于丹老师的演讲分为几个主题，分别是：1.父母应怎样认识孩子，如何拟定合理的人生目标。2.孩子不听话，爱发脾气，作为家长应如何正确引导教育。3.怎样教育孩子理解父母、尊敬老师、懂得感恩。4.培育孩子抵抗挫折能力的重要意义。其中我最有感触的是第2个主题。

在讲这个主题的时候，于丹老师先讲了一个小故事，这个小故事想必大家都知道，但它却再一次的带给我心灵上的震撼：从前有一个小男孩，他十分爱发脾气。有一天，他的爸爸把他带到院子里的篱笆跟前，对他说：“孩子，以后你每发一次脾气就在篱笆上钉一颗钉子。”这个男孩便照着爸爸说的去做了。第一天快结束的时候，小男孩去篱笆跟前看，他这一天就钉了30多颗钉子，他十分惊讶，怎么自己一天中就发这么多次脾气呢？他自己都没感觉到。这时，爸爸走到他的旁边说：“要想让钉子更少就只能学会控制自己的脾气。”小男孩就尽力控制自己的脾气，于是每天钉的钉子越来越少：十几颗、十颗、五颗、三颗，终于有一天，他高兴地跑到爸爸跟前说：“爸爸，我今天一颗钉子也没有钉！”爸爸说：“那就把钉子全拔了吧。”待小男孩把钉子全拔了后，爸爸又对他说：“今天一颗钉子都没定这固然很好，但你有没有想到这上面的钉子孔还是会留在别人的心上的。”这个故事告诉我们不要乱发脾气，发脾气就像在别人的心上钉钉子，钉子孔会永远留在别人身上的。
