4、培育孩子抵抗挫折能力的重要意义。运用陶罐的故事和自身的经历，告诉我们好的老师和好的父母不但要教育好孩子不能躲避挫折，更应教会孩子在挫折中修复生命。

总之，看了于丹教授的讲座给人启迪很大，希望我们的家长、老师、社会都能帮助我们的孩子健康快乐的成长，让孩子走进社会、学会沟通、善于协调、融入群体、勇于承担，做一个生活的强者，做一个对社会有用的人。
