在民法典里，处处充满着温情，处处体现着正义，伟大意义诸多，人间冷暖也有体现。

比如，禁止放高利贷借款的利率不得违反国家有关规定。借款合同对支付利息没有约定的，视为没有利息。借款合同对支付利息约定不明确的，当事人不能达成补充协议的。按照当地或者当事人的交易方式，交易习惯市场利率等因素确定利息。自然人之间借款的事为没有利息。

婚姻更加牢固，自婚姻登记机关收到离婚登记申请之日起30日内，任何一方不愿意离婚的，可以向婚姻登记机关撤回婚姻登记申请。前款规定期间届满后30日内，双方应亲自到婚姻登记机关申请发给离婚证。未申请的，视为撤回离婚登记申请。设置离婚冷静期，为了自愿离婚的当事人在登记离婚中设置适当的时间门槛。促进当事人冷静思考，妥善抉择，既能够保证当事人的离婚自由。又能够保障双方当事人做出正确抉择，保护好未成年子女的利益。

禁止从建筑物中抛掷物品，从建筑物中抛掷物品或者从建筑物上坠落的物品。造成他人损害的，由侵权人依法承担侵权责任。经调查"target="_blank">调查难以确定具体侵权人的，除能够证明自己不是侵权人的以外，有可能加害的建筑物使用人。给予赔偿，可能加害的建筑物使用人补偿后，有权向侵权人追偿。

自己借的钱自己还。民法典草案吸收了现行司法解释的有效做法，规定夫妻共同债务需要夫妻双方共同签字或者夫妻一方事后追认等。或者夫妻一方以个人的名义为家庭日常生活所需要负担的债务，否则不予认定。

以上种.种，都体现着民法典的温情，体现着保障公民从摇篮到坟墓的法治思想，在我国，甚至世界民法史上都有着重大意义。

My hometown is beautiful place It stands near a wide river at the foot of

low green hills. It has many tall buildings and wide streets. There are trees

张老师绘声绘色的讲了许多感人的故事，顿时我情不自禁的想起我妈妈平日里对我点点滴滴的关心以及无私的爱，通过这次的讲座让我受益匪浅，明白了我们的生命是来之不易的，而这来之不易的生命是妈妈悉心呵护和没日没夜的付出才能让我们的小生命健康成长，从现在开始，我想让我的生日改成对妈妈的感恩日，我想对爸爸妈妈说您们幸苦了，我会永远爱您们……

今天我们听了一个关于青春期的讲座。这个讲座是由陈教授带来的。题目很新颖叫做《男生的悄悄话》。ppt分为三个部分。第一个部分是男声之门。陈教授首先跟我们说了什么是青春期？青春期就是从儿童期过渡到成年期的，一个步骤。由幼稚期到成熟期，一般人是10到20岁。青春期有一些变化，比如胡须和阴毛阴茎生长、喉结和睾丸发育。睾丸是一个生殖器官，用来产生精子。精液就是由睾丸再到输精管再到精囊和前列腺再到尿道。陈教授还说了什么是遗精。遗精，就是进入春春期后，睡觉后自然排出，是正常的一种现象，没有偶然没有危害，不会像别人说的那样一滴精十滴血。如果不频繁的话，就没有危害。，第二个是生理保健。主要就是清洗生殖器，不去桑拿。二是包皮过长，要做手术。三是保护外生殖器。外生殖器被碰的时候会自我保护缩进小腹里，这时应该强迫患者站起来蹦跳，强迫它归位。然后再送往医院，由医生调查。四是已经处理，就用一条小毛巾擦干就可以。五是正确认识手淫，不好奇开始克服，不关注不刺激，不压抑，不自责。接着，又说了喉结有喉结变声时该怎么办？一是少说话，多休息嗓子。二是，多吃鱼豆水果等富含维生素的，然后多饮水，不吃辛辣。三是保持良好的生活习惯。陈教授还说，在青春期会有一些心理变化，比如情绪波动，自制性冲动性矛盾，独立性依赖性矛盾，暴力焦虑症强迫症。我们要跟他说拜拜的话，第一是学习心理健康，第二是养成平常心，第三式，不要对谁抱有期望，第四是不跟同学攀比，第五是积极参加体育运动，第六是冷静处理事情。

