我们在一楼逛了一圈，妈妈买了两件衣服。爸爸提议到二楼逛逛，我们坐电梯来到二楼，首先映入眼帘的是游戏厅，都是一些大孩子在打游戏，我没在意。我停留了一会儿，往前走，才发现这里原来还是游乐园，我开心极了!妈妈给我买了100多个游戏币，我就开始尽情的玩耍，把喜欢的都玩了一遍，真是太有趣，太刺激了!今天真是美好的一天。

国庆节的晚上，我和爸爸妈妈都去白鹭洲公园，广场上人山人海，到处彩旗飘扬，五彩灯光照亮了整个公园。我看到一个雕像真像一只小鸟在椅子旁边捉虫。

我们往另外一条路走，我看见一排人在看什么东西，我们走过去看原来是花车，我看见各种各样的花车，有的像娃娃，有的像小果园，还有的像飞机船，还有那些叫不出名字的花车真是美丽神奇，舞台上的人们又唱又跳，整个公园变成欢乐的海洋，这是我最快乐的一天。

让我们一起庆祝伟大祖国的生日吧!

People are enjoying the comfortable life of the modern civilization,

meanwhile, they are also experiencing more and more competitions and suffering

much more stress than before.With the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

appliable to every one of us, and proves itself the most efficient method of

escaping stress. Each man has his specific activities that help him regain the

joy of life. For me the best activities to reduce stress and to forget about

problems are sleeping,playing football, going on a short vacation to the

countryside, attending live performances and spending time with my friends and

with my family.

First and foremost, sufficient sleep, needless to say, is indispensable for

each person, especially those encountering difficulties and suffering enormous

stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

modulate the function of each organ and release the body from stressful status.

Whats more, sufficient sleep would enable the brain operate more swiftly and

efficiently, thus making us more energetic to handle difficulties. Therefore,

not only could sleep loose the fatigue of the physical body, but also release

the mental stress.

What is more, I think that family is the most important thing in a mans

life. They are always there when you need them. Family provides support when you

need it most, helps you go through the difficult moments of your life.The most

important of all, their love for you gives you confidence in yourself, and makes

your life easier and a lot more beautiful. Friends also have an important role,

because you can evade from concerns by going out with them, talking about things

that are not related to your work, and sharing with them your problems and your

acheivements.

正在上课时。忽然，一阵紧急刺耳的火灾警报声响了起来。顿时整个教学楼都喧嚣了起来。

伴着警报声的响起，我的心也随着忐忑起来。我们大家丢下手里的东西，快速的拿着沾湿的毛巾遮住了鼻子和嘴巴。在老师的指挥下飞快的排好了队伍。非常有序而迅速的从楼梯上弯着腰蜗行着，走出教学楼，朝着操场的方向跑去。到了操场，我们都是敏捷的蹲下来。用手护住头部，眼睛等关键部位。接着清点人数，大声报着“1234……”向老师汇报着，都到齐了。这时，我的心也渐渐的恢复了平静。

就在此时传来了一声高亢，洪亮的声音：“这次消防安全演练，大家做的都非常好。”此时我发现了，有消防员叔叔就在我们身边。他在对我们这次火灾疏散的演练进行着讲解。接着在老师的指挥下，我们排好队井然有序的回到了教室。直到这时，我的大脑里浮现的还是这次消防紧急疏散演练的情景。同时也深深地明白了，消防知识的重要性。在关键时刻可以挽救一个人或者一群人的性命啊!

在这里，我也希望大家认真地跟着老师学习掌握知识。尤其是对于安全意识锻炼的各种技能。珍惜爱护生命。这次演练结束了，可是却深深的刻在了我的心里。为以后灾难突然降临时给自己留下了一扇希望的大门。

With the harsh competition in todays society, more and more people

complain about their stress in their daily life. Stress mainly comes from our

work, study and families. When we feel stressed, we often have bad moods on the

day and cant sleep well at night. Thats too bad for our health. To help ease

stress, some good ways are suggested. Firstly, we can chat with our parents and

friends. Maybe they can give us some good advice. Secondly, we ought to do some

exercise, which can help us have a nice sleep at night. Moreover, we are

supposed to balance our life with more outdoor activities, so as to make our

life more colorful and vivid.

