The great artist were very brave to fight against the old displines. This novel is of great value because it describes history and reality in the past. The boy students in our clawere preparing to run for monitor. Hearing the news, we girls were full of iaterest and curiosity. We were in bigh spirits and went to listen to their competltive speech. We decided to put our sacred vote to the most suitable person after careful consideration.

12月10日，我们跟着萧山日报社资深摄影记者范老师在湘湖荷花庄学习摄影的技巧。

范老师告诉我们，拍照最重要的是构图，构图有很多种，比如黄金分割、对角线构图、对称式构图等。他先教我们广角拍摄，广角就是拍摄范围最大的角度。一张完整的照片往往分为前景、中景、远景三部分，范老师以一风景为例，说：“你们看，这岸边的石凳是前景、湖中的残荷是中景、远处的采莲桥是远景，在拍摄中我们眼睛看到的这一点和石凳的尖点以及远处桥洞的中心点三点成一线，然后以这条线左右对称，就是对称式构图。拍得时候要注意照片的水平线必须和我们的框架保持平行，不然拍出来就不好看了。”

接下来，老师又教我们拍某个物体的特写。范老师说：“刚才我们是用镜头最广的广角拍摄，那我们现在用镜头最长的长焦，就可以把物体的特写拍下来。怎么拍呢？用长焦调距，用大光圈对准拍摄的物体，按下快门，拍完了以后，就会发现被拍的物体很清晰，背景是虚化的，两者形成强烈对比。突出了重点。”

范老师还告诉我们，一张优秀的照片，不仅仅要有完整的构图和漂亮的光影，还必须有打动人、吸引人的亮点，要有感染力，这样才能感动自己感动别人。你们今后要朝着这个方向去努力。

听完老师的话，我们便拿着相机四处取景拍摄，大家都拍了好多照片，选出自认为好看的拿给老师看。范老师对我们每个人的照片都一一进行了点评，我看着听着，似乎真的明白了些什么！

活动很快结束了，可我还不想回家，我忽然觉得拍照真的很有意思，难怪有这么多人会喜欢摄影！

今天下午我们不用上学，因为一位叫汤素兰的写作教授会在二中开一次讲座。我因为下午迟到很有可能连汤教授讲的许多重点都没装进头脑里，不过还好我没有迟到很久，不然这次讲座一些有趣的事我也不会知道了。

我刚到那时汤教授就说了一个小故事，也就是每一只蜗牛都整天背着小房子走，后来有一天下起了倾盆大雨，这时一只蚂蚁见到了蜗牛便请求蜗牛让它进去躲躲雨，蜗牛只是说：“我房子很小，如果你能挤进来就进来吧！”不久蚂蚁就进去了，没几分钟兔子因为不想把雪白的外衣搞湿，便也请求蜗牛让它进去躲躲雨，可蜗牛的回答和先说的一样，不久兔子也进去了，没过多久一个小男孩穿着新衣服在四周躲雨，手里还拿着足球，走着走着他也见到了这只蜗牛，也请求蜗牛让他躲躯雨，没想到蜗牛和前面说的还是一样，不久小男孩也挤进了进去，可就只有耳朵留在外面听完故事后，我们所有同学都感到太不可思议了，这么小的壳怎么能容得下一个人呢？还好汤教授解释了说这是一篇童话故事，才使这议论纷纷的场面终于平静了下来，后来汤教授还讲了写童话做到要让读者感到令人快乐，我们就必需要有想象力，也要有一定道理。

听了这次讲座后我学到了不少珍贵的知识。

今天看了余世维先生的成功经理人讲座，讲得非常好，余世维讲座观后感。以下是我看后的一些感想。

余世维先生是时代光华教育发展有限公司特聘高级培训师，哈佛大学企业管理博士后，牛津大学国际经济博士后，美国诺瓦大学公共决策博士。现任上海慧泉企业管理咨询有限公司董事、总经理，美国富顿集团中国总经理。曾服务的客户有：日本航空、飞利浦、柯达、联合利华、ABB、三得利、3M、西门子、摩托罗拉、中国电信等国内外著名企业。

