军训真的很苦，但我却越挫越勇。从一开始跑步的气喘吁吁到逐渐适应，我收获了许多。在这样被逼迫的情况下，我竟然完全适应了这样的生活，简直不可思议!

后来，我从教官的故事里听说;他二十岁选择当兵，现在已经有五年了，他们的训练比我们更加艰苦。从爬山磨破了无数条裤子到每天必须按时完成的特训，他从没叫过苦。因为这是他当初的选择，人生的道路有很多，可一旦做了决定，就要一直走下去!

说不出到底是哪里出了问题，本来我是打算成功送走了教官开心一阵子的，没成想心底却引出了伤感。莫名地，觉得离别也未必会让我如此。想起曾经的一幕幕，回忆涌上心头。最后，我们用迎接他们来时的歌声护送他们离开，伤感的氛围更加浓厚了。

Sports benefit me in many ways. Firstly, sports call can make me fit and

strong physically. When taking part in sports, I get the chance to train almost

all parts of our bodies. In addition, sports call can maintain my psychological

well being, Whenever Im in low spirit,aking part in sports can help me forget my

anxieties and worries. Besides, sports can teach me some lessons about life.

Through participation, I can learn that on the playground I not only struggle

for my own self but also fight for my team. Sports teach me to be considerate,

My aunt went to Nanning to see me yesterday. I was very happy. She arrived

on friday niht. On Saturday, we went to the zoo, which has many interesting

things. There are lovely delphis, sealions, special birds, acrobatic show, and

so on. However, the most excited thing is the Roller Coaster, which is the thing

that I dream to play but dont dear. Having hesitated for a long time, I decided

to play once. In fact,I wasnt too afraid to play it. When we went out the zoo,

第二天，外婆吩咐我去菜园浇水。我提着洒水壶到了菜园。哇!黑白相间的蚕豆花谢了，结出了绿绿的豆荚。一排排玉米笔直地站立着，秆上结出了一个个“小宝宝”，他们躺在绿叶的摇篮里睡着了。丝瓜迫不急待地攀上棚架，爬上屋檐，开出了金黄色的小花。我走近一看，“哇!”叶子上爬了很多小虫子。我把它们一个个揪下来，扔进洒水壶，让它们痛痛快快地洗个冷水澡。

突然，我听到了孩子的嬉闹声。我寻声赶去，见几个孩子正在打柿子。柿子挂了满满一树，青的、半青半黄的、黄的、半黄半红的，令人直流口水。我也加入进去，借过竹竿，打了一个半黄半红的下来。我尝了尝，好涩!大家就把柿子丢在一旁，继续玩耍去了。

夕阳西下，“咔嚓，咔嚓”的割麦声停歇了，村子里又升起袅袅炊烟，我吹着向晚的微风，迈着轻盈的步伐，向家奔去……

10月11日，是一个隆重而又庄严的日子，我们迎来了新一届少先队员的入队仪式。我们班又十分幸运地被选中给新队员带红领巾，这对我们来说不仅是一件高兴的事，更是对我们的一种激励。为了入队仪式的顺利进行，我们班进行了充分的准备，王老师要求我们全班穿上白色衬衫、绿色校裤，还进行了彩排。

入队仪式开始了，我们排着整齐的队伍来到了场地上。我定睛一看，哇!好隆重呀!所有的老师和同学都来了，几乎站满了整个场地，同学们穿着统一的服装，白衬衫衬托着鲜艳的红领巾，真壮观!主持人宣布活动开始，各队报告了人数，唱了队歌后，就轮到我们五年级学生给刚入队的一年级新生带红领巾了。此时的我心情无比激动，好像有一只小老鼠在心口乱撞。我负责给一个小女孩带红领巾，她大大的眼睛，长长的头发，真可爱。我先把红领巾折得只剩下一个小三角，然后把它围到那个小女孩的脖子上，把两边的角拉直，然后把右边的一角向左绕一圈，再从洞里穿过来，最后把红领巾整理好，这样就大功告成了。戴完红领巾我不由得想到了自己一年级入队时的情景。我记得当时是一个高年级的大哥哥给我戴的，他不太会给别人系，显得有点手忙脚乱。他先给我带了一次，发现不对，又重新拿下来给我再戴了一次，这才对了，但是戴得还是不好看。主持人让我们给新队员敬礼，我才从回忆中缓过神来。看着鲜红的队旗、鲜艳的红领巾，我知道了红领巾是我们是少先队员的标志，是国旗的一角。作为少先队员，不仅应该感到光荣，更应该把它作为激励我们成为新时代好少年的一种推动力。
