合作是铺向成功的基石。战国时期的蔺相如多次立功，并使完璧归赵，被赵王重用，担任赵国宰相时，廉颇老将军居功自傲，十分不服气，并处处刁难。蔺相如为了国家的利益，对廉颇老将军处处相让。在廉颇老将军明白了蔺相如的初衷后，非常惭愧，亲自到宰相府辅荆请罪。他们在处理国家事务中精诚合作，使赵国日渐兴旺，将相和被传为历史佳话。没有合作，哪来国家兴旺？

合作是开往成功的列车。1935年遵义会议前，不主持中央工作。受左倾机会主义的影响，红军的处境非常艰难，被迫长征。红军在长征途中召开了遵义会议，在周恩来、张闻天和王稼祥的坚持下，确立了在全党全军的领导地位，新的党中央在的领导下，实事求是、团结一致、精诚合作，红军的胜仗是一个接着一个。从此，中国共产党的理想航船，跨越过了最为狭窄的航道，驶向光明大道。没有合作，哪来历史性转折？

公元前318年，楚、赵、魏、韩、燕五国组成联军抗击秦国的侵略，但是，由于人心不齐，只想自己的眼前利益，不能很好的合作，导致失败。若各国在当时精诚合作，集中各国的兵力、物力和财力，是一定能够打败秦国的。所以说，拥有合作，才能拥抱成功。

在当今这个社会里，到处都充满了竞争。竞争似乎已经成了我们生活中不可缺少的一部分。但是，只凭借一个人的竞争，好象有点一卵击石的感觉吧？所以，在这种情况下，也就产生了另一种关系---合作。

伟大的思想家马克思，他潜心研究推翻资本主义，使人类进去一个更理想的社会，但着仅他一个人是不够的，另一个叫拂里德里希。恩格斯得人帮助他和他一起研究这种理论，并且称之为“科学社会主义”。他们的这种成功不就是合作而完成的吗？如果是一个人，或就没有如此大得逞就。

一个美国成功人士说过：“没有永远的朋友，也没有永远的敌人。”着句话说的没错。秒年个个很要好的朋友，很可能在某些因素下成为敌人，毕竟金钱，名利的诱惑是很大的，我们不能保证人都能对朋友忠诚。更有可能，着只是外表的朋友。敌人也是一样的，我们么有永远的敌人，就像棉队中考，考场上，我们都是竞争的对手，谁也不会因为什么关系而放弃自己的学业。但是，在平常学习中，我们一起学习，互相帮助，着就是朋友是合作，我们没有选择的余地。生活在这个社会里，生下来就要竞争，只有强者才能生存，着也告诉我们一个道理，忽然做给了我们内充分的准备，竞争给了我们表现的机会。我们要合作也要竟镇，要成为双赢的群体，只有这样，我们才能声错，才有竞争的资格。

竞争与合作看似很遥远，其实它们是紧密项链的，我们要在竞争中寻求合作，在合作中竞争。人不是万能的，如果兔子背着乌龟跑，乌龟背兔子过河，那这个成果就不仅仅是乌龟兔子任何一个成绩这样简单了。也就是说，我们要把自己的短处与别人的长处相结合，别人的短处用自己的优势去弥补，着样，我们就真的做到了双赢！

一座独木桥，两只山羊，狭路相逢，互不相让，以力取胜，以勇比拼，要么你下去，要么我下去，似乎除了拼个你死我活别我它途。但是，当力升华到智，当勇飞跃为谋，于是就有了第二条路可走，那就是，彼此帮助，互相搀扶，一起走过独木桥，实现合作共赢。

当今社会，不乏竞争。没有流动，湖海会变成死水一潭;没有竞争，社会便失去生机活力。丛林法则就是，弱肉强食，适者生存。适度的竞争，合理的竞争，无疑是发展的一种推动力。然而，把竞争发展到极致，让竞争异化了我们的灵魂，因为竞争丢了仁义礼智信，毁了温良恭俭让，就与竞争的初衷适得其反，背道而驰了。我们应该看到，这个世界，学生争的是分数，商人争的是金钱，官员争的是权力，兄弟争的是财产，妃子争的是宠爱，争到尔虞我诈，争到头破血流，争到你死我活，争到最后，没有赢家，只剩下了一颗颗伤痕累累的心。甚至是，我们自己就像鹬和蚌一样争得不可开交的时候，忽听背后传来一阵大笑，原来是渔翁来了，不费吹灰之力，就把我们变为了盘中美味。

回归人性，合作共赢。人类毕竟不是动物，我们的世界，一定不可以变成你死我活的狩猎场。竞争不是斗争，不是战争，斗则两伤，和则双赢。作为学生，帮同学讲一道题，胜过自己做十道题;作为商人，找到对方的利益点，也就找到了自己的利益点;作为官员，给贤能铺路搭桥，也就有了自己的好口碑和好人脉。种了蒺藜，最后会扎了自己的脚;斩了荆棘，便有了一条前行的小路。所以，我们要合力斩荆棘，而不能偷偷种蒺藜。孔子说：“君子无所争，必也射乎。揖让而升，下而饮，其争也君子。”比赛之前，敬礼寒暄，比赛之后，饮酒唱和，既有比赛更有友情，只有阳谋没有阴谋，这才是君子之争，这才是高品位、高境界、高风亮节、合作共赢的竞争。

实现共赢，规则先行。共赢，不是没有原则和底线，不是老好人，不是一团和气，不是软弱窝囊。红灯停，绿灯行，遵守规则才能避免事故。南海争端，菲律宾、越南背靠着美国大佬，造谣诽谤，寻衅滋事，干扰破坏，撞我渔船，就是破坏了规则，触碰了底线，何谈合作共赢?只能还以颜色!独木桥上的两个人，没有按照规则攻下一方，而是互相帮助同达终点，显然是背离了规则，所以只能输掉比赛。但是他们输在赛场，赢在人心。换个角度，我们可以修改规则，规定两人同时到达终点时间最快者获胜，这样，这个游戏就不仅仅是力量和勇气的比拼，而且是合作与美德的升华了!

