transformation from ordinary decoration company to foreman club mode, adapting

2020年5月28日，中华人民共和国第十三届全国人民代表大会第三次会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国民法典》草案。从“法律”到“法典”虽然只有一字之差，却是历时66年的编纂，经过几代法律人的努力得来的宝贵成果。这部被誉为“社会生活百科全书”的法典是新中国首部民法典，也是新中国成立以来第一部以“法典”命名的法律，对新时代我国社会主义法治建设具有里程碑式的意义。

作为调整平等主体之间的人身关系和财产关系的规范，民事法律与我们的生活息息相关。随着社会发展，一些特殊的民事行为中往往会牵扯到多部法律，因此在司法实践中或出现各部法律之间的适用重叠，或出现超出了单行民法调整的范围而造成管辖空白的情况，从而给立法

守法造成困扰。党的十八大以来，随着中国特色社会主义市场经济的不断发展和全面依法治国的深入实施，在社会各项基础都基本健全的前提下，迫切需要将民事行为规则系统化

体系化，同时切实解决民法内部的和谐问题，促进社会文明 和谐 稳定发展。因此《民法典》的诞生，可以说既是势在必行，也是水到渠成。

作为“社会生活百科全书”，《民法典》除了内容丰富

涉猎范围广，我们看到的更多的是从法条之后所体现出的深刻的立法指导思想。改革开放40年以来，中国特色社会主义已经进入新时代，我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾。民法典的出台，就是为解决不平衡不充分发展提供更全面的法制保障，更体现了人民至上的思想。

此次通过的《民法典》由7编加附则共84章 共1260个条文构成。第一编为总则，之后依次为物权编 合同编 人格权编 婚姻家庭编

继承编和侵权责任编。《民法典》并不是全新编纂的民事法律，也不是简单的多部单行法的集合，而是综合新时代社会经济生活中出现的新问题 新情况，区别于《物权法》

《婚姻法》 《合同法》等单行法，有针对性对现行民事法律规范进行编订纂修 去粗取精，形成体系化

系统化的规范。这七编把民生相关的方方面面都涵盖在一部法律之下，从小到老百姓衣食住行，大到国家综合治理，提供了完整的法律指引。

在各分编中，值得关注的重大创新和亮点要属人格权的独立成编。《民法典》总则编第二条规定:”民法调整平等主体的自然人

法人和非法人组织之间的人身关系和财产关系”。相较于1986年《民法通则》所表述“财产关系和人身关系”，此次民法典首次把“人身关系”置于“财产关系”之前，弥补了传统法系“重物轻人”的体系缺陷，同时也体现了《宪法》保障人权的根本要求。

《民法典》中的人格权编共六章五十一条，涵盖了从全面建立反性骚扰制度防线，到个人信息防火墙等社会热点问题，适应现今社会的发展趋势，突出细化了作为民事主体的自然人所拥有的生命权

身体权 健康权 姓名权 肖像权 名誉权 荣誉权

隐私权等各项权利，加强了人身自由和人格尊严有关的人格利益的保障，从法律层面对人格权利和利益进行了肯定和保障，为进一步深化人格权的保护奠定了请求权的法律基础。除此以外，《民法典》还实现了多处制度创新，包括规定了“自甘风险”规则以及“自助行为”规则

完善了网络侵权责任制度 增加规定生态环境损害的惩罚性赔偿制度等等体现时代特征的内容。

“徒法不足以自行”。一部好的法律，不仅仅是看法条的科学性和周延性，更多的是看实际运行效果。良法善治，需要全社会的参与，以法律的视角审视社会活动，固守法律底线。新时代的中国，需要一部这样的《民法典》，让她渗透到日常生活的各个角落，给社会生活提供权利和义务的规范，用法治构筑稳稳的幸福。

In daily life we are often faced with choices.More often than not,we have to make cardinal decisions indepentently.This moment is very important for everyone to go through.