于丹老师在讲座中主要是强调我们中小学生在完成必修课的同时，还要懂得孝敬父母，尊敬老师，关心他人，让每一个中小学生德、智、体全面发展。

于丹老师首先谈到“孝”。百善孝为先，孝是中华文化传统提倡的行为，一般表现为孝顺，孝敬。要对生活充满感恩的心，感谢父母，尊敬老师。孝不但是外在要求，也是内在的一种责任。

然后谈到“仁”。仁就是要学会怎样处理两者的关系，要充满爱心，和善待人。《三字经》里说道：“人之初，性本善。性相近，习相远。”意思是说，人在刚刚出生时，本性都是善良的，性情也很相近，但随着各自生存环境的变化，每个人的习性就会产生差异。教育孩子要与人和睦相处，懂得一个人的痛苦，由两个人分担，痛苦就减少一半，相反，一个人的快乐，两个人分享，快乐就增加了一半，与人交往，多关爱他人，使自己健康，快乐的成长。

最后谈到“自立，自强，自信”。树立正确的人生观会直接决定人生的轨迹，孩子的成长不是填鸭式的灌输，知识固然重要，但更重要的是人的经验和悟性。不要墨守成规，按部就班，而是要在这个处处混沌喧嚣的社会中，学会发现其中的有效信息。

通过于丹老师讲的这堂课，让我明白了一个道理：学生最重要的并不是学习，学会做人才是排在第一位的，如果不会做人的话，就算学习成绩再好，也不是一个健全的人。

想想自己，有时爸爸妈妈督促我学习，我总嫌啰嗦，有时让我做一些力所能及的事，我总不情愿，想到这里，我不禁感到很内疚，爸爸妈妈为了我，不知操了多少心，受了多少累，我还不知道感恩，总惹他们生气，伤心，太不应该了。在这里，我想对爸妈说：“我错了，我以后要听你们的话，好好孝敬你们，好好报答你们的养育之恩!”

在以后的生活中，我要改掉以自我为中心的坏习惯，跟同学们一起快乐的学习，树立自己的远大目标，乐观，向上，积极进取，做一个优秀的合格人才。

于丹老师在人格教育中主要为我们强调了一点：在我们中小学生所要完成的必修课中，不仅仅是学习。我们还要懂得怎样自我控制一些不好的习惯，懂得孝敬父母，尊敬老师，懂得很好的处理一些人际关系与学习做一些简单的家务劳动等。看完这个讲座后，我的感触很深。这个讲座总共分四讲：一是树立目标；二是不听话，爱发脾气的正确引导；三是学会感恩；四是抵抗挫折。令我印象深刻的是第三讲与第四讲。

第三讲讲了家长如何教导孩子学会感恩，于丹教授讲了孔子的学生问孔子孝是什么？孔子只说了两个字“色难”。意思是千难万难都是要给父母一个好脸色看。所以，我们要学会感恩，学会感恩每一个人，没一个事物。有的人想感恩却不会感恩。我来说说，当别人帮你时，及时说“谢谢”。好好保护自己的身体对父母也是感恩。

第四讲讲了抵抗挫折的重要性。一次，于丹教授女儿的花篮破了，便嚎啕大哭。于丹教授把花篮用彩纸包起来，比原来的还好看。她女儿破涕而笑。我从中明白了道理：哭是最无能的表现。遇到挫折不要紧，可灰心丧气很可怕。要像蝉一样，是蜕变的开端。蜕变尽管十分疼痛，但可以换来飞翔、自由，挫折又何尝不是呢？

听了于丹老师说的孔子的一句“入则孝，出则悌，谨而信，泛爱众而亲仁，行有余力，则以学文”的话后，我才顿时恍然大悟：原来学习并不是最重要的，比学习更重要的还有许多我们需要学会做的事，而首当其冲排在第一位的，便是怎样做人。

做人其实也是一门学问，其中包括道德、礼仪等等。而我们学生除了要做好道德、礼仪方面的学习之外，还要在生活自理能力方面有所提高。一个人，就算学习再好，但却不能自己照顾自己的话，那么就算他四肢健全，也是一个废人。所以我们从小要帮爸爸妈妈分担一些家务，比如拖拖地，擦擦桌子，洗洗碗等，不要过多的让爸爸妈妈帮你干一些事情，要先自己学着试探性的先做，实在不会的话再让爸爸妈妈来帮忙。