上善若水，不争高位，安于卑下，简单纯净，润泽万物，以其不争，故天下莫能与之争。要想世间不是名利场，不是断头台，就先从让我们拥抱在一起，相伴走过独木桥，开始吧!

不久之前，鹿特丹兵兵球联赛结束了，中国队又一次包揽了全金。但是在这次比赛的背后，也给了我们一些启示。所以说，我认为：在竞争中取得的成功才是最有价值与意义的。

首先，我认为，成功要靠实力说话。

以我在什刹海的亲身经历而言。我认为，在这里的每一分钟都不是多余的，教练科学地让学生们领会每一个技术和动作要领，并及时指出你的不足，你只需加以改正。就如我国兵兵球教练在答记者为什么我国的“国球”可以在世界上永垂不朽时，教练严肃的回答道：我们在每日的训练中严格要求球员不断超越与完善自我，并且珍惜每一次与国外球队切磋球技的机会。从而使我国的兵兵球队得到充分的发展，最终夺取一个又一个冠军。这也说明了我国可以再一次包揽全冠的原因。

成龙说过：成功者找方法，失败者找理由。

林肯在就任美国总统以前曾经竞选过议员和州长等职位，但是却屡次遭受失败的无情打击。可是他却并没有因为失败的痛苦使他的内心所疲惫，而是矗立在“废墟”上继续前行，去寻找更多的方法取得成功。果不其然，功夫不负有心人，在竞选美国总统的时候，他凭借自身的能力打败了对手，赢得了成功。也因为他这一次的放手一搏，才最终让他实现了自己的人生理想，让世人看到了他的伟大的人生价值。

上帝为你关上了一扇门，也会为你打开一扇窗。但是窗外的事物，必须要依靠你自己的努力来获得。

在几十年前，当宝马和奔驰已经被大众所广为接受的时候，日本汽车精英界的人士却想要打破这一场景，于是他们倾全身之力，只为研究一款可以与之相互媲美的车型。在实验的过程中，设计一次又一次被推翻，但是又会看到一次次新的尝试出现。最终，他们打造出来了一款令大众所接收的车型——雷克萨斯。至今还远销全国。但是如果他们当时选择了放弃，那么就不会让世人所享受如此好的产品了。所以说，从这里我们不难看出在竞争中取得成功的巨大价值。

当然，如果当年的秦始皇不启用商鞅变法来达到“富国强兵”的目标与他国竞争，那么他也不会一统中原。取得令当代人所瞩目的成功。也是因为在没有人与之竞争之后，秦王朝因苛捐杂税和暴政逐渐走向衰落，最终因农民起义推翻了他的统治。

其实人生路上有两种人：你的朋友，激励你不要气馁。你的对手，促进你奋发图强。

俗话说;行百里者半九十。然而，只要我们咬紧牙关，攻坚克难，并始终坚持下去。也会在将来有所成就。

“走出荆棘，迎来的就是灿烂的阳光。”就像我国的兵兵球队一样，今天的竞争也刻苦的训练是为了创造为更加明媚的明天做铺垫。

There has been a heated debate on the relationship between competition and cooperation in the modern society where severe competition and harmonious cooperation surround us. Numerous people argue that competition is the mainstream in this society, and everyone should be competitive. Nevertheless, a considerable number of individuals claim that the advantages of cooperation incredibly outweigh the benefits acquired from competition, and therefore, cooperation is the major point supposed to bear in mind. As far as I am concerned, both competition and cooperation are essential and significant in our daily life and social progress.

The reason why I hold that both competition and cooperation exert positive influence can be justified in the following illustration. On one hand, competition engenders the impetus triggering every improvement in human society. Driven by the impulse of pursuing the excellence, each individual is forced by the pressure of competition, attempting to be the best. Without competition, they would be content with their current possession. In this case, their present condition, even the present human society, will stay still and no improvement will be achieved. In spite of the strong desire to success and be the best, the significance of cooperation arises from the impossibility to complete everything alone in the current society. It is inconceivable for an individual to live without the assistance from others. Every single person needs to cooperate with others to survive in the modern days, to conquer stumbling blocks, to complete integrated tasks, or to achieve higher expectations, all of which are not able to be conducted by mere competition.

All the illustrations above can warrant the point that both competition and cooperation are indispensable. Although there is no perfect and universal recipe to the relationship in modern society, the public commitment of the necessity of the balance between competition and cooperation may be the first step towards the right direction. Consequently, it is high time that it must be recognized that competition enhances individuals capability while cooperation combines all ability to overpower any obstacles.
