My favorite star isSangLan. She is one of the best gymnasts in our country and she is very beautiful. Her smile like sunshine makes everyone happy.

Unluckily she was hurt badly in a contest. Since then she hasnt stood up. But she faces the fact bravely and overcomes all kinds of difficulties.

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt Im free. I

had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live

alone but I dont feel lonely. But I didnt do something special. I stayed at home

and watched TV. Oh! I wrote an English daily composition. It was my homework.

Today, I have slept for 14 hours. I thought I was very tired. It was time for

dinner. I must go! I am very hungry.

Sports benefit me in many ways. Firstly, sports call can make me fit and

all parts of our bodies. In addition, sports call can maintain my psychological

星期六的早晨，天气晴朗，阳光明媚。微微的春风徐徐吹来，这正是放风筝的好时候，我和几个同学一起去西门渊放风筝。

来到长江堤坝下，我和同学罗文精心挑选了一个漂亮的“热带鱼”风筝，这个“热带鱼”风筝由红黄蓝三种颜色组成，后面还拖着一条小尾巴。我们拿着自己选购的风筝迫不急待地来到西门渊的沙滩上，只见天空中五彩缤纷的风筝都在展翅翱翔。看！那只灰白色的“飞机”飞得多高啊！好像在云层中穿行。这边的“大蝴蝶”也扇动那对又长又宽的金翅膀，在天空飘来飘去，最漂亮的要数那只"蓝猫"风筝了，总是张开嘴巴对我笑咧……

“快！把我们的热带鱼也送上天去。”罗文提醒我说。“好！”我光顾着欣赏而冷落了我的“热带鱼”了，它可能等急了。我让罗文举着风筝，自己拿着线轴向前跑，“热带鱼”顶着微风徐徐升高，我正得意洋洋，突然，“热带鱼”失去平衡急速栽了下来，我的心猛的提了起来。我对罗文说：“我们再来一次，我们俩要配合好，不让风筝失去平衡”。说完，我们又按刚才的动作再来了一次，等到我喊一声“放！”罗文赶紧松开手，我举着迎风飘扬的“热带鱼”又跑了一阵子，边跑边放线，还不时回头看看，这次我们成功了，我们的"热带鱼"已经稳稳当当地飞上了天空，一颗悬着的心才放了下来。看着“热带鱼”越飞越高，我和罗文高兴地叫嚷着。

突然，一阵银铃般的欢笑声打破了这个静寂的世界。我往远处一看，原来有几个小孩子在雪地里打雪仗。瞧！他们你追我赶，有人在打雪仗，有的在堆雪人，他们玩得热火朝天，欢呼声盖过了飞机的隆隆声。孩子们穿着艳丽的衣服，像一朵朵浮动的玫瑰花，将这一片银白色的世界点缀得更加美丽，动人。洁白无瑕的雪花落到脸上，手上，凉丝丝的，转眼间，只留下斑斑湿点， 好像在给我们“捉迷藏”。

雪停了，这个世界沉寂在雪花王国，小狗刹那间变成了绘画师，在雪白的画板上作起了画，一脚一个梅花印，还在雪地上打滚，拓下了一只大狗的模样，他似乎有变成一一位名副其实的忍者，学会分身，蹲在一个草垛子上，就像雪花王国的国王，正脚下雪花的柔软，睡觉都要趴在铺满皑皑白雪的石凳子上，自由自在，接纳了冬天送给我们的，真实毫无客气的意思。

乡村的一天，无疑是美丽，欢快的一天。

乡村的早晨，一声公鸡打鸣“喔——喔——喔”，划破了长空，云彩被染成了各种各样的颜色，红的、黄的、蓝的、绿的、黑的，让人眼花缭乱，天空也已不是天蓝色的了，而是橙红色的了，仿佛仙女们把许许多多的颜色洒在了天空上，形成了这样一幅唯美的画面，太阳升起了，他的光是那么柔和，光芒也一点不刺眼，全身都是橙色的，慢慢的升向高空。村庄被薄薄的雾气所掩盖，远处的房屋若隐若现，小草、小花上，晶莹的露珠是那么的无暇，让人不可挑剔。小鸟唧唧喳喳地唱着歌，迎接新一天的到来，鱼儿们一晚上待在水底，早就想出来，不想待在沉闷的水底，来个“鲤鱼跳龙门”，表达对新一天到来的欣喜。

乡村的中午，太阳渐渐变得刺眼，云朵天空也变回了本来的模样，雾气渐渐散去，露珠也消失不见，但公鸡和母鸡找着虫子和谷粒，调皮的小狗追着母鸡满地跑，兴奋地“汪汪”直叫，母鸡拍着翅膀跑着，羽毛掉落了不少。鸭子“呱呱”叫着，在水上游来游去，捕几条小鱼和螺蛳吃吃，比起鸭子，白鹅就非常有绅士风度了，它们挺着脖儿，红脚掌蹬着水，时不时扇一下翅膀，看准一条小鱼，也不紧不慢地把脖子伸到水里，再一抬脖子，小鱼已经被他叼住，吃东西也不像鸭子一股脑地吞下去，而是慢慢地吞，像是在品尝什么美味佳肴一样。还时不时梳理一下自己雪白的羽毛。

乡村的晚上，月亮发着柔和的光芒，让人看了觉得很舒服，群星调皮地眨着眼睛，忙碌了一天的鸟儿已经回巢睡觉了，鱼儿们此时此刻也不在吵闹，安静地睡觉，就连调皮的小狗也蜷缩在屋檐下，做着甜甜的梦。一切都在沉睡之中。

乡村的一天就是这么美丽而欢快。

Music is part of our life, nearly everybody will listen to the music, no

matter what nation they are from. Music is divided into many types, such as the

blues, the country music, the rock and roll. Once blues belonged to the black

people, but as time went by, music is accepted by all classes. People always

share the hottest songs together, just like they can communicate. Once in the

foreign country, I had dinner in a restaurant, where there had the singers.

