我们的生活丰富多彩，每一个活动都很有趣味。不过对我来说，最闷蛋的还是听讲座。

这一天的下午，我度过了漫长地奔波，终于来到了位于杭州植物园中的科普楼。我已经跑得很累了，几乎是我一年中最闷蛋的事情了。我一进听讲座的地方，就觉得讲座的内容一定非常无聊。不久之后，讲座开始了。

我本来认为“观鸟入门”讲座是指去植物园里面观鸟，却没有想到是观鸟时需要注意的事和需要准备的一些东西。我三心二意地听着那一个老师讲的内容，真的不是一般的无聊，是非常无聊。我心里想了一下，如果把老师的话连起来，变成一篇作文，肯定一点儿也不顺，不能读出一点内容。无聊的我一边听着老师讲，一边把头转过去向后望。听讲座的房间里面的人真少，这更加能让我们感受到这一个讲座的内容十分无聊，非常闷蛋。我发现一个秘密，旁边的人都没有人在听讲座，都在干自己的事情。

终于快要结束了，我很早之前就坐不住了，不过我反而认真听了起来。到了要介绍要必须要准备的东西了，老师越说越带劲，仿佛他是一位百货商人，一会儿介绍自己造的望远镜哪一个好，一会儿介绍自己写的书，一会儿介绍迷彩服，都是观鸟要用的东西。后来又让我们“看图识鸟"；，我只认出了一个鸳鸯，真是够闷蛋的了。

最后，讲座终于结束了，我痛苦的一次活动终于结束了，我以后永远不要报名参加讲座了。

今天，我读完了吴祚来的《孔子学堂》，里面的名句有：子曰：“学而时习之，不亦说乎？有朋自远方来，不亦乐乎？人不知而不愠，不亦君子乎？”、子曰：“不患人之不己知，患不知人也。”、子曰：“三人行，必有我师焉；择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之。”

子曰：“能以礼让为国乎，何有？不能以礼让为国，如礼何？”可见礼让多么重要，只要礼让治国，还有什么事办不到呢？人们要学会礼让，别人就会尊敬你；国与国之间互相礼让，战争也不会发生；君臣民之间互相礼让，这个国家民心不会动摇，将坚不可摧。孔子对他人礼让相待，他人也就以礼相待。         “三人行必有我师焉”，几个人走在一起，一定

有我的老师。每个人都有长处与短处，要学会谦虚，要相互学习。孔子老师在谈论“君子”时，子贡夸他而孔子却说这是给他戴高帽子。以及谈论其他问题时，孔子让学生们各抒己见，只要有道理，就值得深思。可见孔子是个多么谦虚的人。

今天下午，老师带领我们四、五、六年级的同学去二中听了汤素兰阿姨的讲座。

我们到了二中的礼堂，当时人声鼎沸，只听见吵闹的声音，汤素兰阿姨说了一句“一、二、三”，同学们马上安静下来，连针掉到地上都听得见。没过多久，汤阿姨就开始了。阿姨不仅跟我们说了写作的方法，还跟我们讲了三个小故事，其中有一个《美丽的小女巫》给我印象最深刻，她告诉我们做事不能违背大自然的规律，不然会受到惩罚。后来汤阿姨还给我们题了问，说：“谁回答得好，就奖一本我写的书。”大家听了一个个眉飞色舞，都把手举了起来。最后汤阿姨选择了老师家的陈凡。陈凡上去之后，说话结结巴巴，到了快要说完的时候，他自己还笑了起来，逗得我们下面的同学笑得东倒西歪。

汤阿姨说的每句话我都记在心里，我印象最深的两句是：读书破万卷，下笔如有神。从书中可以获得很多快乐。

从这次讲座，我决定：我长大了，一定要做一位像汤阿姨一样的作家。

今天下午第一节课我们去了多功能厅，当然这不是去开会，而是去听讲座。

首先老师讲了我们这个年龄已进入了青春期，我们这个年龄可能会脾气暴躁、开始有主见，从而进入叛逆期。然而进入青春期的特征主要有：身高猛增、喉结突出、长阴毛、变声、长胡须等。

