今天，我来到了萧山日报社九楼，跟着大记者学起了摄影。教室里，老师还没来，大家都兴奋的摆弄着自己手里的相机或是手机。时不时对着讲台，大屏幕或是自己的小伙伴“咔擦，咔擦”来几张照相。

不一会儿，老师来了，说：“今天大家有很多都带了手机来，在平时，我们拍照用的最多的也是手机。为什么呢？1，手机与我们几乎形影不离，与有些较大的相机相比较，它可轻便多了。2，现在的手机拍照不需要去学摄影的技巧，只需要动动手指按下快门，一张张照片就诞生了。3，一张照片刚刚出炉，就能立刻转发朋友圈。4，手机里有各种各样的App，想将照片改成什么样就能改成什么样。”

其实只要各种技巧运用的好，用机拍出来的照片并不比用专业相机拍出来的差。老师给我们看了几张用小米手机拍摄的图片，运用了聚焦和其他功能，将每一张都拍的很美。先来说说手机的聚焦模式吧！虽然说款式不同的手机都会有不同的默认设置，但是在一般情况下，聚焦模式分自动聚焦，手动聚焦和微距聚焦三种。

老师又教了我们如何调整白平衡、照片的质量、感光度、拍照时的姿势、变焦等摄影技巧。到现在，我们的摄影王国之旅就结束了，你是不是也想学习摄影呢？那就赶快加入我们吧！

今天中午，我们举行了一个关于“青春期”的讲座。我们早早的来到音乐厅等待讲座开始。

当我们看到课件上的题，有的同学低下了头，有的笑开了花。到底什么是青春期？

青春期就是由童年生长到发育到成人的过渡时期。这一期人体的形态、某些器官的结、动能都有明显的变化。月经的形成时间：平均28天(21-35左右)一次持续3~5天，出血量为50毫升左右，一个月来一次。遇到坏人如何自保：适时呼救、巧妙周旋、勇于抗争、保存证据。女生到了发育期后，不仅要学会自我保护，还要提高警惕性。青春期划分分：9～12为早期、13~16为中期、16~18为晚期。这次讲座让我收获了许多课堂以外的知识。

带领我进入国学的视野。我从书中了解到孔子和他学生的许多故事，学到很多做人的道理。

有一次我参加了一个培训机构举办的作文比赛，被一个男生排挤。我没有理睬这位男生，也没有生气，因为我想起了妈妈刚和我一起读过的《孔子学堂》中的一句话：“君子和而不同，小人同而不和。”

意思大概是君子可以与他周围的人保持和谐融洽的关系，从来不人云亦云；但小人则没有自己独立的见解，只求与别人完全一致，而不讲求原则，却与别人不能保持融洽友好的关系。

妈妈听了我的想法表扬了我，说我领会了书中的话并能活学活用，能够强大自己的内心，而不会被别人轻易打到。她说这就是知识的力量。

It is truth that gender discrimination still exists when female comes to find work, some females never mention her gender on the resume, just to make sure that the employers will give them the chances to get the interview. Females should improve their competiveness, so that they will have more work chances.

First, the female should show their positive attitudes toward the life and work. Female students should see their advantages clearly before hunting for a job, and highlight it in their resumes. For instance, they might emphasize that they are careful and considerate in work, patient and cooperate with colleagues as well. But the positive toward life and work brings them to a high level, which will impress the employer.

Second, female students must be confident. Lots of big companies like to hold a group discussion to select people, those who are silent and find it difficult to get involved in the discussion will not be considered. The employers think such people are not confident and won’t do well in the work.

It is necessary for women to improve competiveness, if they want to go further than males. The positive attitude and being confident will let female win more chances.

Free Admission to Parks

To encourage people to go outside and relax, a mounting number of parks offer free admission now. People benefit from it, especially during these tough economic times. With free entry, more people will have the opportunity for affordable vacations for families, taking pleasure in the natural landscape.

