首先最重要的就是要镇静，任何突发应急事件不要慌乱。

如果正在上课时发生了地震，同学们应尽快躲到课桌下，用书包护住头部;靠墙的同学要紧靠墙根，双手护住头部;远离窗户，以防玻璃碎片伤人。在走廊或楼梯上同学，应找墙角蹲下，保护好头部，远离墙上悬挂的装饰物，等震动停止后迅速向外撤离。

星期一上午老师告诉我们，下午我们班2：00到东方红学校集合，去二中听国家著名作家汤素兰教授的讲座，我们兴奋极了，顿时像小鸟一样叽叽喳喳地议论起来。

我们早早的来到学校操场，排着整整齐齐的队伍耐心的等待老师到来，心儿早就飞到了二中。老师终于来了，带领我们像长龙一样的队伍奔向二中听汤教授的讲座。汤教授主要讲如何提高写作水平。汤教授的话我不仅记在本子上，我更深深的记在心里，特别是他讲的童话故事，把我们带进了一个离奇的童话世界，我们沉浸在里面久久不能忘怀，好象自己就是里面的主人公。许许多多的同学在思考童话里的问题，当汤教授提问时，许多同学举手，最后一个男孩子响亮的回答了问题并得到汤教授以自己写的书作奖励时，男孩露出了得意的笑容，我们也为他而高兴。

汤教授的讲座让我感受很深，我要从小就多读书，读好书，积累知识，才能写出好的文章，同时。我更应从现在开始认真学习，争当有用人才。

Chinese New Year is coming and my family is very busy。 Its because Chinese New Year is very special and important。 We must prepare many special things to get ready for this festival。

Every time when I run in the playground, I always set a target for myself,

车主下车一看，原来撞到的是条狗，没说什么就驱车离开了。我非常无奈，很想找他拼命。可是阿旺的命更重要。想到这，我立马抱起阿旺跑到宠物医院。

医生说“不用做手术了，基本上没救了。”听到这，我不由自主地放声大哭。医生看我实在太伤心，建议给阿旺安乐死。我只能忍痛答应，我不想让阿旺临死前那么痛苦。

The skiing,or traveling over snow on skis,the has a history of almost five millennia.Although modern skiing has evolved from beginnings in Scandinavia,it may have been practised as early as 600 BC in Daxinganling,in what is now China.

Originally purely the utilitarian,starting in the mid-1800s skiing became a popular recreational activity and sport,being practised around the world,and providing crucial economic support to purpose-built ski resorts and communities

The oldest and most accurately documented evidence of skiing origins is found in modern day Norway and Sweden.The earliest primitive carvings circa 5000 B.C.depict a skier with one pole,located in Rdy in the Nordland region of Norway.The first primitive ski was found in a peat bog in Hoting,Sweden which dates back to 4500 or 2500 B.C.

Skiing is a recreational activity and competitive sport in which the participant attaches long runners or skis to boots or shoes on the feet and uses them to travel on top of snow.Aside from recreation and competition,skiing has been used for military purposes and even travelling in areas that experience heavy snowfall.Many types of competitive skiing events are recognized by the International Olympic Committee,and the International Ski Federation.