People enjoyed the music when they were eating. At this moment, it was music

that brought people together, and they share the same emotion.

I have rested for a week.I began to feel bored.So I went out with my

friends.They are my best friends in the middle school.We didnt go to someplace

special.We just saw the other.We had lunch together.While we were having lunch,

we were still talking about the new school and new friends. A year later,we have

grown riper.And we learned much more things and got new life.We havent enough

time to play,to waste and to lose the way. We only have two years.Two years to

go,we will get the real life which belongs to us.

Today is Friday. It is my thirteenth birthday. I got up very early in the

morning and put on my new clothes happily. My parents bought me the new clothes

as my birthday presents. I went to school earlier than before.I invited many of

my classmates to come to my birthday party in the evening.

food. How happy I was!

Time is also a fair thing. Although you have a lot of money or you enjoy high

今天婆婆从外面买了一些赖葡萄给我吃。看着金黄色的赖葡萄，我觉得它长的和苦瓜好像。但是苦瓜是绿色的，而且苦瓜是苦的，我就不喜欢吃它。结果公公说，在有的地方赖葡萄也被叫成苦瓜的，我觉得赖葡萄是甜的，怎么也会叫苦瓜？于是上网百度了下关于它俩的知识。看了后，才发现公公说的是对的。

现在我把在网上学习到的知识点发给大家看一看。大家也学习一下。

中国最权威最全面的《中药大辞典》，上海科技出版社1986年版，苦瓜条目中，就把赖葡萄和苦瓜当成同一种植物。中国古代重要典籍《救荒本草》，也把赖葡萄当成苦瓜的别名。

成熟的赖葡萄，能吃的是红的瓤。苦瓜味苦，是蔬菜，可凉拌或熟食。赖葡萄中水果，成熟时，瓤是红的，味甜，含有丰富的维生素A和C。由于二者叶子和果实外形接近，所以不好区别。但作为蔬菜的苦瓜，较长条形；而赖葡萄较为团形。苦瓜只要成果就可食用；而赖葡萄必须成熟才可食用，有的成熟后，果实会裂开，里面躺着无数鲜红的籽粒，绒绒地聚在一起。整个水果颜色非常艳丽，不由令人馋诞欲滴。

当然，苦瓜成熟之后，外壳也会变黄、籽仁也会变红，食之同样是甜味的。反之，赖葡萄未成熟之前，同样是苦的！由此可见，这二者同科同属，仅仅仅是品种上的差异，本质上还是没有太大的区别的，就像是大西瓜、小西瓜的差别差不多。一般来说，赖葡萄是北方的叫法，苦瓜是南方的土产。

今天是我们一家人团聚的日子，我吃着妈妈买的各式各样的月饼，里面有草莓胃 水果味 蜜桃味

豆沙味……应有尽有，我吃着美味的月饼，仰望那皎洁的月亮，像一个可爱的笑脸，对我眨眼，一下显得是那么恬静美好，不一会儿，我先入美妙的遐想中……

这时我看到月亮中的嫦娥抱着雪白的月兔，站在玉树下，那嫦娥仙女，长的可漂亮了，穿着洁白的衣服，特别温柔，只是显得深沉，好像在思念着谁，过了不久，月亮上的玉树不见了，嫦娥带着玉兔隐隐约约的消失在月亮中

突然一声“阿珍，过来吃饭了。”，顿时，我摇了一下脑袋，再看看月中的嫦娥，却什么也没有了。

中秋节的月亮可真圆啊。那美好的景色还深深的留在我的记忆里，这是一个多么美好的节日啊。

哈哈,当我起床的时候,刚好到了午餐时间。但我真的有很多工作要做,我必须写单词,然后学习"李阳疯狂英语",然后……哦,我的上帝,如果我要一直做到下午,我真的快死了。因此我在写单词,写我的英文日记。希望我能完成今天这些任务。再见了!

前不久，我们学校举行了一场歌咏比赛，我们班王任为了这场比赛忙得不可开交。比赛前一天，班主任带我们排练，进场退场多次，一个地方抢拍了，也要重新来。唱歌的嗓子已经快发不出声音了，跳舞的手和脚都没有力了，不免有泪水在同学们的眼睛里打转。校园已经安静了，只有我们的歌声在校园里回荡……

第二天，我们跨着整齐的步伐，穿着整齐的`服饰，我们已忘记昨天的烦恼，站在耀眼的舞台上，我们已不像昨天那样垂头丧气，而是全神贯注地唱着优美的乐曲，看着指挥那有力的手势，仿佛辛苦的排练已消失。回到教室，我们听着校长宣布名次，忽然念到四(3)班第一名!我们班沸腾了起来，全班同学的眼中闪烁着喜悦的光芒，同时晶莹透亮的泪珠也落下了，班主任的脸上也有了笑容。

是的，人生中也许会遇到许多困难与挫折，如果你连面对它的勇气都没有，那怎么能迎刃而解呢?