Fresh air and landscapes in parks are good for people. However, too many people

flocking into parks might not be so good for the parks.

For example, some visitors leave their garbage behind, which may cause environmental pollution. And people’s barbeques and stamping will also bring damage to the grassland and other greeneries in parks.

As a university student, I’m in favor of free admission to parks. Free entry to parks not only saves people’s expenditure, but also makes things fairer — people like the poor and students can go to parks frequently as well. On the other hand, visitors should be informed to preserve the environment while enjoying the beauty of the nature.

我首先来到了李叔叔家，李叔叔是个农民，靠种植大棚蔬菜走上了财富之路。我恭祝他：“新春万事顺！蔬菜长得旺，价格一路长！”乐得李叔叔连忙塞红包，盛情难却，只好收了。我又来到了瓦工张叔叔家，他们一家正在喝茶，我祝他们：“身体健康！万事如意，钱财如砖砌墙，越摞越高！”王阿姨听了合不拢嘴，给了我满满一捧糖果。接着我又来到了杨奶奶家，祝她老人家“身体健康，万寿无疆！越活越精神 ！ ”她一高兴竟然笑掉了假牙，我也跟着乐开了怀。就这样，我挨家挨户给乡亲们送上了新春的祝福。我的口袋里塞满了红包，带来的方便袋也都装的满满的。

拜年结束后，我和小伙伴们汇合，一起来到了徐爷爷家，徐爷爷是个老革命战士，他的四个哥哥都在抗日战争中光荣牺牲了，他也因为战争而失去了一条腿，没能成家，今年九十几岁的徐爷爷，孤苦伶仃地瘫坐在床上，我和小伙伴们给他拜完年后，将自己红包里的钱都给了他，一共有两千多元。我们还将袋子里的花生瓜子糖果分了类，放在徐爷爷的床上。徐爷爷感动得热泪盈眶，不住地感谢我们。其实我们才应该感谢徐爷爷这样的老革命战士，没有他们的抛头颅洒热血，哪有我们今天如此安定幸福的生活。

寒假结束了，庆祝春节的活动也接近了尾声，我觉得拜年是我在春节中做的最有意义的一件事。

济南一中队党支部全体党员积极学习了编纂《民法典》的重大意义，领悟编纂《民法典》的总体要求和基本原则，探讨并了解《民法典》的主要内容，并针对性学习第三编《合同》第七编《侵权责任》的相关内容。下一步，济南一中队党支部将逐步结合实际工作，对民法典中涉及执勤业务的部分着重研讨，并形成执勤规范，为未来工作扎实稳步推进筑桥铺路。

今天上了一节讲座说有童年长成人的过渡期是青春期，还说了青春期是什么？身体应该怎样变化，应该注意什么。

先说了青春早期是九到12岁。月经初潮期青春中期是13到16岁性征发育期清青春晚期是16到18岁生日，功能完全成熟，又说了青春期表现，比如变身长高长胖来月经头发变粗，来月经老师中年讲说月经是卵子在子宫里。长时间突破子宫随着血液流出来，平均28到35一次，有时不规律没关系，正常，每次持续三到五天，还说每次出血大约是50ml如果量大，时间长，就要去看医生了。说不能吃生冷辣吃了对身体不好，

这么多，我有点儿吃不消，但收获还是非常大的。

First, by traveling we can enjoy the beautiful scenery in different places. We will see with our own eyes many places read of in books, and visit some famous cities and scenic spots.

Second, we will meet people with different interests and see strange and different things when we travel. We can get ideas of the conditions and customs of other people, taste different foods and local flavours if we like. In this way, we can understand how differently other people live.

Third, travel will not only help us to gain knowledge of geography and history and other knowledge, which will arouse our deeplove :for our m0therland, but also will help us keep healthy and make us less narrow-minded. Travel does benefit us both mentally and physically.

With all these advantages of travel, it is no wonder that travel has now become more popular than exer in China.
