一楼的图书馆是我的最爱，不过我来的可能早了一点，图书馆没有开门。再向东去，就是城市规划馆，包括二、三、四楼，都是城市规划馆，在里面，首先映入眼帘的是一个大屏幕，上面有许许多多领导来舟山视察的场景，还播放了舟山的过去与现在，真是有天壤之别。还有一个舟山平面图，一大片一大片的绿配上错落有致的房子在和蔚蓝的海水相合，再放上几条船，真是美不胜收。

二楼最吸引我眼球的是玻璃柜台里的军舰与一本像一本真的一样的电子书，上面有投影，是靠触摸来翻页的，那军舰雕的栩栩如生，好像只要放大几十倍就可以航行了。最有趣的要数那抢答厅了大屏幕上面出了一些题目让我们抢答我们玩的不亦乐乎。

第三，四楼都是舟山的平面规划图，其中四楼的平面图是用木头做的，真好看。可以让我更直观，更清楚地看到舟山的全貌。一座座桥梁，一艘艘船，一个个岛屿，组成了我们舟山的美丽新区。

这次的-真有趣，让我了解到了新区规划更现代。新城海洋文化艺术馆，我会再来的，好来了解你的更多文化。

在这暑假里的一天下午，我们觉得好无聊，便想去杭州西湖游览一番，我和顽皮的表哥，还有那幽默风趣的表爸一起去。

在途中，那千棵万棵的大树就像千千万万个挺拔的士兵一样，好像在欢迎我们。

其中，紧张刺激的空中飞车最令我们难忘，就在120幅度下坡时，把我们胆都吓破了……

时间如流水，一刹那间，少年宫就要关门了，我们依依不舍地离开了，不过，这一天真让我们难忘啊!

星期三，考试考完我还自信满满，肯定能考到95分以上，可是一回到家看到妈妈的表情非常难看，我心里觉得有点不对劲。

然后，我好奇地问妈妈：“妈妈，怎么了?”妈妈生气地回答：“你考试连90分都没有，身为一个大队长，考试成绩应该比别的同学考得更好，当一个好榜样!”我听了妈妈的话，我的心情一下子变得日月无光，山崩地裂，伤心极了。

到了晚上，我连饭也不想吃，心里一直很难过……

我带着失望又伤心的心情走进了房间，眼泪不听使唤哗啦啦地流了下来，这是，妈妈安慰我说：“孩子，别难过了，以后要多动脑筋，不要骄傲。”在这一时刻，我顿时想到了：虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后。过了一会儿，我呜咽地对妈妈说：“妈妈，其实，我也想把成绩提高上去，可是我不知道该怎么做。”妈妈说：“你每次都不仔细，很粗心以后要仔细一点，上课认真听讲，多看看课外书。”我点了点头，可是，内心还是有一种说不出的滋味。

这个六一是我上小学以来过的第一个自己的节日，我期待这一天快快到来。妈妈说前一天夜里我竟然在梦里高唱了一段，把妈妈吓了一跳。六一那天一早，我6：00就起床了，我匆匆忙忙地收拾东西、化妆，然后和爸爸妈妈一起赶往学校。

庆六一演出开始了，我们班第一个上场，别看我们年纪小，但是我们本领高。开场舞跳得热火朝天，戏曲联唱演得精彩纷呈，台下掌声不断，我们心里甜滋滋的。

下午，我约上好朋友杨子璐去樱桃园摘樱桃。路过麦田，金灿灿的麦子一望无际，我们在麦田边摆各种造型，尽情地拍照，临走时我和杨子璐还摘了几根麦子做存粮。终于到了樱桃园，但是农民伯伯说樱桃已经快没有了，想摘也够不着了，我们只能挑了两家，买了两种最红最甜的樱桃离开了。

上了车，我们决定去摘杏。我们一路向山边开去，在车上，我和杨子璐一边聊天，一边欣赏着窗外的美景。我们看到滚滚的麦田，绿白相间、层层叠叠的梯田，茂密的树林，风景好美。很快，我们在一个杏树园前停下来。我们快乐地冲进树林，树枝上挂满了黄黄的杏子，我和杨子璐都爬上树去摘黄灿灿的杏子。摘下一个，擦擦干净，咬上一口。哎呦，那杏子好酸呐，我所有的牙齿都开始发抖，酸酸的味道在嘴里打转，我赶紧塞给妈妈，妈妈咬了一口，皱着眉头、张着嘴大叫：“太酸了。”我们为了礼貌买了十块钱的杏，继续向前进。

我们后来又去了一个山庄，在那里的一片空地上，一个老奶奶和老爷爷在晒麦子，他们用一个木头耙子来回推着麦粒，我和小朋友跑上去，帮助老爷爷推麦粒。老爷爷说，这些天，每天都要把麦子铺开了晒，太阳下山了再装进口袋运回家，等晒干了还得脱壳，磨碎，麻烦着呢。妈妈让我回忆一下我们种地时的辛苦，再和今天的工作连接在一起，想象一下吃一个馒头需要多少道工序啊，我想了想，这样看来，半年过去了才有可能吃上馒头啊，太辛苦了。我会珍惜粮食，再不浪费了。

太阳快要下山了，我们依依不舍地和大山、小河、大树、小草道别了，我要回家了。今天，我们度过了非常丰富、快乐的一天。

joy to people when they feel upset. As for me, when I am not happy, I will turn

up the music in my bedroom, singing loudly and shaking my body. As Im immersed

in the music world, I will forget the annoyance and become active again. Music

今天，科普大篷车进校园了。吃过早餐，我们怀着好奇的心进行各种科学试验。场面可热闹了。

展出的物品有二十五件，有滚出直线，有非涅而头镜，有窥视元突，有离心现象，有看得见摸不着的，还有有记忆的花……最有趣的是锥体上滚。讲的是把锥体放到轨道低端，观察轨道上锥体的运动。锥体为什么能从轨道低端向高端滚动呢?

