识掌握了，把应该熟练的知识熟练了，最终把自己的实际水平发挥出来，不是说人人都能考满分，只要学生自己没有遗憾即可。为此，我一贯坚持，没有必要把基础年级的语文学习变成高三的练习课堂，而是要让学生通过读书、练笔，喜欢语文，让他们在高中毕业之后还能对读书、写作感兴趣，那就是学习语文的最大效益。