“管理不是比赛看谁的爱最多！”的确如此，但是，也不是在比赛谁的爱最少，所以，我们还是要爱，爱己也要爱人。

“爱”是非常伟大的！如果因为管理而失去仁爱，这样的学校，至少就我而言，是不会呆下去的。如果学校有一天发展成为“做事不做人”的团体，我一定会走；老实说，我很喜欢余先生的讲座，至少在我看过的两集中有百分之六十是非常认同的啊，不单单是用在管理，在平常的生活，学习中也是非常实用的，确实！比如他说的“永远不要说我以为”，“时间观念问题”这些都是非常正确的！

余世维先生对目前国内外的形式非常了解，他的讲座一针见血的指出了目前国内许多企业以及企业家存在的问题，并提出了有效个改进方法，余世维先生喜欢拿中国人和外国人比较，一比较就发现问题了，一发现问题就可以去解决问题，我们的生活就是在不断的发现问题，然后不断的去解决问题。他在这方面真的很值得我们学习。

他在有效沟通方面的见解是很独特的，通过[沟通的目的的问题]，[沟通的基本障碍]，[沟通的个人障碍]，[沟通的组织障碍]，[沟通的方向]，[行为语言]等几个方面把沟通问题说的非常透彻，余世维先生常常拿自己和自己的公司为例子说明问题，使人马上能够了解到沟通的好处，他的讲课方法真的很吸引我们，我想这也是他的成功之一。

我想引用别人对余先生的评价：谢谢你! 是你让我恢复信心! 是你让我思想振动! 是你让我知道原来管理,学习和舞蹈一样,都是艺术! 如果可以把书籍比喻是人类进步的阶梯， 那么余老师的讲座就是人类

余博士认为"我以为……"要不得，那是一种辩解，为已经犯下的错，不愿负起责任，观后感《余世维讲座观后感》。我有时候也会这样为自己开脱。其实，我一直都觉得，人应该有点追求完美的精神--从一开始就不让它错！然而非圣贤的我们，孰能无过？那么，犯了一次错，就应该接受教训，不要重复犯错。我们真正该做的和能做到的是：承认错误，负起责任，铭记教训。做任何事，我们都要有责任心，要负起责任。 工作不仅要有责任心，还得讲求效率和效果，而且效果应重于效率。要做到有效率、重效果，就得有主动的思考精神，平时应多学习，不断充实自己。 欢迎你  说到学习，我想起余博士说：不忙的时候，主动帮助别人。我想，这不仅是一种助人的行为，同时也给了自己一个学习的机会，帮助别人也就是帮助了自己。其实，这里还涉及了一个问题：是否愿意接受别人的帮助？我以前就有过这样的体会：坚持自己的事自己做，亲历亲为。这一点"坚持"精神无可厚非，但坚持要看事情的性质、要有度，否则，就是固执，要付出代价，最起码浪费了宝贵的时间！事实上，接受帮助也是给了自己一个学习的机会，我们要想超越自己，体现自身价值，就应该汲取别人之长。

在平时的工作中，我们还应该学会看问题，抓住机会，积极参与公司的事情，重视团队的力量；要懂得如何委曲求全，从而顾全大局。大家都为公司着想，发挥自主的思考性，结合起来就是大智慧。公司发展了，个人才会有发挥的余地。

工作上严格要求自己，细心谨慎；生活中不能太拘小节，学会宽容。无论何时何地，为人做事都要以诚为本。这是我对自己的要求。"最低成本的做人方式，就是老老实实地做人"，这句话真的很有道理。诚实，在工作中也是不可或缺的。我觉得，一个诚实的人会更愿意负起责任。对自己诚实，对别人诚实。

