大多数女孩子来月经，一般是12-14岁，平均28天。每次持续3-5天，出血量为50ml。对女孩儿来说生理卫生和健康保健是很重要，来月经时，要做到以下几点。一，保持清洁，月经期不盆浴，不游泳。二，月经期用品干净专用。三，注意不吃冷辣食物。

在青春期时，1。我们的身体外形变化及身高迅速增。2。身体对疾病的抵抗能力加强3。声音慢慢变细

接着老师讲了，女生自护的应急保护：1。及时呼救。2。巧妙周旋。3。勇于抗争。4。保存证据。然后老师又讲了女生自我保护。1。提高警惕性。2。不要一个人或少数几个女同学到公园河边树木，等偏僻的地方去看书，或者功课。3。不要一个人或者两个女同学搭便车。4。不要一个人或者两个女同学去酒吧。5。不要一个人离家出走。6。不贪图小便宜。7。穿着不要太暴露。8。不要跟坏人走。

今天的讲座让收获了许多。让我明白了许多，成长了的一大步，青春充满快乐，让我们一起度过这美好的青春。我们要自爱、自信、自尊、自强。

建议使用积极正面的陈述方式。

2.文章不可冗长

控制在总共四段、每段五行以内。

3.前瞻性的气魄

具有勇于突破与开创气质的人是外商公司的最爱。因此并不需要对之前辞职的原委做太多的解释。

4.少用第一人称

为了避免流于自大与主观的缺点，尽量少用第一人称。

说明你从何处得知这个工作机会

这是最基本的部份。一般来说会将媒体广告的名称改用别的字体书写或用底线加以标记。在这个段落中也可加上你的目标。

强调自己就是最佳的人选

这是最精华的段落。要依据求才广告的内容，将自己的能力及特色恰如其份的包装起来。不过在工作经验不足的情况下，要避免将自己吹嘘的过分离谱。

在结尾部份注意应有的礼貌

最后的部份建议要以感谢对方在百忙之中阅读这份履历表，并且“诚挚的期望能得到面试的机会”、“希望有荣幸能为公司效力”这样的句子作为结尾，让主管留下好的印象。

今天下午我们参加了由大江晚报小记者工作室组织的“让钱币知识走进校园”的知识讲座，我们大家都很兴奋、激动和好奇，大家赶紧走到多媒体教室坐好，迫不及待地等着钱币协会的老师来给我们讲解关于钱币的相关知识。

首先由老师给我们提了一个问题：什么钱币最值钱?听了这个问题之后我们大家都面面相觑，钱币还有什么值不值钱的?但是经过我们大家的幂思苦想之后，大家都积极踊跃地发言，有的说是金币，有的说是宝石，还有的同学说年代越久越值钱，大家的答案真是千奇百怪呀，最后老师给我们揭开谜底：值钱的钱币首先要非常稀少、要有很高的研究价值和欣赏价值。接下来老师还给我们介绍了不同年代的通宝，不同年代的通宝都有着不同的样子并且都具有各自的特点，这还是我第一次接触古钱币呢，考古学家还可以通过古墓里的钱币来判断古墓的年代，你说神不神奇呀?可见钱币蕴含的知识还真是很丰富的呀。最后我们大家还进行了印古币的游戏，我们都觉得很稀奇，也觉得很好玩。

通过这次活动我们不但第一次认识、接触到古钱币，进行了好玩的印古钱币游戏，还学到了很多关于钱币的相关知识，真是收获颇丰呀!

some places we can’t see fishswimming in the river or trees on the hills. Not

今天下午我们去多功能厅讲了一节课，是讲青春期和生理的一节课。每一个人在生长过程中有四个阶段分为儿童期、青春期、成年期、老年期。10-20岁是青春期；在青春期的过程中我们的身体会发生变化。青春期的时候我们会长出喉结，那时候我们要保护好自己的嗓子不然长大就会哑嗓子了。我们要保护自己的生殖器，不能被碰到，如果碰到了我要先跳一跳然后就要去医院就诊了。青春期晚上会尿床，其实它不叫尿床它叫遗精，不要害怕自己得了什么病其实这是正常的老师的讲座让我知道了许多关于青春期知识。

谈起民法典，勾起了我遥远的记忆，早在2002年至2005年期间，我在华东政法大学，当时叫华东政法学院，读本科的时候，大一至大三学习了民法总则 人身权法

合同法 债权法 婚姻家庭法

知识产权法等十几二十个课时的民事法律。可以选择的老师有好几个，由于当时我选择的授课老师是德国的博士毕业，他课上不讲课本，不讲我国当时现行各种民法法条，只讲当时正在编纂过程中的《民法典草案》，同时对照德国民法典比较分析。给我印象最深的是，他这种教学方法虽然对司法考试和期末考试没有用处，但是向我们灌输了源自以德国为代表的大陆法系的法治理念，奠定了坚实的法律基础。