今天，是宜宾酒圣节闭幕式。晚上，爸爸带着我去滨江路看烟花表演。

到了滨江路，烟花表演是8：15开始。放了21个孔明灯后，烟花表演才开始。一朵朵烟花飞上了天，纷纷像金粉落下来。有一种烟花是砰的一声，就像花生一样的散开，真好看。还有一种烟花像太阳一样 ，一朵一朵的接近我们。停了一下，我以为完了，我回头看，又来了，我接着看。一会儿，同样的烟花一朵一朵的接近我，我都被这些烟花吓到了。还有一种烟花像金灿灿的玉米一样，也有点像金色的 光芒。这些烟花真的是千奇百怪，五彩缤纷，闪亮得不得了。烟花放完了，我就和爸爸回家了。

这些烟花真漂亮啊！我真喜欢这些烟花，因为这些烟花在天空闪烁着。

Everybody is afraid of failure, because it means what they do is useless

and they waste their energy and time. But people get the wrong idea about

failure, in fact, failure is also success. If people want to be successful, they

need to take action. Failure at least means people have tried to do, what’s

more, people can learn from their unsuccessful experience, so that they can

今天是五月初五，是一个重要的传统节日——端午节，每年端午节家家户户都要吃粽子,喝雄黄酒,悬艾草的风俗;有的地区还有赛龙舟。传说，吃粽子是为了纪念古代爱国诗人屈原。屈原一生写过许多的诗篇。后来，国土沦丧，他满怀忧愤，投江自尽。老人们说，吃粽子时，可要学习屈原的崇高品格和爱国精神。

一大早，我们一家人在门上插艾草和菖蒲，在楼上楼下点蚊香，撒雄黄酒······然后我们一家四口要到外婆家······

一眨眼我们就到了外婆家门口，我马上下车，站在桌前，一道道美食佳肴摆在我面前，我坐在凳子上，等待更多美食。不一会，一盘美味多汁、冰凉解渴的西瓜就被我吃得精光。开饭了，我盛了一小碗，拣起了一只只小虾，我细细品尝着。忽然，我的肚子大得像西瓜，打了个饱嗝······

I have a lot of troubles, such as going to school, homework, and parents’

ramble. They like the stars in the sky. I am afraid of the darkness. This is my

biggest trouble. At night, I am fear of going out alone. And when my parents

sleep, I even can’t go to the toilet. Therefore, I never drink water before

sleep. And I always turn on the light when I am sleeping. I know it’s not good

but I can’t sleep in the darkness.

今天下午我们二年七班全体同学在刘老师的带领下，在___披萨店参加了一次非常有趣的社会实践活动——自己动手制作披萨。

首先我们每个人都穿上了小围裙、戴上了小厨师帽子，还分配了号码。我穿的是蓝色50号，其他同学有的是黄色、有的是橙色，还有的是绿色。然后我们站在自己号码对应的桌子前，桌子上放着面饼、水果、沙拉酱、芝士条等材料。接下来店里的阿姨认真给我们讲解制作披萨的方法和步骤，我们都听得可认真了。

终于等到我们亲自动手了!我按照步骤依次往面饼上涂抹沙拉酱，放一部分芝士条、放水果，再放上剩余的芝士条，一个披萨就做好了。接下来就是把它们送到烤箱里烤10-15分钟。

披萨烤好了!刘老师让我们按照号码依次领自己制作的披萨。披萨闻起来真香啊!我把披萨拿回家和奶奶、爸爸妈妈一起分享，我真开心参加了这次有趣又有意义的社会实践活动!

As for me, I have a special emotion to autumn. Autumn always gives me a

kind of feeling which can make me forget sorrow. Every time when autumn comes, I

am always glad to feel the beautiful season. I can enjoy myself in this great

season.

I like the wind of autumn. It is cool and comfortable. When the wind kisses

my face, I will close my eyes and smile. I know that wind brings me the breath

of autumn. She lets me understand that autumn is full of happiness. I can smell

and taste autumn everywhere. The view of the autumn will give me a huge

enjoyment. As for me, the wind in autumn is the best present. I am deeply

attracted by the autumn wind. This taste of autumn is delicious.

