第三讲讲了家长如何教导孩子学会感恩，于丹教授讲了孔子的学生问孔子孝是什么？孔子只说了两个字“色难”。意思是千难万难都是要给父母一个好脸色看。所以，我们要学会感恩，学会感恩每一个人，没一个事物。有的人想感恩却不会感恩。我来说说，当别人帮你时，及时说“谢谢”。好好保护自己的身体对父母也是感恩。

第四讲讲了抵抗挫折的重要性。一次，于丹教授女儿的花篮破了，便嚎啕大哭。于丹教授把花篮用彩纸包起来，比原来的还好看。她女儿破涕而笑。我从中明白了道理：哭是最无能的表现。遇到挫折不要紧，可灰心丧气很可怕。要像蝉一样，是蜕变的开端。蜕变尽管十分疼痛，但可以换来飞翔、自由，挫折又何尝不是呢？

听了于丹老师说的孔子的一句“入则孝，出则悌，谨而信，泛爱众而亲仁，行有余力，则以学文”的话后，我才顿时恍然大悟：原来学习并不是最重要的，比学习更重要的还有许多我们需要学会做的事，而首当其冲排在第一位的，便是怎样做人。

做人其实也是一门学问，其中包括道德、礼仪等等。而我们学生除了要做好道德、礼仪方面的学习之外，还要在生活自理能力方面有所提高。一个人，就算学习再好，但却不能自己照顾自己的话，那么就算他四肢健全，也是一个废人。所以我们从小要帮爸爸妈妈分担一些家务，比如拖拖地，擦擦桌子，洗洗碗等，不要过多的让爸爸妈妈帮你干一些事情，要先自己学着试探性的先做，实在不会的话再让爸爸妈妈来帮忙。

于丹老师讲的这一堂课，让我明白了一个道理：在我们中小学生的必修课内，最重要的并不是学习，学会了怎样做人是排在第一位的，如果连这些都不会的话，就算学习成绩再好，也是一个不具备健全人格的人。

第一：于丹老师通过讲述和举例，我受到了很大的启发。通过“一碗米的价值”的阐述，比喻一个人、一个孩子的价值的创造。明潦又深刻。一个孩子的空间大小也因人不同，除了老师和家长要帮助他发现最大的价值空间，更重要的是教育他自己来认知自己的生命价值。懂得了“一个孩子在很小的时候能不能拥有快乐的生命，可能比他掌握多少知识更重要。”在学习知识的同时，完成自己的开发。这是大家都企及的一种教育的境界。并严肃的指出“我们陪伴孩子成长，不能用一种高高在上的姿态，而是教会孩子在面对挫折，让孩子独立去完成自己的发现，去完成自我成长的修复。”一定要遵从孩子的自然成长规律，为培养孩子健全的人格而踏实走好每一步!

第二：于丹老师剖析了《论语》中的“:知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”

让我从孩子的身上去感受、注意和发觉这一点。懂得，在学习一种知识的同时，掌握它不如喜欢它，喜欢它不如快乐地接受它。俗话说：“兴趣是最好的老师”，如果一味的让孩子去死搬的接受知识，并不利于他们的健康成长，相反，久而久之，还会适得其反地厌恶学习。作为家长，特别是作为老师，虽然是传道、授业、解惑，但也要为孩子的快乐着想，在课堂上或家庭学习中加些带有孩子感兴趣而且结合学习内容的作料，使得孩子能够有兴趣学习并接受新的知识。

第三：于丹老师讲了一个寓言故事使我印象更深。有个孩子特别爱发脾气，他的父亲就在墙上钉钉子来记录发脾气的次数，孩子看到一天之中钉了那么多的钉子，自己也傻了，发誓要改掉这个坏毛病，控制住一次就拔掉一颗钉子，慢慢地钉子拔完了，父亲语重心长地说:“孩子，钉子虽然拔完了，但是那么多的洞却永远也抹不掉，你发脾气的时候，让多少人为你痛心呀!”现在的孩子大都是独生子女，是家中的小皇帝、小公主，衣来伸手，饭来张口。总是发生“五个过分”的问题;在学校里受点委屈，家长就会找老师论说，试想这样对孩子的发展会有好处吗?!

