保护环境人人有责!

蓝天白云、空气、清新的环境是我们每个人心中的向往，也是政府的努力目标，然而日益增多的施工扬尘、汽车尾气、工业废气正蚕食着我们清洁的空气，影响着你我身心健康。更与我们的宜居梦想背到而行。现在南极冰川开始融化，沙尘暴吞噬绿色，雾霾问题逐渐加重……人类的生存环境受到严重的威胁。 The blue sky and white clouds, air, and fresh environment are the longing in each of us and the governments efforts. HoweverWorching our clean air affects you and my physical and mental health.More than our livable dream.Now the Antarctic Glacier has begun to melt, sand and dust are engulfed, and the problem of smog is gradually worsen ... The human living environment is seriously threatened.

可是，人们不知为何抛开这些暗示，仍在一天天、一年年犯同样的错误，重演着悲剧。例如1952年伦敦毒雾事件，死亡一万两千余人，中东北非的富饶土地成了现在一望无边的沙漠，美国河谷带十年肺气肿死亡率的上升……这一切的一切，是我们把地球推向了生命的底限，人类就是罪魁祸首。

大气孕育生命，我们应如同保护生命一样保护大气，尽自己一份力量，去宣传绿色生活方式，倡导低碳生活，节约资源能源。汽车排放的尾气之中含有大量的二氧化硫，会使地球产生“温室效应”，少开一天车，让空气更清新一些;塑料袋的焚烧所产生的毒气，不仅污染大气，而且不容易降解，我们应随身带着一个环保袋，尽量减少“白色污染”，拒绝露天烧烤，抵制劣质煤炭，禁放烟花爆竹，减少空气污染，让文明在你我之间传递，让洁净从我们身边开始。

信守一份承诺，撑起一片蓝天，蓝天白云，你我共建。地球上的各位工厂厂主们，请你们在生产经营中，自觉承担社会环保责任。那就让承诺牢记在我们心中，让污染尽快从你我身边走开。

人无远虑，必有近忧，居安思危，要防患于未然，如果我们的行为得不到有效的制止和改变，那么爆发出来的生态危机，则后果不堪想象。人类只有一个地球在依赖着它的生态系统的同时，我们更需要有足够厚度的大气层来保护我们，我们每一个人都是地球上的小主人，从小就要有环保意识，保护大气是我们义不容辞的重任，需要每个人从身边的点滴小事做起。

那就让我们做保护大气环境的忠诚卫士吧，让白云多一缕亮色，让天空多一份湛蓝。

Those who live in cities around the world are likely going to have similar

experiences about living and the associated challenges regardless of their

location on the globe. Most of these challenges revolve around stress which

studies have shown is a part of living. Regardless of what you do and your

profession and place stress is not avoidable but could be minimized. Those who

see stress as an enemy will probably live an irritable life which is quite

unnecessary.

How then do we cope with stress? I am going to give you tips that have

helped and are still helping me in coping with life in the city of Lagos

Nigeria, the most populous African city, where orientation of people is quite

different in many ways about stress and living with others.