I also love autumn colors. The leaves will turn yellow in autumn. This kind

of yellow represents hope and maturity. When I see these yellow leaves, I will

think that they still enter into the soil and will give the tree adequate

nutrition. Thus, they never leave the tree. I am moved by this sentiment. This

phenomenon gives me many thoughts about human society. I believe that our

society will have a better development if we realize that we should have a

grateful heart. Autumn colors are so magical for me. They let me have bigger

imagination space to think over life. I know this taste of autumn is sweet.

I really appreciate autumn quality. In my eyes, autumn is just a mature

person. And her love requires no return. In this season, when I walk on the way,

I can feel her sincerity and her firmness. Although she can’t speak one word, I

can learn something from her. This taste of autumn is pregnant and

attractive.

Autumn is my favorite season and I will go on to feel autumn. Autumn also

makes me have a deeper understanding of cherishing everything that I have

now.

昨天，爸爸妈妈领我去老家了，我姥姥家不贫穷也不富有，我一进姥姥家的木头门，“乐乐”就向我跑过来，说起“乐乐”，他是前几天我姥爷要的狗，我叫它“乐乐”。我姥爷看见我，用围裙擦擦手，紧紧的抱着我，我看见了姥爷的围裙白白的，说：“姥爷，您包饺子呢”!姥爷说：“包饺子呢”!我非常高兴，因为我前几天刚学会包饺子还不熟练，所以才高兴!可是我包的饺子陷太多，露陷了，我又包了一个饺子，可是，这次的饺子陷太少，饺子扁扁的，经过反复的“训练”终于包出了一个完整的饺子。饺子要下锅了，过了一会儿，饺子熟了，我吃着自己包的饺子心里比吃了蜜糖还要甜!

Yesterday we played happily, but there were only ten people. I remembered

last year there were twenty-two people at all. I heard some my friends had gone

abroad. They went abroad to study. Maybe I couldn’t see them in the future. I

think next year we won’t make a party. Next year is a very important year. We

us now.

老黄不仅勤劳，还很稳健呢!老黄牛走路时总是一步一步的慢慢的走，它的主人让它快点走，可是它还是我行我素慢慢的走。它在吃饭时也是细嚼慢咽的吃，它先吃一口草，嚼几下就吞进肚里，等休息时在吐出来慢慢的吃。

老黄牛还有一个的优点，就是从不会挑食，不会要主人给它买那一些很贵的精饲料吃，它工作了一天只求可以睡一个好觉，做一个好梦，能吃上嫩草青草就可以了。

从老黄牛身上我还想到了我们的父母何尝不是如此，他们用他们的双手给我们擎起一个幸福的家，把家中的脏活累活都给干了，下雨时给你送把伞，天冷时给你添一件衣服，他们宁可自己少吃一些，也要保证我们吃好穿好。生病时对你嘘寒问暖。在你失败时给你一个温暖的拥抱，成功时，一起高兴欢笑。父母就像老黄牛一样用那双勤劳的手来保护你关爱你，不让你受到伤害。

10月11日，是一个隆重而又庄严的日子，我们迎来了新一届少先队员的入队仪式。我们班又十分幸运地被选中给新队员带红领巾，这对我们来说不仅是一件高兴的事，更是对我们的一种激励。为了入队仪式的顺利进行，我们班进行了充分的准备，王老师要求我们全班穿上白色衬衫、绿色校裤，还进行了彩排。

