这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话：“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情，有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情，有智慧来分辨两者的不同”，做最好的自己，做快乐的自己，相信自己一定可以成功！

目前，一些诸如GG, MM, Xia Mi 等网络语言在青少年中极为盛行，并且出现在家庭作业报告，甚至全国入学考试的作文中。请你以“Should Internet Slang Be Prohibited (禁止)?”为题，根据下表内容用英语写一篇短文，并谈谈你自己的看法。

Should Internet Slang Be Prohibited?

At present, Internet Slang, such as “GG, MM, Xia Mi”，has become popular among the teenagers.

There are different opinions on Internet Slang. Some students think Internet Slang is vivid, fashionable and full of humor and intelligence. Besides, it makes chatting on the Internet quicker.

However, some other students think Internet Slang lacks depth of thought and is too simple. Also, it is hard to understand and not accepted by most people. The words sometimes might make people confused, even resulting in misunderstanding.

Every coin has two sides. In my opinion, living in the Information Age, if we don’t know the Internet Slang, we seem to fall behind the times. It will be OK as long as these terms are used correctly in proper situations.

究其原因，我结合自己的写作体会总结了三点。其一，对英语作文不熟悉，虽然篇幅要求不大，字数在150字左右，可还是难倒一大片。其二，对某一问题平时缺乏思考和总结，不能提出明确的看法和见解，缺乏层次感。其三，不熟悉英语语法和一些常见的单词，即使知道意思也无法清晰表达出真实意思。

为此，我结合本学期的第一篇作文，给学生做了详细讲解。写一篇作文需要四大步：First, consider it carefully. (第一，认真构思。)Next, draw up an outline.(第二，写出文章结构。)Then, write the composition.(第三，写出作文。)Finally, Check over the composition.(最后，检查文章。)四步骤中，难的是第二，第三步。现结合文章，具体谈一下怎么做。

题目是 Changes in Li Ming’s Hometown (李明家乡的变化)。文章Outline可以从一下几个方面来写：

A. Changes in living conditions.(生活条件的变化)

B. Changes in working tools. (劳动工具的变化)

C. Changes in education. (教育的变化)

The usage of Internet becomes one of the most controversial topics in the society. As a student, I believe Internet is beneficial to me more than the way it harms me. There are many advantages for using Internet.

First, I can best use my time to find information online instead of going to different libraries. Also, the information can be dated back in decades ago. It is very helpful to use those information as reference and historical proof. In the library, it is hard to find so much "old" information. Another advantage to use Internet is that I can stay home and have a lecture online. It is much more convenience to me because I can stay warm to have class in the winter time instead of spending two hours on the bus and physically attend class. 我校九年级学生，有80%完全不会写作文，即除了“My name is XXX.”“I will. do，” 一个正确的句子都写不出来，剩下的5%也在以下方面存在一些常见的错误：

1、没有理解英语的基本句子成分是“主语”+“谓语”

学生经常出现主语跟谓语不一致，包括句子的谓语用得不恰当，谓语用词跟主语不搭配，一个句子没有主语，或多个句子杂在一起。

比如：学生想说“我母亲总是不让我看电视”，写出来的是“my mother always not be allowed I watch TV.”根本就是直接从汉语逐字翻译成英文的。

出现这样的问题，显然是由于句子的基本结构没有弄清楚。看来在今后教学中还要继续强调，并配合造例句练习。

2、动词短语搭配不准确

比如：“I’m not allowed watch TV.”正确的短语“被允许做某事”应该是“be allowed to do…”。

3、丛句语序和连接词问题

很不理解，为什么强调了那么多次，学生在写作文时，丛句语序还会写错？后者连接词和引导词也老师出错。对于连接词，我在讲的时候也感觉到学生没有理解。我讲解的方法就是把课文里面的丛句拿出来分析其语序和联系词，然后再讲相关语法点，最后举例子让学生造句。语序问题，我还会在将来碰到一次强调一次，相信会有效果。但是联系词我就不知道该怎么让孩子听懂了。

比如：“I don’t know that what should I do”“Could you please tell me should I do?”正确的句子应该是“I don’t know what I should do.”“ Could you please tell me what I should do?”.