In order to make a decision that we will not regret,we should bear these two principles in mind:thinking before acting,and never missing any opportunities that arise.On one hand,we should have an apparent,objective judgment about ourselves while maintaining a clear idea about the world around us.On the other hand,we should also think about opportunity.Many people may not quite agree with this and think that opportunity is so rare that only the luckiest people come across it.However,opportunity is open to everyone and one should make good use of it when confronted with it.One should take advantage of it just like the proverb states:“Opportunities are only from the prepared minds.”

Today, I came to the breakfast. See the lads with chopsticks busy busy. So

I took a seat, a young man walked to come over and ask me to eat something, so I

had a bowl of beef noodles peppers. Soon, a noodles. I take chopsticks, soon

首先由老师给我们提了一个问题：什么钱币最值钱?听了这个问题之后我们大家都面面相觑，钱币还有什么值不值钱的?但是经过我们大家的幂思苦想之后，大家都积极踊跃地发言，有的说是金币，有的说是宝石，还有的同学说年代越久越值钱，大家的答案真是千奇百怪呀，最后老师给我们揭开谜底：值钱的钱币首先要非常稀少、要有很高的研究价值和欣赏价值。接下来老师还给我们介绍了不同年代的通宝，不同年代的通宝都有着不同的样子并且都具有各自的特点，这还是我第一次接触古钱币呢，考古学家还可以通过古墓里的钱币来判断古墓的年代，你说神不神奇呀?可见钱币蕴含的知识还真是很丰富的呀。最后我们大家还进行了印古币的游戏，我们都觉得很稀奇，也觉得很好玩。

通过这次活动我们不但第一次认识、接触到古钱币，进行了好玩的印古钱币游戏，还学到了很多关于钱币的相关知识，真是收获颇丰呀!

星期一下午，我校特地请来我们的陈校长，为我们上了一节生动有趣的法制教育课，我们可谓是受益匪浅。

在我们身边，一些同学总是犯错，屡教不改。认为：自己不是杀人放火，小错怕什么。俗话说得好：“小时偷针，大时偷金。”从小就没有养成良好的习惯和良好的法律纪律意识，随意损坏公物，打人，骂人，甚至偷窃等。不能及时改正缺点，那些恶习将会根深蒂固，变得越来越严重，最后就走上了犯罪的道路。

犯罪，一关就是几年、几十年，甚至把一生都毁了。人最宝贵的就是生命，生命很美好，要是在那个阴森又潮湿的监牢里度过，多少美好光阴被浪费。不仅自己的心里会留下一个伤疤，还会连累父母担心。

The goal of my life is living a simple happy and healthy life.

What I want is a simple life not a complicated one.Because what my job or career offers me are difficult issues which I must handle them properly, and sometimes they are so boring and tedious,but I have to do.So after a days work, I want to have a break and do some things which would provide me happiness and a harmonious life. 这一天，学校来了一位老师——陈教授，来给我们做关于青春期的讲座。这堂讲座让我印象深刻。

陈教授首先给我们介绍了青春期的主要症状，有睾丸发育，腋下长出较长的汗毛，还有一种，也是最明显的，长出喉咙结，并且变声。

青春期一般在13—20岁之间。在这段时间，男生不可以去桑拿。并且保护好自己的生殖器。在变声期，我们要保护好嗓子，少说话，让嗓子休息。不可以喝太凉或过热的水。切记，不能大喊大叫。

在青春期时，我们会有一些心理变化。如冲动，独立，依赖三种。当你在专注干一件事时，父母来说一下你，你会感到很烦甚至发脾气（有点像更年期）这就是冲动性。有些事情，你感觉不用父母管，自己可以做主、解决。这就是独立性。

我们要保护自己的睾丸，不能太过高温。因为高温会把精子烧死。而且尽量不要让睾丸受到猛烈撞击，不然，也会因高温杀死精子。

这一次讲座，让我受益匪浅。随着我们慢慢进入青春期，也会变得懂事（当然，智商也会提高）。让我们共同成长，共同度过青春期！