另外，老师还讲了我们早上起床可能会发现床上有一张“地图”。当然，这可不是尿，而是遗精，是一种正常现象。

更主要的是，我们这时候不能去做桑拿、泡热温泉、用烫水洗澡等。不然会杀死里面遗精子，可能导致将来不能生出小宝宝。所以我们睡觉时需要侧着睡而不要趴着睡，以免过度挤压睾丸。

还有老师讲了我们这个年龄也到了变声的阶段。而且在变声的时候，我们要多喝水，不能大喊大叫，更不能用手比着脖子打闹。因为要保护嗓子，我们还要多吃富有蛋白质的食物，比如鸡蛋、牛奶啦等等，而这个时候我们还可能会出现嗓子沙哑等状况（又称破锣嗓子），但这属于生理状态不是一种疾病。

“儒家”思想，几千年来一直是我们中华民族的精神支柱和行为准则，不管各种思潮的涌入和融合，都改变不了它在每个中华儿女思想深处的基础地位，它将世世代代伴随着和指导着我们生活、成长、奋斗。

于丹老师深入、细致、认真的阐述了“儒家”思想在中小学生德育教育中的作用，并对家长如何正确认识中小学生德育教育、中小学生德育教育的方式方法等方面的问题进行了讲解，本人感受如下：第一，每位家长和老师都应把学生的德育教育放在第一位，俗话说：十年树木，百年树人，要想把孩子培养成对社会有益的人，对社会有用的人，首先，要教育孩子该怎样做人，培养孩子正确的思想道德观和正确的做人意识，加之努力的文化学习，孩子才能成为品学兼优，德、智、体全面发展的人才;第二，正如于丹老师所说：孩子的德育教育要从每位家长和老师自身做起，家长和老师是孩子生活和学习的榜样，是引导孩子建立正确的人生观的导师，我们必须以身作则、身体励行、言传身教，为孩子做一个好榜样;第三，在教育孩子的方法上政府一直提倡素质教育，但，学生以后踏入社会将面临各方面对高学历的要求，要面对各类竞争激烈的应试，这又迫使学生不得不以应试的方式完成学业，这是我国无法从现在的应试教育体制改革为素质教育体制的关键所在。只有政府、社会、学校和家长达成共识，从根本上改变教育体制和用人体制，应试教育向素质教育的转变才能取得真正进步。

总之，教育立国、教育树人，这是中华民族历来的根本，我们应努力教育好每个孩子，做一个对社会和民族有用的人才。

Yesterday, I took the final exam of this term. I worked hard to prepare for it, but I was still nervous. I was afraid that I couldn’t do it well. I had three exams, Chinese, math and English. In the morning, it was the Chinese. It was not so difficult for me that I was sure I could be good in it. Then, it was math in the afternoon. It’s the part I was afraid of most. 今天下午第二节课，我们和田老师还有李老师一起观看了候海豹候教官给我们在音乐教室“直播”的一次发生火灾该怎么做和怎样逃生，以及火的分类、构造，还有一些在不同情况下发生不同种类的火灾我们该怎么做以及在不同的火灾情况下怎样能安全、快速地撤离火灾地区。

第一节刚下课，就播放起了《祝你平安》这首歌，我一听到这首歌就以为明天放寒假了或者是放暑假了，因为以前放假的时候都是播放这首歌。

在这节课上，我看到手机插头在插座上不能一直不关闭，也不能将手指头插入插座。除此之外，还广播了一条新闻，在马路上一对夫妇在不知道做什么，突然旁边的楼层随着一声巨响爆炸了，把那一对夫妇给压住了，原来是煤气罐爆炸，把一层楼到二层楼的楼梯都给炸毁了。我们看着这一个惊心动魄的瞬间，都惊讶的合不拢嘴。不光这些，我还认识了一个“灭火新英雄”呢！它就是灭火毯，我听旁边田老师和李老师在聊天，李老师说一个好的灭火毯要两百多呢，一个灭火器才一百八，看来把这位新朋友请来很“贵”啊！
