country. I get up at six o’clock every day. after I wash my face and brush my

school is over, I return home. we usually have supper at seven o’clock.then I

begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before i go to bed.

In modern society, most people are under the higher pressure than ever

before and some people cannot handle the stress well and choose some extreme

ways to avoid or settle their stress.However, is stress a bad thing? As far as I

am concerned, everything has two coins, and we also need to realize it from two

aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

negative mood and lost our motivation and courage to keep going or struggle with

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

However, for another, stress can also be changed into a kind of motivation

if we handle it well. For example, when you find that you are surpassed by your

classmates in an examination, you feel stressful but at the same time, you also

tell yourself that you need to work harder to surpass him next time. Under this

stress, you will find yourself have more motivation and energy to study. In this

point, stress is a propeller for us to get more improvements.

叮铃铃，下课了。我第一个冲出教室，准备召集同学们玩老鹰捉小鸡的游戏，我大声喊到：“谁要玩老鹰捉小鸡的游戏，谁要玩老鹰捉小鸡的游戏?”才重复了两遍，身边就围了许多同学纷纷叫道：“我要玩，我要玩!”于是我带领着我的“大部队”来到操场上。首先，我们以石头、剪刀、布来决定胜负，输的当老鹰，最后赢的当鸡妈妈，其它的都是小鸡。可惜的是，我不是鸡妈妈，而是常林浩，我想杨海涛的心里一定也不好受，因为他当了老鹰。游戏开始了，老鹰张牙舞爪的向我们扑来，鸡妈妈左抵右挡，还是难以招架。在这紧急关头，鸡妈妈的脑子里突然蹦出一个想法：我们围着老鹰绕圈子。老鹰果然中计了，他被我们转的头昏眼花，没多久，老鹰就倒下了，我们捧腹大笑，有的笑的仰面朝天，有的笑的人仰马翻，有的笑的肚子痛，都把鸡妈妈的功劳抛到九霄云外去了。突然，我感觉有一个身影跑到了我的身后，随后，就有一个爪子抓住了我的衣服。我这只小鸡被老鹰捉住了，只好乖乖的学了三声鸡叫。

操场上，回荡着我们开心的笑声。

乡村的一天，无疑是美丽，欢快的一天。

乡村的早晨，一声公鸡打鸣“喔——喔——喔”，划破了长空，云彩被染成了各种各样的颜色，红的、黄的、蓝的、绿的、黑的，让人眼花缭乱，天空也已不是天蓝色的了，而是橙红色的了，仿佛仙女们把许许多多的颜色洒在了天空上，形成了这样一幅唯美的画面，太阳升起了，他的光是那么柔和，光芒也一点不刺眼，全身都是橙色的，慢慢的升向高空。村庄被薄薄的雾气所掩盖，远处的房屋若隐若现，小草、小花上，晶莹的露珠是那么的无暇，让人不可挑剔。小鸟唧唧喳喳地唱着歌，迎接新一天的到来，鱼儿们一晚上待在水底，早就想出来，不想待在沉闷的水底，来个“鲤鱼跳龙门”，表达对新一天到来的欣喜。

乡村的中午，太阳渐渐变得刺眼，云朵天空也变回了本来的模样，雾气渐渐散去，露珠也消失不见，但公鸡和母鸡找着虫子和谷粒，调皮的小狗追着母鸡满地跑，兴奋地“汪汪”直叫，母鸡拍着翅膀跑着，羽毛掉落了不少。鸭子“呱呱”叫着，在水上游来游去，捕几条小鱼和螺蛳吃吃，比起鸭子，白鹅就非常有绅士风度了，它们挺着脖儿，红脚掌蹬着水，时不时扇一下翅膀，看准一条小鱼，也不紧不慢地把脖子伸到水里，再一抬脖子，小鱼已经被他叼住，吃东西也不像鸭子一股脑地吞下去，而是慢慢地吞，像是在品尝什么美味佳肴一样。还时不时梳理一下自己雪白的羽毛。

乡村的晚上，月亮发着柔和的光芒，让人看了觉得很舒服，群星调皮地眨着眼睛，忙碌了一天的鸟儿已经回巢睡觉了，鱼儿们此时此刻也不在吵闹，安静地睡觉，就连调皮的小狗也蜷缩在屋檐下，做着甜甜的梦。一切都在沉睡之中。

乡村的一天就是这么美丽而欢快。

God has two dwellings, one in heaven, and the other in a meek and thankful

heart. Be grateful to others is a way to show your love. In our daily life, we

often receive help from our parents, friends, colleagues and strangers. Perhaps

A Happy Day

Today is Saturday， my family and I go to have a picnicin the park， I feel so excited， because our family does not have the activityfor a long time. At first， I go to see the park and play for a while， then Icome back to my parents， and join them. I play games with my parents， theylaugh happily. Today is a happy day for me.

I like the Chinese new year better than any other festival。 This is a time

especially for rest and joy。 I need not study。 I wear good clothes and eat good

My happy Spring Festival After the New Year’s Eve dinner with my family, we began to sit down in front of the TV, and enjoyed 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala. At about ten o’clock, the black sky was lightened by lots of fireworks with colorful light and happy sound. We stop watching the CCTV 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala, and began to climb up the balcony to see the beautiful fireworks view, and my father took some fireworks up, and we also began to play fireworks. I met my uncles and aunts, they all blessed us happy New Year and gave me red packets. I was too happy to count how many red packets I got. The following days, we visited my grandparents and some of relatives. We happily talk with them, and brought some presents to them, and also received some New Year presents. I have rested for a week.I began to feel bored.So I went out with my

friends.They are my best friends in the middle school.We didnt go to someplace

special.We just saw the other.We had lunch together.While we were having lunch,

we were still talking about the new school and new friends. A year later,we have

grown riper.And we learned much more things and got new life.We havent enough

time to play,to waste and to lose the way. We only have two years.Two years to

我的棋子走在对方的后面，再掷了一次刚好可以把那颗棋子吃掉，我便开始洋洋得意起来，这时我的2颗棋子到了对方的那块地方，这时对方把等待的棋子走了出来，一下子把我1颗棋子吃掉了，我真后悔要走这1颗，现在我只剩下了2颗棋子能动，我认真了起来，赶快放下那颗不会被追的棋子，走那颗正在被追的棋子，不过多久，我掷出了一个“6”，到底是把那颗追的棋子吃掉呢，还是再出1颗棋子，想了一会儿，最终决定出1颗棋子，然后再掷了一下结果是“1”，我赶快走那颗被追的棋子，结果一下子又被吃掉了，这时我在看看对方，2颗棋子已经到达了终点，而我还有1颗棋子没出，1颗棋子到达了终点。

我的心情急躁、紧张了起来，赶快把那颗快到终点的棋子走到了终点，还有1颗就等着对方的那颗棋子过来，对方到了我还没走的棋子前面4格，我却只走了3格，这时对方连续掷了几个“6”，把我甩到了很后面。

再过了一会儿对方1颗棋子又到了终点，还有1颗对方的只需要走一格就能到终点，这时我的第3颗终于到了，对方也走到了。对方4颗棋子全部都到了，而我却输了。真后悔前面要出一颗棋子。
