2.要真正树立以师生为本的理念，切实维护广大师生的根本利益。要坚持贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近师生的原则，充分发挥广大师生的积极性、主动性、创造性，不断实现好、维护好、发展好广大师生的根本利益;要宣传表彰学校教书育人、管理育人、服务育人的先进典型，营造良好的工作邓小平和氛围。

3.不断创新工作方法，做好支部工作。不断加强政治理论学习和业务学习，进一步改进学校各部门工作作风，强化责任意识和主人翁意识，提高工作效率。

4.加强制度建设，健全行政管理体制，完善各项工作的运行机制，实现规范化和科学化的管理目标。

5.加强领导班子自身建设，以身作则，严格要求，廉洁从政。加强理论和业务学习，进一步解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进，勇于变革、勇于创新。进一步转变工作方法，坚持依靠群众，发扬民主，不断提升科学发展、促进和谐、服务群众的水平，努力走出一条符合学校发展实际的科学发展之路。

悠闲的夏日午后，我独自躺在床上听着音乐，任美妙的音乐洗涤我的思绪。静静回想着初一、初二的生活。透过回忆重温每一个幸福的时刻，也借由沉思反省着自己过去的日子，并检讨在上一个学期里，自己有何处需要改进?有何处需要保持?希望在静思之中，能让自己的心绪沉淀下来，并以崭新的心情迎接新的学期。

对我而言，到学校上课是件快乐的事。在学校可以跟朋友相处玩乐，为生活增添许多乐趣，但唯一的缺点是有考不完的试和念不完的书，厚厚的课业压力总是令人感到烦躁。一天又一天的在压力下生活，让我开始逃避课业，总是把该念的书尽量的往后拖延，所以总是很难得到好成绩。但现在要升上初三了，再一年就要上高中了，要赶紧把心态调整，学习如何积极的面对课业，用正面的心态学习。

补习对于初中生好像一种魔咒，逃也逃不开，被困在魔咒中的我常感到身心俱疲，因为补习除了很辛苦外，还会占用很多时间，回到家又有念不完的书，很少有机会和家人相处，也很难和朋友一起出去。在深切的反省、思索之中，我觉得自己不是没有时间，而是没有做好时间规划，才会抽不出时间，相信只要做好安排，一定可以在最短时间内发挥出最大的效能，使学习事半功倍，如此便能用剩余的空闲去做自己想做的事。

升初三的暑假是升学的关键时段，考上什么高中将会影响未来的升学与前程，在暑期的休息与静思之中，我的心重新得力，因此，我要抛开缠绕心头的各种烦恼，转换心情并且做好一切规划，积极的迈向人生的下一个里程碑。