2002年12月，第九届全国人大常委会第三十一次会议审议民法草案。之后，由于物权法尚未制定，加之对民法草案认识分歧较大等原因，民法草案最终被搁置下来。2014年11月，党的十八届四中全会明确提出编纂民法典。2015年3月，全国人大常委会法制工作委员会启动民法典编纂工作，开始着手第一步民法总则制定工作。2016年3月4日，十二届全国人大四次会议副秘书长

发言人傅莹在新闻发布会上表示，民法典编纂工作已经启动，从做法上分两步走，第一步是制定民法总则，第二步是全面整合民事法律。

2016年6月，十二届全国人大常委会第二十一次会议初次审议了民法总则草案，标志着民法典编纂工作进入立法程序。2017年3月15日，《中华人民共和国民法总则》由中华人民共和国第十二届全国人民代表大会第五次会议通过，自2017年10月1日起施行。2018年8月27日，民法典各分编草案提请第十三届全国人大常委会第五次会议审议，不再保留计划生育的有关内容，新增离婚冷静期。

2020年5月28日，十三届全国人大三次会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国民法典》。自2021年1月1日起施行。

十多年来，以梁慧星等法学专家为首的团队一直在为编纂民法典工作着，可以说，中国民法典的正式颁布，圆了多少代法学学者

法学专家的梦，这其中也包括我大学本科的老师。

首先要说一点，纵观历史，每一部民法典的出台，都承载着决策者或者当权者巨大的政治抱负。其次，民法典中蕴含或体现的思想，对社会产生的影响涉及面广而深。拿破仑法典倡导的“自由”

“博爱”无疑对社会的变革产生巨大的推动作用。从某种意义上说，拿破仑政治与军事上的作用或者影响，远不如一部拿破仑法典。再次，民法典作为基础性

体系化的法典，体现民法的基本精神;作为其他民事单行法的上位法，引领所有民事法律的发展方向。最后，民法典是对我国民法的一次全面梳理，将随着经济社会的发展，删除

修改现行法律中已经不再适合时代发展的规定，补充适应新形势的相应规定，更加适合我国当前的社会和国家的需要。另外，民法典将是开放的一部法典，也会为将来的新发展新情况预留一定的空间。

I Like Sunny Days

I really like sunny days. My mood is very good on sunny days because the sun is shining and I can see the beautiful sky. On days when the weather is not good, I would have to stay outside, and it can become boring. However if it is sunny I can enjoy the outdoors. It is good weather for jogging, taking a walk, or riding a bike. It is even better if there is a breeze, because then it is cool so it is more pleasant to be outside. Popsicles and ice creams are very good snacks for warm, sunny days. The coldness helps me cool down and feel good. I like to play games with my friends outside. We like jumping rope, playing volleyball and badminton. If the sun is very bright, sometimes it is hard to see if the sunlight is reflected into my eyes. It would be useful to have sunglasses to block the sunlight. It feels good to sweat because of exercise, because I know I am becoming healthier.

一次难忘的讲座

“方素珍阿姨要给我们讲座！”随着一声欢呼，我们走进大礼堂，准备听方素珍阿姨的讲座。

“同学们，我最喜欢做的事就是看书，看有创意的书”，方阿姨说道。有创意的书？我看过绘本书、科技书、童话书、文学书，到底什么书最有创意呢？我瞪大眼睛，目不转睛地看着方阿姨。方阿姨拿出一本绘本，里面讲的是一只小鳄鱼成长的故事。它越长越大，特别是书里面最后一张图片用了“拉伸”的效果，就非常吸引读者了。

听方阿姨说，台北的小朋友也特喜欢阅读有创意的书，还自己亲手制作了呢！你瞧！一只小蝌蚪被他们一拉，瞬间变成了青蛙；青蛙一拉，变成了王子。好神奇呀！

方阿姨还说，写作要有想象力，便问我们：对于“尿布”这个词，你能想到什么？同学们七嘴八舌地议论。有的说“婴儿”，有的说“厂家”。方阿姨给我们看了个广告，广告中却从“尿布”提到了“灰姑娘”，真有“想象力”！

我们纷纷请方阿姨签名，依依不舍地离开大礼堂。这一次讲座时间虽然短暂，但却令我难忘！

今天早上8：00，妈妈带我来到报社9楼参加由萧山日报小记者和萧山牙科医院举办的：护牙讲座。