第四：于丹老师讲了自己和孩子一个关于“小花篮”的故事，也让人很受启示。在学习生活中遇到挫折在所难免，要经常鼓励孩子以积极的态度对待一切困难，调动孩子的学习积极性;当孩子遇到困难时，要不断地给他打气，此时家长也要和孩子一起努力，用实际行动感染孩子，达到了勇敢面对一切困难，积极想办法去解决的素质和品德的目的。

第五：于丹老师还讲了几个有关孩子因为学习成绩不好、学习压力过大，以及在生活和人际交往等事情中，想不开就产生和发生轻生的倾向及事件的真实事例。使我们更加认识到培养孩子人格和心理素质的重要性，不可掉以轻心。

总之，在我认真仔细聆听了于丹教授的讲座，进一步明潦：无论在家庭或者学校，家长还是教师，在孩子的教育中，不但要教给孩子文化科学知识，更重要的是对孩子的“礼仪教育”、“挫折教育”、以及“生存教育”，让每个孩子能健健康康地为自己的将来而学习。“十年树木，百年树人”，教育是人类永恒的课题。让我们为了孩子健康成长，为了下一代的教育共同努力吧!

《如何培养孩子的德智体全面发展》观后感450字

昨天早上，我看了由北京师范大学教授于丹老师主讲的《如何培养孩子的德智体全面发展》的讲座，感受颇深。

第一个主题如何培养我们的孝心。于丹教授讲了一个寓意非常深刻的故事---《大树和孩子》，我深受感动，觉得这是一个很好的培养我们孝心的故事。现在的我们自我意识非常强，尊老爱幼意识薄弱，我要随时注意自己的一言一行。

第二个主题如何培养我们的爱心。孝是基本的，有了孝还要有仁爱心。有了这两颗心，才能更好的融入社会。于丹教授说:““仁”字拆开来看就是两个人，就是说两个人相处好了才能体现仁的含义。所以说我们要多交朋友，自己处理好和小伙伴之间的关系。”

第三个主题如何培养我们的自信、自立、自强。我们自信、自立、自强的习惯，要在日常生活和日常交往中才能培养出来。有些事情可以自己做主，自己独立完成。有时候爸爸妈妈的事情还可以问问我们的建议，不管对错，都要鼓励。不要养成衣来伸手、饭来张口的过度依赖性。一个有爱心、自立、自信的孩子更能融入社会。

第四个主题如何教育我们理解父母、尊敬老师、懂得感恩。百善孝为先，孝是中华文化传统提倡的行为。要对生活充满感恩的心，感谢父母，尊敬老师。孝不但是外在要求，也是内在的一种责任。

只要我们有心、用心，我相信，我们都是最棒的。

An October Sunrise 十月的日出

Yet before the floating impress of the woods could clear it self, suddenly the gladsome light leaped over hill and valley, casting amber, blue, and purple, and a tint of rich red rose; according to the scene they lit on, and the curtain flung around; yet all alike dispelling fear and the cloven hoof of darkness, all on the wings of hope advancing, and proclaiming, “God is here!” then life and joy sprang reassured from every crouching hollow; every flower, and bud and bird had a fluttering sense of them; and all the flashing of God’s gaze merged into soft beneficence.

So, perhaps, shall break upon us that eternal morning, when crag and chasm shall be no more, neither hill and valley, nor great unvintaged ocean; but all things shall arise, and shine in the light of the Father’s countenance, because itself is risen.

I like to surf the internet， fix puters， use smart phones and take photoes。

And I found my hobbies were popular with people around me。 If my co-workers have

trouble with puter or smart phone， they will ask me to help。 When I go out for a

trip， I will take many photoes for others。 Today I helped my friends nephew

install QQ messenger on his iphone4 and access to the internet through

Wi-fi。

I like to study， not to play Majiang。

You know Spring Festival is the most important festival in China .It’s to celebrate the lunar calendar ‘s new year .

In the evening before the Spring Festival ,families get together and have a big meal .In many places people like to set off firecrackers .Dumplings are the most traditional food .Children like the festival very much ,because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes .They can also get some money from their parents. This money is given to children for good luck . People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune .

