My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but I don’t like rice because I think it is tasteless! We eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. My favorite is noodles.

一开始，高南和吕霄潼当网，她们抓住张浩然，然后他们三个人伸开双臂朝我“扑”来，我想都不敢想，撒开腿就跑，等我看渔网跑走了，心才从嗓子眼回到肚子里。刚想歇一会儿，忽然看见渔网又冲过来了！我慌不择路，晕头转向地撞向了渔网，于是我们四个人结成了一张网，去捕捉其它的小鱼。因为我们四个人使劲儿的方向不同，根本拉不住手，不一会儿就成了一张破网，尽管这样，还是有许多鱼自投罗网。过了一会儿，就只剩几条小鱼了。我们干脆手拉着手，一字排开，看他们还往哪儿跑。可是这几条鱼很机灵，总是往边上躲着我们跑，像泥鳅一样很难轻易抓到他们。

“快，快，这还有一条漏网之鱼！”高老师在一旁大声喊道。我们扭头一看，原来是周奕名这条又瘦又长的鱼。此时，他正手舞足蹈冲我们扮着鬼脸呢！我们一齐扭转头，手拉着手，一齐喊着“一二、一二”的号子，蹲着朝他走去。只见周奕名左躲右闪，见无处可逃了，干脆朝上一蹦，“嗖”的一下想从我们的胳臂上跨过去。没想到我们突然站了起来，他只好自认倒霉，也变成了网。

As a Senior Grade Three students, I am very busy in preparing for the

college entrance examination. I have seven classes a day, and two self-study

classes at night. And only a day left for the weekend. So, most of the time I

have to spend on the study, after all the college entrance examination is very

important for almost all of us. Aside of study, I would play football with my

friends after school and the weekend. I like playing football very much. When I

run on the football field, I can put the examination thing off my mind for a

while, only sweat and laugh left. It is a good exercise for health and a good

way to relax from the busy study too. This is my high school life, busy and

I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think they’re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences for me.

Thirdly, I also visit the library constantly. It’s said that “shelves of books, oceans of knowledge”, so I read books that I’m interested in. In this way, I can share stories with my new friends and it also changes my horizons .When I’m sad, lost or in trouble, staying the library makes me quiet and comfortable. In short, my life in university is busy but valuable. As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating Zong Zi . My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine s day, April Fool s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. Talk about Dragon boat festival, it s the same as some foreign conventional festivals, such as Witch s Day in Czech. People burned the witch s puppet so as to welcome spring. Some people are willing to celebrate foreign festivals because they like alien culture. And vice versa, foreigners who like China also concern about Chinese traditional culture.

After new holiday regulation, we have three holidays during the dragon boat festival. So many people will choose this time to travel. People who lived in Xiamen are able to visit Xiapu or Wu Yi mountain, these tourist attractions are in Fujian province,which is suit a short tirp. but I d like to stay at home for my decorate painting. I decide to draw two canvases about Christmas, it s really a big project. Then I ll hang them on the new house wall. I must start it now, or I can t finish them before Christmas eve. This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam.