于丹老师讲的这一堂课，让我明白了一个道理：在我们中小学生的必修课内，最重要的并不是学习，学会了怎样做人是排在第一位的，如果连这些都不会的话，就算学习成绩再好，也是一个不具备健全人格的人。

大人们常说，要想成才得先成人，所以，作为一名小学生，要成长为一名优秀的合格人才，需要学的很多很多，不只是学习，不是吗？

我以后要克服于丹教授对现代青少年的主要病症，做一个积极奋进的快乐的自己。

Mr. Louis is my Chinese teacher. She was of medium height, slender, with two eyebrows on her lanky face, a pair of squinting eyes, and a pair of pink glasses on her high nose, about thirty years old. 这次照相让我记忆深刻。走进摄影馆，迎接我的是一位和蔼可亲、朝气蓬勃的叔叔，他一见到我就露出了灿烂的笑容，我感到十分温馨。我们先来到草坪上拍外景，摄影叔叔不停地变换角度帮我拍摄，他一会儿蹲下来，一会儿跪下来。有时他索性躺在杂草丛中为我拍摄，这一举动很让我吃惊，因为叔叔衣衫整洁、年轻时尚。起来的时候，他的衣服上、头发上都粘了些杂草。我见状，连忙说：“叔叔，你的头发、衣服都脏了！”说着，我便顺手帮他捏掉了头发上的杂草。可是他随和地笑了笑，边拍衣服边说：“只要能拍出漂亮的照片，这点算得了什么？”我听了，心里不禁为他竖起了大拇指。

我们走呀走，来到了小溪边，摄影叔叔让我坐在小溪中间一块突兀的石头上，他在小溪边为我拍了好几张，便开始翻看照片，只见他皱起了眉头，微微摇着头，嘴里还在喃喃自语：“如果能在小溪中间拍，那就完美了。”话音刚落，只见他尝试着跨到小溪的对岸，可是好几次都失败了，但他还是不甘心，他最后找了一处最窄的地方，骑跨在小溪两侧，仿佛在开“一字叉”，他赶紧举起相机为我拍照。此时的小溪好像一位文静的少女缓缓地流动着，和我们配合默契。

时间慢慢过去，我们的外景拍摄很顺利。回到摄影馆，我换好衣服，重新梳妆打扮，进入了一间摄影房，开始拍摄内景。摄影叔叔早已在等候我了，他见我进屋，仔细打量了我一番，便滚给我一个轮胎，让我坐在上面，做各种各样的姿势，可能是高低角度很难掌握吧，我看见他叉开双腿，压低身子拍起来。就在这是，叔叔发现我的笑容有点僵，而此时他脚下的拖鞋也在打滑，于是，他趁势飞起一脚，脚上的鞋子便“嗖”地飞了出去，这一举动逗得我哈哈大笑。就在我开心的瞬间，他连忙捕捉了我热情奔放的笑容，把美丽的一刻留住了。我们在摄影房里更换着不同的道具，摄影叔叔也时时创造机会逗我，“咔嚓咔嚓”的摄影声夹杂着嬉笑声，愉快的拍摄结束了。

Are professional success and a fulfilling personal life mutually exclusive? Probably not, although it is more difficult today to achieve both.

Undeniably, todays professionals must work long hours to keep their heads above water, let alone to get ahead in life financially. This is especially true in Japan, where cost of living, coupled with corporate culture, compel professional males to all but abandon their families and literally to work themselves to death. While the situation here in the states may not be as critical, the two-income family is now the norm, not by choice but by necessity.

However, our societys professionals are taking steps to remedy the problem. First, they are inventing ways such as job sharing and telecommuting to ensure that personal life does not take a back seat to career. Second, they are setting priorities and living those hours outside the workplace to their fullest. In fact, professional success usually requires the same time-management skills that are useful to find time for family, hobbies, and recreation. One need only look at the recent American presidents-Clinton, Bush, Reagan and Carter- to see that it is possible to lead a balanced life which includes time for family, hobbies, and recreation, while immersed in a busy and successful career. Third, more professionals are changing careers to ones which allow for some degree of personal fulfillment and self-actualization. Besides, many professionals truly love their work and would do it without compensation, as a hobby. For them, professional and personal fulfillments are one and the same.