以上这些问题让我对如何增强学生作文表达能力有了一个不全面的思考。我觉得，提高学生作文能力必须从七年级入手（小学重点在听说，只需知道what 和 how,不需求甚解；到中学阶段就必须知道why了）。

4、句子使用的句型单一

例如；在一次模拟考试当中英语的考试题目就是如果我当选了班长我会怎么做，做哪些事情，九年级五班的英语课代表张雅就一直用一个句型来写“I will do”，虽然全文当中没有一个错误，但因为句型单一所以值得8分，因此在老师教课的过程中还要不断的给学生讲 作文序加以变换句型且需对语句加以润色。

针对以上问题我以后在讲课文和精读篇阅读理解试题时，要注意以下两点：

1、利用课文逐句帮助学生分析理解英文句子的基本结构，即“主语+谓语”；

2、要求学生把有用的动词短语、名词短语以及插入语记牢记清楚。

3、每单元的语言目标，一定要理解并记忆。

4、是学生学会句子的变换使用，有必要时做些句型转换练习。

教案(Teaching Plan)是教师施教的课时计划或方案，是帮助教师有效地进行素质教育教学的依据。教案可以帮助教师有计划、有步骤地进行素质教育教学，充分利用课堂教学时间，高质量地完成教学任务。教案写得如何将直接影响教学效果的好坏。因此，在日常教学中，广大教师都非常注重写教案。那么写教案时应写什么呢?

一、写课题(Topic)和课型(Lesson Type)

课题相当于文章的标题，讲课时要首先告诉学生，并写在黑板上。因此要写得准确。课型是指该节课的讲授类型。初中英语的主要课型有：：新授课(New lesson)、巩固课(Reinforcement Lesson)、复习课(Revision Lesson)、语音课(Phonetic Lesson)、听力课(Listening Lesson)、听说课(Aural-Oral Lesson)、阅读课(Reading Lesson)、语法课(Grammar Lesson)等。不同的课型应用不同的授课方式或方法，只有确定了课型，才能选择有效的素质教育教学方法。

二、写教学目标(Teaching Objective)

教学目标是教案的核心内容，是教师施教的准绳。教学目标要符合大纲对教材的要求。由于教学目标要在课堂上展示给学生，让学生明确，所以写素质教育目标时，要力求简明扼要，浅显易懂，便于操作和检测，一般3~4个目标为宜。

三、写教学的重点(Main/focal Points)、难点(Difficult Points)和关键点(Key Points) 教学重点是课堂教学的主要任务;教学难点是师生顺利完成教学任务的障碍;素质教学关键是攻克教学难点的突破口。在教案中写清一节课的教学重点、难点和关键点，能提醒教师在讲课时注意突出重点、突破难点、抓住关键。

四、写教具(Teaching Tools)

课堂上需要什么教具要写清楚，如录音机、教材录音带、教学挂图、卡片、实物(或模型)、小黑板、刻印好的练习题、彩色粉笔、幻灯片等。

五、写教学过程(Teaching Procedure)

教学过程是教案的主要部分。写教学过程主要写以下几方面的内容：

1、 写教学环节。教学环节即教学任务是什么要写清楚，做到心中有数。目前有

些教师采用"三阶段六环节"教学模式，即：准备阶段(自由交流、复习检查)、讲练阶段(导入课程、分层操练)和发展阶段(巩固发展、布置作业)。

2、 写知识点和所用时间。写好知识点，教师使用教案时能一目了然，有的放矢。写好所用时间，能使教师从容掌握教学速度，合理安排每个教学环节所需的时间，充分利用课堂时间。

3、 写教师活动。不仅要写教师"教什么"，还要写出教师"怎样教"，即写清楚教师要教的内容，写出讲授这些内容的方法。写出课堂用语和各环节的过渡语。课堂用语要求简练、口语化，用学生已经学过的熟悉的、听得懂的英语来解释或表达新的教学内容。各环节之间的过渡语要自然流畅。写出使用教具的时机和方法，写板书内容等。

4、 写学生活动。写出学生学习的内容和学习方法，特别是怎样学应写清楚。不能简单地把学生活动写成听、读、思考、操练、做题等。

六、写课堂训练题(Exercises)

备课时精心设计的有针对性的随堂练习题和达标题要写在教案中。写清出示这些题的办法，如用小黑板、看刻印材料或学生已有材料等。写出这些题的答案和解题方法。

七、写课堂小结(Summing-up on Teaching)

课堂小结是教师帮助学生回顾和总结本节课的学习内容的重要环节。小结的方式和方法要在教案中写清楚，不论是教师引导学生总结，还是由教师归纳总结，都要注意把本节课的内容纳入知识系统之中，使学生在整体上把握知识。

八、写板书设计(Blackboard Designs)

板书是有声有色的教学语言，它具有直观性、形象性和启发性。因此，教师在课堂上要有计划地使用黑板，板书什么内容、写在什么位置、用什么颜色的粉笔等要在备课时设计好，并写在教案中。避免课堂上东写一个句子、西写一个短语、一会儿写、一会儿擦、一会儿擦了又写的板书混乱现象。好的板书能使讲课的内容系统化、结构化，有利于学生复习本节课的知识。

