时间终于来到了20--年6月18日，旧金山湾区竞技场，NBA总决赛第七场，勇士主场迎战猛龙。同样的日期，同样的地点，同样的对手。历史总是如此相似。再次面对王海夫，我已经不是当年的我了。

最后一节猛龙领先两分，又是同样的一幕。最后十秒钟，我毫不犹豫带球前进，传球给王海夫。一个完美的假动作躲过了防守队员。王海富继续补防。我直接开枪了。我一投篮，就摔倒在地上，因为我失去了平衡。时间似乎静止了，现场所有人都在盯着关系到两队命运的关键球，最后进入网穴。同样的场景，不同的结果。我终于拿起了奥布莱恩杯，兴奋地向大家挥手。难以置信，我看到库里在人群中对我竖起大拇指。

我的未来不是梦。我相信，只要我有梦想，有目标，勇敢的追求，努力的工作，我的梦想一定会实现。当然，到那个时候，我将成为中国第一个篮球运动员，带领中国队夺得男篮世锦赛冠军，站上国际领奖台!

开心快乐是人们的普遍追求，人人都希望自己开心一些、快乐一些，而现实总是事与愿违，生活中不如意事常常会十之七八，因而怎样让自己开心快乐倒成了一门学问——实用型学科实践性学问。

快乐是一种感觉，幸福是一种心态。感觉着快乐就是快乐的，感觉着幸福就是幸福的。感觉往往就是心造的——心里装着的悲伤多，快乐自然就少;心里装着的痛苦多，幸福自然就少，因为心里总要平衡的，平衡了才能心安。那么，多忘记一些悲伤，快乐自然会多一些;多消解一些痛苦，幸福感自然就会强一些。

活着就是奔波，活着就是痛苦——衣食住行、生老病死、喜怒哀乐、爱恨情愁，生活就象百花筒，不可能时时顺心，处处顺利。伤心总是难免的，痛苦从某种意义上来说也是永恒的——人们几乎都是哭着来到这个世界，又在泪水中离开这个世界，痛苦将是人生抹不掉的印记。快乐只是暂时的点缀，痛苦却是永恒的闪熠。

快乐不是自己拥有的多，而是计较的少;幸福不是因为自己得到的多，而是要求的少。不满是向上的车轮，知足是真实的快乐，也是最大的富有;贪婪是最大的贫困，也是最深的痛苦;痛苦往往多是自找的，忧愁和苦恼常常也多是庸人自扰，抛开烦恼、忧愁和痛苦，爱好着自己的爱好，喜欢着自己的喜欢，情趣着自己的情趣，何不自得其乐;天下没有免费的午餐，房顶掉馅饼只是美好的梦幻，吃人的嘴短，拿人的手软，“给永远比拿愉快”，在力所能及、心有余力的状况下，何不助人为乐，与人同乐;快乐是美好的拥有，而痛苦也是最好的大学，经历痛苦，品尝痛苦，体味痛苦，享受痛苦，超越痛苦，走过痛苦会使你更加坚强。书山有路，学海无涯，情曾沧海，爱除巫山，以苦为伴，虽苦犹甜，苦中作乐，甜在其间。

无论钱多钱少，能达到温饱就好;无论官大官小当官与否，有事业做有事情干就好;无论年轻年老、漂亮与否、帅气与否，健康就好;无论经历痛苦多少感受幸福多少，开心就好!
