contents, I lost faith in my own and gradually developed a psychological sense

of inferiority. Achievement glided ceaselessly. It is a teacher and mother who

encouraged me and let me regain confidence. Gradually, my grades got higher and

higher and everything began to go on well. Gradually I adapted to the life in

middle school.

Friends, lets say goodbye to inferiority. Let’s be a confident person.

Because: only if you have self-confidence, can you control yourself; only if you

have confidence, can you achieve success and create your a brilliant life of

今天我演讲的题目是：做一个自信的人。

什么是自信?自信，就是自己信得过自己，自己看得起自己。它，不是孤芳自赏，也不是夜郎自大，更不是得意忘形和自以为是;而是激励自己奋发进取的一种心里素质，是以高昂的斗志，充沛的干劲迎接生活挑战的一种乐观情绪;是战胜自己，告别自卑，摆脱烦恼的一种灵丹妙药。

还记得，我刚刚升入初中时，面对新的环境，面对那么多的新的课程和学习内容，我对自己失去了信心，逐渐产生了自卑心理，成绩不断下滑，是老师和妈妈及时帮助我、鼓励我，让我重新找回自信。渐渐的，我的学习成绩及各个方面都有明显进步，逐渐适应了初中的生活。

朋友们，让我们告别自卑，做一个自信的人吧。因为：只有拥有自信，才能拥有自我;只有拥有自信，才能走向成功，才能创造自己辉煌的人生。

There are many festivals in China，During these holidays, my favorite holiday is Chinese New Year.Not only because it’s the biggest festival in the year, but also because it’s a new beginning that brings hope to people and it’s time for family gathering.Before the festival, people come home no matter where they are.Usually, we have a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. And then families sit together and share their lives or planes.Some will play games or hang out to have some fun.

On the New Year’s Day, people get up early and say good words to anyone they meet.Children can get lucky money from relatives.In the following days, we will visit relative’s home and bring New Year’s wishes to them.In short, it’s a time for family gathering and all of us enjoy it.

在中国，一年有很多节日，在这些节日中，我最喜欢春节。这不仅因为它是一年中最大的节日，更因为它是新一年的开始，给人们带来新的希望，也因为它是亲朋好友团聚的时刻。不管身在何方，人们总会在春节前回到家里准备过节。

通常，我们会在除夕夜吃一顿丰盛的晚餐，之后家人团座一起，分享一年以来的生活以及新年计划。有的人则会玩游戏或者出去玩。大年初一，人们通常会早起，会与见到的人说吉祥话。孩子们会得到压岁钱。在接下来的几天里，人们会带上新年祝福互相串门拜年。总之，春节是一个欢聚一堂、供人享乐的日子。

My friend I have a good friend. She is a pretty girl. She lives in Jiujiang. She is a middle school student. She has big eyes, a small mouth, a small nose and a round face. She is tall and thin. She likes watching TV and playing the basketball. On the weekend, she always plays basketball with her friends in the afternoon and watches TV in the evening.She is a good student. She is good at English. She likes speaking in English. She always reports news in English in her school.She says we are good friends. We often send e-mails to each other everyday. I like her very much.

I‘m living in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood.I have lived there for ten years.There is a big and beautiful park near my neighbourhood.We often go to the park to play.It has a lake in it.And there are many fishes.Theyre interesting.A lot of boys like playing football in the park.My neighbourhood is only two blocks away from the main shopping centre.I like to go shopping with my mother.There is a bookstore in my neighbourhood,too.Im a regular customer there.It has so many good things to read.People in my neighbourhood is all very friendly.I love it very much.

Last weekend ,I went to Beijing I love there .The summer Places is so beautiful and we went to Wangfujing .Though there are lots of people and the things are too expensive ,many people buy things in there.I bought a pair of beautiful shoes in there.I love Beijing .There are too beautiful!

Next time we have a chance to see each other, I will say "thank you" to you. Thank you for your kindness. Now I have got the meaning of my life.

Although we are in two different places now, we are still together, because we are always heart to heart. I believe we can see each other again.