入队仪式开始了，我们排着整齐的队伍来到了场地上。我定睛一看，哇!好隆重呀!所有的老师和同学都来了，几乎站满了整个场地，同学们穿着统一的服装，白衬衫衬托着鲜艳的红领巾，真壮观!主持人宣布活动开始，各队报告了人数，唱了队歌后，就轮到我们五年级学生给刚入队的一年级新生带红领巾了。此时的我心情无比激动，好像有一只小老鼠在心口乱撞。我负责给一个小女孩带红领巾，她大大的眼睛，长长的头发，真可爱。我先把红领巾折得只剩下一个小三角，然后把它围到那个小女孩的脖子上，把两边的角拉直，然后把右边的一角向左绕一圈，再从洞里穿过来，最后把红领巾整理好，这样就大功告成了。戴完红领巾我不由得想到了自己一年级入队时的情景。我记得当时是一个高年级的大哥哥给我戴的，他不太会给别人系，显得有点手忙脚乱。他先给我带了一次，发现不对，又重新拿下来给我再戴了一次，这才对了，但是戴得还是不好看。主持人让我们给新队员敬礼，我才从回忆中缓过神来。看着鲜红的队旗、鲜艳的红领巾，我知道了红领巾是我们是少先队员的标志，是国旗的一角。作为少先队员，不仅应该感到光荣，更应该把它作为激励我们成为新时代好少年的一种推动力。

今天三八妇女节，我主动为妈妈分担了好几件家务事，这不，晚饭前妈妈在做饭我看地上有点脏，拿起拖把把地板拖了左一次右一次，等妈妈从厨房出来的时候，她都很吃惊。

吃完饭我先和妈妈一起收拾桌上的残羹，然后要求今晚我来洗碗。水好凉啊，把我的销售冻得通红通红的，我还继续坚持着。参与到家务事上，我才体会到平时爸爸妈妈照顾我有多不容易，看起来平凡的一件小事做起来还真不简单。洗碗这活不进要先把油渍用清洗液刷干净，还要把清洗液进行多次冲干净。看着洗的干干净净的碗。妈妈搂着我说：“宝贝，你真长大了!”我悄悄地从身后拿出了我用零花钱为妈妈准备的礼物，嘿嘿，妈妈激动的快要掉眼泪了，看到妈妈开心我也很开心。

My name is Simon. Im 24 years old now. Im from Changsha University. I

major in English, because I have the gift for language study.

In my opinion, English is well-known all around the world. If I can speak

excellent English, I could travel to everywhere in the world without language

barriers. Now I can speak English like an American. Most of my classmates always

envy my oral English.

I like traveling very much. Through traveling, I can widen my perspective

and know more about our world. Now I have been to so many cities, such as

Guangzhou, Zhuhai, and Zhongshan. These cities are nice, clean and modern.

I think Im easy-going and hard-working. When Im at work, I always try my

best to do everything well. I never let others do anything that I can do, and I

never put off todays work to tomorrow. When you have difficulties, I’m eager to

今天，我和妈妈去息烽玩，去的路上，由于晕车，我吐了3次。

一上车，我一闻到车上那难闻的气味，就吐了一番。坐车过程中，由于受不了车上人吸烟的烟味，加上车内的闷热，又吐了。下车后，头晕眼花，又吐了。妈妈说带我去买点儿东西吃，妈妈给我买了一瓶牛奶、一盒饼干，吃了过后，心里更不舒服了，现在天气又热哄哄的，我又吐了。妈妈带我去买衣服，在服装店里，看着那些好看的衣服，我虽然想去一件件的试一下，但实在没心情，心里不舒服，难过极了。妈妈问我要买哪一件，我连说话的力气都没有了，肚子咕咕叫，饿极了，但吃了东西有要吐，真难过啊……太阳强烈的光让我更加难过了，更想吐了，我怀疑我是中暑了吧。回家坐车的时候，又吐了，哎，晕车的滋味真不好受……

国庆节早上我和爸爸妈妈一起看国庆节大阅兵。

胡锦涛同志坐上车，缓慢的向前驶去。每经过一个，都会高喊“同志们好，同志们辛苦了。”解放军就异口同声的回答：“为人民服务。”然后，我们的胡锦涛同志登上天安门城楼开始阅兵。

解放军一个方队一个方队的大步朝主席台过来。他们步伐非常整齐，铿锵有力。有步兵、炮兵、女子兵、后勤、炮弹等方队，炮弹方队里有最先进的导弹，这些导弹都是我国科学家用汗和血研制出来的。有了这些先进的武器，别的国家就不敢欺侮我们了。