众所周知，作文教学是中学语文教学中既令人发愁，又无法摆脱的难题。无论是私塾教学中依靠学生自己感悟，还是现代班级授课制重在知识规律的引导，都是成效缓慢而结果难测的。网络的出现给许多行业陈规都造成了有力冲击，那么，我们这一代人能否借助网络这个现代高科技的魔法，来破解千年来留下的作文教学的咒语呢？这是一个很值得一试的研究课题。但是，从我所了解的一些情况来看，大多数网络作文教学探索的成果似乎不太被人认可。我觉得，并不是进行作文课实验的老师比不过其他老师，也不是大家对网络作文探索格外挑剔，要揭示其中的原因，只能从网络的特点本身来寻找。

在作文教学中，网络的功能可以体现在以下几个方面：①作为教师创设情景的工具；②作为教师要点指导的工具；③作为学生材料收集的工具；④作为学生文字输入的工具；⑤作为学生文本编辑的工具；⑥作为学生作品呈现的工具；⑦作为师生交流评价的工具。此外，网络还有相应的储存调用功能。

在作文教学中运用以上任何一种功能并不难，难的是把这些功能整合起来，使其构成一个有机的作文教学课程，并具有普适性。因为，同样写一篇作文，用电脑打字输入，用打印机输出，与用纸和笔直接写出，对于作文主要生产过程的运思并不是主要的，因而这两种方法对学生作文能力的价值并不会有本质区别；创设情景介绍要点可以用网络投影，可用普通投影，也可以用传统的板书。既然并不是非用不可的手段，也就不可能体现出它的独特价值。

但是，是不是把网络所有的工具功能都用在一堂教学课中，就算成功的网络作文了呢，也不尽然。我看过这样的网络作文教学：

第一课时：

教师用网络的投影功能展示春天的各种美景；学生上网阅读两篇描写春天的优秀散文；网上讨论两篇文章的思路，风格；教师引导归纳优秀作文的思路，风格。

第二课时：

教师用幻灯打出题目，《我心中的春天》；学生开始在电脑上起草作文；学生把文章传给老师；老师挑选几篇文章，用投影点评。

虽然我们可以把这样的课程模式叫做读写结合，但我认为，这堂作文教学课，其实跟网络这个学习环境并没有多大关系。可以看出，前面的一课时等于是一堂阅读课，后面的一课时是传统意义上的作文课，又基本上没有用网络，因为在学生思考、下笔、修改等作文的中心环节上，都没有与网络发生必要的联系。所以，这样的网络作文教学，就显得很生硬，是为用网络而用网络，不是为作文而用网络。

真正把网络的功能集于一身，而又可以作用于作文写作过程的网络工具，应该是专门设计的作文教学软件。比如香港的实用文写作学习软件。

尊敬的各位评委，老师们：

大家好！我是来自河北省保定市高阳县龙化中学的吴永会老师。今天我说课的内容九年级下学期人物描写的作文复习。九年级学生对于写人、记事的文章已有了一定的功底。但是，在批改作文的过程中，我发现不少学生人物描写的能力并没有提高，刻画的人物形象干瘪僵硬，文章主题空洞，缺乏生活气息。

《基础教育课程改革纲要》指出“大力推进信息技术在教学过程中的普遍应用，促进信息技术与学科课程的整合，逐步实现教学内容的呈现方式，学生的学习方式，教师的教学方式和师生互动方式的变革”，这预示着我国包括语文在内的课程与教学将越来越多的渗透和发展信息技术。因此，我尝试在网络环境中进行一次人物描写作文复习的教学，有效地整合网络资源，利用主题网页，让学生在网页上浏览、学习，在网络中阅读一些相关例文，尝试写作，提高写作水平。

下面我从（出示幻灯片）教学目标、教学过程、教学反思三个方面进行说课。

一、教学目标：（出示幻灯片）

知识与技能：巩固掌握人物描写的方法。

过程与方法：通过群论坛交流、评改描写片段。

情感、态度与价值观：引导学生用心观察生活、思考生活。

教学重点：通过作文评改，引导学生掌握人物描写的方法。

教学难点：运用人物描写方法，描写生活中的人物。

二、教学过程

教学过程分为六个环节，分别是：

(一) 单刀直入，引出描写

（二） 链接百度，复习描写

（三） 进入论坛，点评描写

这几个环节，依据学生对人物描写知识的理解、巩固、掌握、运用、提高的认知规律，逐层深入，高效达成教学目标。

（一）单刀直入，引出描写

导入：在日常生活中，我们随时随地都接触着形形色色的人——无私奉献，努力工作的老师，活泼开朗、天真纯洁的邻家小妹，任劳任怨、不求回报的父母，尖酸刻薄、得理不饶人的小商小贩……人们在不同场景中的表现和举动形成了不同的性格，无论我们是主角还是旁观者，只要用心观察，细心体会，就能够用文字描写出这些生动的人物。今天，让我们再一次走进人物描写的学习中。