余博士还讲到遇事不乱，即所谓的镇定、冷静吧。这让我想起高中的班主任，他经常教导我们要"处变不惊"。我一直铭记在心。这是大将风范，也是大家的风范，我们都要学习。

零零散散讲了几点感受，再看看自己，不足之处还有，欣慰的是，在走进综艺一年零一月的今天，我学了很多东西，最重要的一点：在综艺我慢慢地找回了自信！综艺是片广阔的天地，只要努力，每个人都有机会施展自己的才华。综艺使我明白：混日子的方式，它会毁了一个人的进取心，直至毁了前途；最重要的事是，首先做好自己的工作，不断充实自己，使自己成为一个有竞争力的人。我相信自己可以做得更好。

今天，我们学校邀请了陈警官来我们学校进行了《交通知识讲座》，讲得可细致了。

贾警官先讲了过马路的要点：不能离正在拐弯的车太近、不能在指示灯为红灯的时候过马路、在过没有指示灯的马路时要看车等，然后讲了文明乘车的要点，最后讲了12岁之后才能骑自行车，即使12之后，在骑自行车也要了解相关的规定才能骑等许多知识。

贾警官讲完后，让我深思起来，仔细想一想，姥姥、姥爷、妈妈以及我都犯下了不少错误，如：没交警的地方就违反交通规则——横穿马路。就拿几年前来说吧，我和妈妈在我家附近的人行道上，只见妈妈东张西望看看有没有交警，然后就拉着我横穿马路，结果刚走出马路就被罚款，但至今都没有改。

他们还有不文明乘车的的现象，自己偶尔也不例外，如：有一次，一个老奶奶上了车，没有座位了，我心想：让吧，但又没胆量，不让吧，自己又是少先队员，要不然下车，给老奶奶让座？可离我要去的地方还很远。最终，是一位小弟弟让的座位，此刻，羞愧、内疚骤然涌上心头，脸一下子涨得通红通红。

今后，为了我们全家的安全，我一定要先以身作则，再极力提醒姥姥、姥爷、妈妈还有我的习惯性违反交通规则的错误！

1．词语选择的重要性

在The Right Word at the Right Time的“序言”中，编者对词语选用的重要性作了一个很好的比喻：“Using the right word at the right time is rather like wearing appropriate clothing for the occasion：

it is a courtesy to others，and a favor to yourself-a matter of presenting yourself well in the eyes of the world."

显然，说话或写文章时用词适当比穿着适当难度大得多，因而也具有更大的重要性。在我国，古人写文章时常为一个词语的选用具思苦想，因而有“语不惊人死不休”的说法。

成语“一字值千金”也说明了选择词语的极端重要性。有时“一字之差”造成令人遗憾的败笔，或招致成千上万的经济损失。这些反面的教训也告诉我们必须重视词语选用的问题。

2．词语选择的可能性

实际上，我们每个人的脑子里都有了一个或大或小的词库，只要我们肯去发掘，往往可以得到更好的表达方式。这是我们做好词语选用的主观条件。

从客观条件广看，我们有各种类型的词典和参考书，只要我们平时多翻译、多阅读，写作时勤查考，就会在词语选用上不断进步。当然，一部好词典也不会毫无缺点，更难以面面俱到，因此在这里我们应牢牢记住著名英国作家、评论家和辞书编纂家Johson的话：

上周五，一位来自首都大学的著名教授来到我们学校开讲座。结尾之时，教授把所讲的科学主题升华到哲学的高度，结果意外导致提问环节变成了某些突发奇想的学生的“表演”，原定一个小时出头的讲座拖到两个多小时才结束，留给聆听者各种失望与不满。

如果把同学的突发奇想看做“碎片化的灵感”，“碎片化”就可被视为一种区别于平常的追求。在一个人的茫茫人生中，大多时间都是寻常的，是平淡的，但在“碎片化”的时间里他却能追寻自己有感而发的、渴望的东西。在那时，他或许是热血沸腾的，也许是恍然大悟的。这种状态能令我们忘却平常生活中的烦恼，甚至能让人感觉一念通达，仿佛世间没有白来一场，来一场畅快淋漓的倾诉。