The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long .People visit relatives and friends with the words “Have all your wishes ”. People enjoy the Spring Festival ,during this time they can have a good rest .

Carrying Faggots to Put Out a Fire

In the last years of the Warring States period, the State of Qin attacked the State of Wei on a large scale repeatedly and occupied large areas of land, for the State of Wei was too weak to defend itself. In 273 B.B., the qin army launched another attack upon the State of Wei with a momentum more vigorous than ever. The king of the State of Wei summoned his officials,and asked with a worried look if anyone could propose a way to defeat the Qin army. After years of chaos caused by the wars,the officials trembled when fighting was mentioned, and no one dared to speak ofresistance. At the critical moment when a large enemy force was bearing down upon the border, most of the offinials persuaded the king to sue for peace, at the cost of giving away to the State of Qin the large area of land north of the Huanghe River and south of the Taihang Mountain. However Su Dai, a counsellor, did not agree. He hurried up to the king and said:"Your Majesty, they dont think about the interests of the country at all.It is just because they are cowardly and afraid of death that they ask you to sue for peace by betraying the country. Of course you can temperarily satisfy the ambition of the king of the State of Qin is insatiably greedy. It will never stop assaulting us until our land is totally given away."Once there was a man whose house was on fire. People told him to put out the fire with water, but he would not listen. Instead, he carried a faggot to put out the fire, only to make the fire fiercer. That was because he didnt know that,instead of putting out the fire, faggots could only make it burning more vigorously. Isnt it equivalent to carrying faggots to put out a fire if you agree to sue for peace at the cost of the land of the State of Wei?"Though Su Dais argument was very convincing, the king accepted the suggestion of those officials and gave away to the State of Qin a large area of the land of the State of Wei. For the king of the State of Wei was cowardly and only cared for peace at the moment.As might be expected,the Qin army assaulted the State of Wei on a large scale in 225 B.C.,surrounding the capital city Daliang and flooding it by digging open the dykes of the Huanghe River.The State of Wei was finally destroyed by the State of Qin.This story appears in the Historical Records Written by Sima Qian.The set phrase"carrying faggots to put out a fire"is used to mean adopting a wrong method to save a situation and ending up by making it worse.

战国末期，秦国向魏国接连发动大规模的进攻，魏国无力抵抗，大片土地都被秦军占领了。到公元前273年，秦国又一次向魏国出兵，势头空前猛烈。

魏王把大臣们召来，愁眉苦脸地问大家有没有使秦国退兵的办法。大臣们由于经过多年的战乱，提起打仗就吓得哆嗦，谁也不敢谈“抵抗”二字。在这大兵压境的危急时刻，多数大臣都劝魏王，用黄河以北和太行山以南的大片土地为代价，向秦王求和。

谋士苏代听了这些话，很不以为然，忙上前对魏王说：“大王，他们是因为自己胆小怕死，才让您去卖国求和，根本不为国家着想。您想，把大片土地割让给秦国虽然暂时满足了秦王的野心，但秦国的欲望是无止境的，只要魏国的土地没割完，秦军就不会停止进攻我们。”

说到这里，苏代讲了一个故事：从前有一个人，他的房子起火了，别人劝他快用水去浇灭大火，但他不听，偏抱起一捆柴草去救火，是因为他不懂得柴草不但不能灭火反而能助长火势的道理。大王若同意拿着魏国土地去求和，不就等于抱着柴草救火吗？”

尽管苏代讲得头头是道，但是胆小的魏王只顾眼前的太平，还是依大臣们的意见把魏国大片土地割让给秦国。到公元225年，果然秦军又向魏国大举进攻，包围了国都大梁，掘开黄河大堤让洪水淹没了大梁城，魏国终于被秦国灭掉了。

故事出自《史记魏世家》。成语“抱薪救火”比喻用错误的方法去消灭祸害，结果反而使祸害扩大。

In summer I usually get up early in the morning to exercise. Raising my head, I see the vast space in the sky. There are fish scales clouds, cotton-like clouds, sheep like clouds and dark blue clouds like a lake. The clouds are moving silently, changing constantly in shape.

