The ways to keep healthy Everyone wants to live long, however, that just

depends on your bodys health. Do you know how to keep healthy? Id like to

offer you two ways: 1) Proper Dinners: Generally speaking, one should eat 3

times every day. But some students who get up late will ignore the breakfast,

which will do a very bad effect on their healty.

Anyway, some girls who would

prefer to be thin will avoid eating anything or only little during the meal

time. Both of the two ways are bad habits of dining. We shouldnt feel hungry or

full after dinners. Students are usually very busy with their homework, so

they cannot take time to do exercises or too lazy to do them. This is another

killer to health. We should at least take time to have P.E lessons or do morning

exercises everyday to keep health. All in all, Being in fitness is our goal,

its also the basic of all contributions and success.

一曰理想。现在我们满腔热血、斗志昂扬，都有着远大的理想，若只是说说而已，就不可能实现自己的理想。有理想固然好，没有理想也是万万不能的，也就是说，虽然理想总是令人愉快的，但是如果理想只是没有配合实际行动的模糊理想，那么这种理想也只能是空想。

二曰学习。不少人认为，考一个好的大学，就与高层次、高素质人才画上了等号，事实并非如此。身为一名高中生，最主要的任务就是学习了，最终目的是为了日后的高考，若现在不学习，那又能去干什么呢？不可否认，高考是证明我们高中三年所学知识的一种标准，但这不是唯一的标准，更不可能是绝对的标准。一个人具备高的学历，只能说他有这样一段的学习经历和一定规模的知识能力储备，至于真正的能力水平如何，以及日后能否很好地应用到工作中，还需要实践锻炼和检验了。所以说，我们应该在努力学习的同时，努力提升自身综合素质和能力，做一个德才兼备的人，而不能片面的追求高学历，却忽视真才实学的培养。

我们现在的学习，其实最终目的就是为了更好的认清社会，为实现自身价值作底蕴。

三曰微笑面对挫折。有些人认为自己怀才不遇，壮志难酬，是“被埋没的千里马”，而跌进了生活的低谷，对生活失去了信心。其实，生活有时候就是这样的，一直悲观失落，就会看不到阳光照射的角落，但是如果一直微笑地面对生活，就不用在等待别人施舍阳光，因为自己就成了自己的太阳，选择怎样的生活，全在于自己的内心。

如果说，你是一颗钻石，就应该自己发光，不要等待别人来磨亮你！要明白，每个人都会注意到发光的玻璃，却不会去注意蒙尘的钻石！也就是说有实力也要懂得如何表现出来，让别人看到并引起重视。这样才会有发挥才能实现远大理想的机会。

我是一只快乐的小鸽子，生活在和平美好的中国，住在中华民族的母亲河--黄河边。常听人们说起，在那遥远的地方有条幼发拉底河。那里有个非常富裕的国家名叫伊拉克，他们的人民热情又善良。我是个有好奇心而又喜欢结交朋友的鸽子。阳春三月里，我告别了亲人，飞向遥远的幼发拉底河，去结识那里的新朋友。

带着满心的期盼，克服一路的艰辛，我终于来到梦寐已久的幼发拉底。可是怎么也看不到人们所说的美丽与富饶。这里正发生一场可怕的战争。滿眼的废墟、断墙、烟火，到处是哭声、叫喊声。在一处被炸得破烂的房屋旁，只见一个小男孩坐在地上，两只小脏手遮住眼睛，正在伤心地哭泣：“妈妈、爸爸，快回来呀!别丢下我。”我轻轻地停在他的脚边。小男孩抬起头，满含眼泪对我说：“我怕，我要妈妈，我要妈妈......”可他的妈妈在那里呢?忙于救人的人们谁也没有告诉他。

正在这时，一阵“轰隆隆”的巨响把我震昏了过去。等到我醒来时，我已发现自己在一座医院里。穿梭不停的人们不断地往里运送病人。满眼的血迹，满耳的呻吟。在靠窗的一张小床上，静静地躺着一个头部受伤的小女孩，凄白的脸蛋，紧闭着眼睛。她的妈妈，一个善良的母亲，正在一边抽泣，一边在默默祈祷。

我痛苦地离开了医院，来到儿童乐园。滑梯、秋千等早已被炸断，昔日的欢笑和热闹荡然无存。在公园一角围着一群人，他们的表情是那么痛苦、凄惨。我悄悄靠近。原来他们正在这里送走一位可怜的男孩。十分钟前还活蹦乱跳的小生命现在躺在一个冰凉的小木棺里，他已听不到妈妈的哭喊声了。我在公园的一角找到一朵没被炸烂的小花，悄悄放在他的身边我不明白，美丽的国家为何成为废墟?孩子的乐园为何成为埋葬他们的墓地?啊!都是这罪恶的战争，都是这可恨的炮弹。我纵身向天空飞去，迎着炮火飞去……

1、“暖”和“寒”怎样理解，谈谈你的看法？

一个“暖”字，既写出了春暖的金沙江风高浪急、暖气蒸腾的实景，又烘托出红军战士渡江脱险的喜悦心情和一片沸腾的景象。

“寒”字寓意深刻，烘托泸定桥自然环境的险恶，反衬红军战胜艰险的英雄形象。

理想是一个美好的字眼，我们每一个人的心中都有美好的理想。我的理想说大不大，说小不小。我长大以后要当一名光荣的解放军。

5月12日，汶川发生了触目惊心的一幕：房屋倒塌，整个汶川成了一片废墟，28分钟前，汶川还是美丽和谐 ，28分钟后，震魔就把美丽和谐的汶川变成了废墟，但一些人总是在废墟中穿梭，他们是谁?他们正是我们的人民子弟兵啊!他们正奋斗在抗震前线。

某装甲旅一级士官杨建诚正在四川鼓州磁山镇家中休假，他被突如其来的地震震懵了，清醒之后的第一反应就是“救人要紧”，面对余震不断，满目疮痍的小镇，杨建诚只有一个念头“能救一个算一个”。之后，他从一间间轰然倒塌的房屋间，在灰尘夹杂的惨叫声和求救声中穿行，将一个个伤员背上救护车……

为了实现我的理想，我要积极锻炼身体。因为作为一名解放军，必须要有强分健的体魄和坚强的意志，这样在发生危险时，才不会成为别人的包袱和累赘，才能够真正的为民人服务，因此，我要好好锻炼，将来才能报效祖国。

假如我真的当上了解放军，我一定要把事情做得一丝不苟，把身体锻炼好，遇到困难多思考，遇到难题绝不轻易放弃，从现在开始我要积级上进，参加各种体育项目，争取体育达标得优，我相我自己一定会成一名真正的解放军。