设计意图：简单明了的导入，吸引学生的注意力，使他们全神贯注、精神振奋。明确学习任务后，学生有的放矢，积极主动地去完成任务。这样，会取得更理想的学习效果。

（二）链接百度，复习描写

链接百度，自主学习“百度”中有关人物描写的相关知识，对“百度”中的描写片段进行赏析。

设计意图：学生通过自主学习，加深了对人物描写的理解，独立赏析，引导学生去探究新知，主动获得方法，为下一环节点评作文打下基础。

（三）进入论坛，点评描写

打开qq群论坛，阅读三篇同题同材料作文《开学第一天》，阅读完毕，以回帖的方式自由点评。

设计意图：这种自由回帖的学习方式，充分体现了学生的主体地位，充分发挥了学生的主动性、积极性、创造性，使传统的课堂教学结构发生根本性的改变。真正把作文点评的主动权还给学生，使每个学生都积极参与、相互评议、自主修改，提高了学生的语文素养和信息加工、处理能力，可以说新型的网络教学环境，把学生的创造精神与实践能力的培养落到实处。（点击回帖，学生的回帖印证了我的设计意图。）这个环节让学生进一步巩固了人物描写的方法，为评改描写做好准备。

(四) 网上交流，评改描写

阅读作文《偷梁换叉》，通过小组合作学习，进行作文评改，并回复其他小组的评改意见和建议。

设计意图：通过小组合作学习，师生互动交流，可以淡化教师“领导者”的“主导”地位，使学生的主体性和创造性在小组内得以最大程度地发挥，为实现真正意义上的交流互动奠定基础。学生提出问题的机会增加了，有利于全体学生问题意识的增强。网上交流合作，促进了“自主、合作、探究”学习方式的形成。根据同学们的评改，习作者对原文进行了修改，得到老师、同学的好评。此环节让学生进一步掌握了人物描写的方法。基于以上四个环节的铺垫，学生写作水到渠成。

（五）大显身手，刻画人物

教师布置任务：

根据自己的生活经验，写一篇叙事作文，在叙述事件的过程中完成人物描写，将习作上传至群论坛。

设计意图：在学生写作之前,运用多媒体再现情境，播放精彩的生活瞬间，激发学生的创作灵感，让学生多角度、多层次地体会和品味人物，拓宽思维的广度、增强思维的深度，再引导学生由学校生活、家庭生活联想到社会生活中的人物，通过细心观察，用心体会，学生的写作热情随之点燃。这些作文，为评选优秀作品提供了素材。

（六）合作互动，评选佳作

小组合作选出优秀作品。

三、设计意图

师生对作文进行网上评选，通过交流、探讨达成共识，创立民主、平等、和谐的课堂氛围，让学生真正成为课堂的主人，积极参与到作文评选的过程中来。

通过讨论，全班评选出了5篇优秀作文，并把这5篇作文收录到班级的《悦写越快乐》作文小册中。这是我班的作文小册子，每次作文活动我们都把评选的优秀作文收录进来，有些文章发表到博客中。

通过学习，学生巩固了人物描写的方法，并且学会了描写人物。上课时间有限，网上的交流是无限的，课后学生可以继续到网上交流，把自己对人物描写的收获、困惑和感想发表在论坛上。老师也会在网上与大家进一步交流人物描写的方法技巧。

四、教学反思

信息技术以其图像清晰、动态感强、信息量大的优势，激发了学生写作的积极性、主动性。运用信息技术突破时空的限制，把现实生活中的某些情、景、事、物搬进课堂，为学生提供了宽松、愉悦的无纸化作文环境，使学生自主修改作文，方便、快捷。群论坛扩展了学生作文交流的空间，教师既能与学生共同对习作进行评改，又能把作文评改的主动权还给学生，使每个学生都参与评议修改。学生在网络交流中互相欣赏、互相批改，提高了评改水平，写作水平也随之提高。

由于网络信息资源与生俱来的不规则性和复杂性，第二个自主学习的环节有个别学生被动地在泛滥无效的信息海洋中消磨时光，导致他们参与课堂不积极。今后，我会在激发学生的学习兴趣，改变学生漫无目的的学习习惯。同时，网络的负面影响，我们也不能忽视，教师要引导学生网络文明上网，组织好学生的网络活动。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，后必须要与实践相结合，即将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。