然而碎片化的讲座时间过去后，一切好像都没能对我们的完整生活做出改变。回家的同学整理书包，赶去上课的同学焦头烂额，五分钟前的失望与不满反成了可有可无的抱怨。我们在回归完整生活后轻易忘却了碎片化时间中的所得，碎片就会在时间的长流中灰飞烟灭。那些在赶路途中阅读电子书的人们又能忆起多少曾经为之触动的好句真章，在碎片化的社交中又有多少能突破那若有若无的隔膜……我们必须提防那些碎片化的东西渐渐失去了在我们生活主旋律中留下的痕迹。

There are a lot of English classes for us to learn, such as Basic English, Oral English, Listening, Reading, Writing, Translation, Grammar, English Literature, and so on. I enjoy these classes very much. Except English, we have many other subjects to learn. Life seems so busy here but it’s so fruitful for me.

大学生活与高中生活有很大的不同。在大学，我们要获取知识也要提高我们的综合能力。我们要上很多的英语课，比如，基础英语，英语口语，听力阅读，写作，翻译，语法，英语文学等。我非常喜欢这些课。除英语外，我们还要学习很多其他科目。在这里生活是如此的忙碌，但这对我来说是如此丰硕的收获。

After class, I usually go to the English Corner. There I can practice my oral English by talking with foreigners or chatting with my schoolmates. Now, I’m able to communicate with foreigners well. Sometimes I also take part in some social activities. For instance, last weekend I attended an interesting play. As it was my first performance, I felt a little nervous at the beginning. But when I appeared on the stage, I made every audience laugh happily. I was so proud of myself at that moment, because this was my first achievement.

下课后，我经常去英语角。在那里我可以通过与外国人或我的同学聊天来练习我的英语口语。现在我可以很好的和外国人交流了。有时候我也可以参加一些社交活动。例如，上周我参加了一个有趣的表演。因为是我第一次表演，所以一开始的时候我觉得有点紧张。但当我出现在舞台上时，我让每一个观众都开心的笑了。在那一刻，我为我自己感到骄傲，因为这是我的第一个收获。

there are some voices claiming lei feng’s spirit has gone out of style in today’s society。 they reason that in commodity economy people should seek more practical things， such as fame， money and the comfortable life。 to them nothing is more important than those things， which is often regarded as the views of the present generation。

there are some other voices claiming that the spirit of lei feng still has an enormous echo in millions of chinese people。 the great soldier’s story has such a strong influence on people’s ideas， values and ways of life that in every field of society there arise countless “living lei fengs”， who follow the example of lei feng and serve the people heart and soul。

in my opinion， the spirit of lei feng will never be out of date。 instead， it has been brought forward。 today more and more “lei fengs” are coming forth from various circles among whom “xu hu” has already set a good example to the whole nation。 the spirit of lei feng---an unselfish spirit will always encourage us to go forward。

一次难忘的讲座

“方素珍阿姨要给我们讲座！”随着一声欢呼，我们走进大礼堂，准备听方素珍阿姨的讲座。

“同学们，我最喜欢做的事就是看书，看有创意的书”，方阿姨说道。有创意的书？我看过绘本书、科技书、童话书、文学书，到底什么书最有创意呢？我瞪大眼睛，目不转睛地看着方阿姨。方阿姨拿出一本绘本，里面讲的是一只小鳄鱼成长的故事。它越长越大，特别是书里面最后一张图片用了“拉伸”的效果，就非常吸引读者了。

听方阿姨说，台北的小朋友也特喜欢阅读有创意的书，还自己亲手制作了呢！你瞧！一只小蝌蚪被他们一拉，瞬间变成了青蛙；青蛙一拉，变成了王子。好神奇呀！

方阿姨还说，写作要有想象力，便问我们：对于“尿布”这个词，你能想到什么？同学们七嘴八舌地议论。有的说“婴儿”，有的说“厂家”。方阿姨给我们看了个广告，广告中却从“尿布”提到了“灰姑娘”，真有“想象力”！

我们纷纷请方阿姨签名，依依不舍地离开大礼堂。这一次讲座时间虽然短暂，但却令我难忘！