Looking to the east, the sun is gradually showing her face, as if realising shes being watched. She blushes in shyness. Climing up the tree and over the house, the suns rays become radiant. It hurts the eye to watch it. A dark cloud tries to throw its shadow over the sun and shroud her in its shade. But the suns rays are irresistably bright. They cannot be covered.

Soon the trees, the houses, the river, in fact, everything is bathed in the golden sun. The almighty sun is generous and the source of energy and the symbol ot truth and knowledge. No wonder an many people sing in praise of her.

2月26日我非常荣幸的参加了《萧山日报》小记者组织的“萧山牙科医院名师讲座”活动。万医生给我们讲了很多关于牙齿的知识。在本次的讲座中我知道了我们不能长时间的吃甜食，不然会引起龋齿。龋齿是儿童口腔最大的敌人，因为龋齿会引起刷牙流血、口臭等。

那我们要怎样预防龋齿呢？万医生告诉我们要都吃粗粮、蔬菜、水果，因为这吃些可以让我们的牙齿变得更加坚固。除了多吃这些食物，我们还可以到牙科医院做一次涂氟，涂氟可以坚固牙齿，可以修复蛀牙。

万医生告诉我们儿童最大的危害是牙齿畸形。牙齿畸形就会影响发音的正确性，还会影响面部。如果发现畸形的话要及时治疗，11—12岁是最好的矫正时期。

牙齿是我们的好朋友，只有我们好好刷牙，少吃甜食，及时漱口，它们才能好好的，让我们一起行动起来爱护我们的牙齿吧！

陶渊明爱菊，他爱菊的隐逸；周敦颐爱莲，他爱莲的高洁；苏轼爱竹，他爱竹的气节。我爱摄影，爱它提升了我对美的认识。

在我小的时候，爸妈就喜欢经常把我带去照相馆，给我拍照。一张张照片在我的脑里浮现，它集成一段视频，一部我自导自演的电影。照片里，有我躺在妈妈怀里笑看镜头的场景，那圆滚可爱的脸蛋告诉我刚萌芽的我就喜欢拍照；它记录下我被妈妈苦逼着喝牛奶的的画面，那卖力的神情和一嘴的白圈逗笑了我；它记录下我爬山时和石头一起帅酷的合影，那身行头和摆起的姿势又使我回到了那个童真的年代。摄影记录了我生活中的点滴情怀，为我的成长打上了一节一节地标签与印记。不知是不是从那时起，摄影，在我的心中埋下了种子，照相机也成了我很喜欢的物件之一。

后来家里花钱买了个相机，相册里再添加的就不只是生活照了，更多的则是风景照。我爱上了美图，我崇拜那些摄影师，他们能拍出那么清新唯美的相片，我希望我也可以。从那时起我，我爱上了清晨的一缕朝霞，傍晚的一轮夕阳；爱上了庞大宏伟的建筑，清新脱俗的园林；爱上了潺潺的小溪，爱上了巍峨的山峰……我用相机拍下它们，我的审美能力在一步一步地升级。我琢磨着让光影也进入相机的视野会不会更好，会不会换掉一种风格，会不会有不一样的特色？在一点一点的思考中，我渐渐脱掉幼稚的外套，摄影让我琢磨角度如何改变，让我回想景物如何取舍分配，让我能够冷静的对待眼前的事物，让我在欣赏万物的时候，产生一种钻入心灵的美感，得到一种由内心油然而生的享受。

再长大点，我突然发觉相机可以记录下的东西如果仅仅只是表面的美，那岂不是太过肤浅，不快人心啊。渐渐地，我开始注重到了细节，生活中的细节，人生中的转折，发现一些我就会立刻拿起相机拍下来，并在相片的下面配上一句感言。有时你就会感受到摄影给你带来的这种美更有深意，更有诗意，更加新颖。比如，看到一株青青的小草，我会想到拍下它不同生长阶段的生命姿态；看到被压弯的松枝时，我会想到人生有时的低头是为了更好的抬头。摄影让我每一次都能找出新的亮点。它记录下了我用心灵感悟着的东西。

摄影，让我感受到美世界是如此美好。万物之美，生活之美无处不在，每一种美都让我沉醉其中。