原来锥体上滚的时候，它的重心随之降低。在重力作用下，物体有降低其重心的运动趋势。简单测量一下就可以知道，物体在轨道高端时，其重心最低。所以锥体就可以向上滚了。滚出直线讲的是一个圆围绕一条直线进行旋转，那条线叫内摆线，如果定圆的半径恰好为动圆半径的两倍，内摆线将成直线。

I have stayed in Shanghai alone for a week. It’s time for me to go to my

real home—it is in Beijing. My parents are waiting for me. Although outside is

今天，阳光明媚，天气晴朗，同学们带着轻盈的脚步来到了我们日思夜想的地方—陵口少阳中学，百花齐放，鸟语花香，还有一只只五彩缤纷的蝴蝶和一群勤劳的蜜蜂在花园里采蜜呢!

令我满意的是豆腐制作这堂课，这堂课让我们知道了豆腐制作这堂课，这堂课让我们知道了豆腐的来源和怎样做豆浆，我们组的组员是：束文泽，杨倚天，董佳玮和我，束文泽是负责推磨豆浆，杨倚天负责放水，我负责放黄豆，而董佳玮是负责倒水，第一步：首先放一点黄豆和一点水，然后推磨几下，一点豆浆便出来了，我们兴奋极了，然后做了几次，就已经有不少豆浆磨出来了，老师看到了说：“你们组的水放得少了。”我们听到后便放点水和黄豆，不过一会，豆浆便涌入了桶里，不过一会儿黄豆便磨完了。大家把大桶里的豆浆到入过滤袋中，把豆浆和豆渣分开来，然后把豆浆倒入锅内，老师说让我们品尝品尝自己做的豆浆，就在这时，老师问我们，豆渣可以用来做什么，有的同学说可以做豆渣饼，有的同学说可以当肥料，有的同学说可以当饲料，老师说：“不错，豆渣含有蛋白质，当肥料可以让植物长得快些，吸收得好。”不过一会儿豆浆煮好了，大家每人拿一杯，在树阴下喝，豆浆甜甜的，真好喝。

通过这次综合实践活动，让我们增长了许多知识，学会了洗衣服，洗碗等家务活，我真开心!

暑假的8月12——14号，我跟着爸爸妈妈随旅游团去普陀山游玩。普陀山是风景名胜区，以悠久的佛教文化和独特的海山风光驰名于世。

以前，我只是在书上和电视里看见过蔚蓝的大海。8月12号那天我好激动，因为我可以真的看见大海了，可以近距离的触摸大海了!可以在大海里尽情地游泳了!可是浙江沿海由于台风的原因，这天摆渡的车子实在太多了，到傍晚的时候，我才终于看到了蔚蓝的大海，闻到了大海的气息，心里甭提有多高兴了!

站在海岸上，放眼望去，一排排浪花涌向海边，真是漂亮极了。一片金黄色的海滩上已经有好多游客了，他们有的卧在沙滩上休息，有的在沙滩上堆着自己的艺术品，有的已经在大海里游泳了，也有的三三两两在散步……我有点迫不及待的想到大海里，和电视里的小朋友一样在大海里尽情的游一游。

妈妈马上带我到更衣室换好泳衣，我便赤脚跑下沙滩，暖暖的、柔柔的，“真舒服!”我高声叫道。可脚下都是沙子，软绵绵的，一点也跑不快。爸爸和妈妈也赤脚走了下来，妈妈提议，让我先跟大海和个影，我摆了个姿势，在浪花一排排涌来的时候，爸爸抓住时机按下了快门。

走进海水里，真凉快!可一排浪花涌过来，那浪花是力量真大，把我推回了几步，我便不敢往下走了，心里有点害怕。爸爸于是给我套上救生圈，拉着我的手拥着我向大海走去。还没走几步，一个浪头迎面打过来，弄得满脸都是海水，由于害怕嘴巴张开着还喝到了一口海水，海水又苦又涩，我差点哭出来，想要往回走上沙滩不想去游泳了。爸爸鼓励我勇敢些继续往前，并且告诉我在浪头打过来的时候，把头转向另一边，这样海水不会再扑面而来了。我随着爸爸游到了禁止线那里，一排排浪花把我时不时地托起来，我已不再害怕，相反感到象摇篮一样，一摇一摇，好舒服!怪不得有那么多的人喜欢大海，喜欢在大海里游泳!游了一阵子，爸爸便和我回到沙滩上，我便和几个小朋友也玩起了堆沙堆的游戏，我还在平整的沙滩上用手指写下了名字，还和妈妈一起捡到了大海送给我这个远道而来的朋友的礼物——漂亮的贝壳。虽然我没有捡到大的贝壳，但这些小巧带着五颜六色的贝壳我还是爱不释手。天色快暗下来了，导游催促我们回宾馆了，我才依依不舍离开。

接下来的两天，我们浏览了普陀山的美景，但我记忆犹新的就是这第一次在大海里游泳，因为大海告诉我要做一个勇敢的人。
