Reasons for taking postgraduate exams:

First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens’ thoughts. What’s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters’ refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. 听了艾莫老师的课我感受很深，心里豁然开朗，恍然大悟。原来员工还可以做到这样的地步。如何做一个最好的员工，一个最有价值、最让老板放心的员工,这些我从来没想过。现在！就是听了课以后我反思自己，原来我还是不行，听了艾莫老师的课才发现我的漏洞是特别的多从没想过要做一个好员工，却又想多挣点钱，现在反思自己，不做一个号员工又怎么去挣更多的钱。就像在学校一样，不做一个好学生又怎么提高自己的成绩。你为公司付出多少公司同样也会回报你多少，关键在于你的价值，如何提高你的价值呢？首先要自信，相信自己能行坚信胜利就在前方，并系统的提升自己的能力。再相信自己的同时也要相信他人，最重要的是要相信我们的领导。即使领导的决定错了也要服从，也要执行，但是要提醒领导不要造成损失。

作为公司的员工，除了要相信别人还要让别人相信你。怎么能让别人相信你呢？重要的是沟通。沟通是窗口，沟通好才能把工作做好，在公司里沟通是团结一切的力量。看完艾莫老师的讲座做一个优秀的员工,我归纳若如下：

1:热爱珍惜自己的工作岗位。

2:个人的价值关，品德与公司的发展愿景保持一致。

4:用自己的生命与事业相结合，认同工作就是事业，在事业的生命中创造价值。

5:包揽以上，日常工作生活中，努力工作。认真学习。提升自我。用积极的心态面对任何事。

6:做到讲座中阐述的：1:制造问题不推卸。2发现问题不抱怨。3解决问题不居功。4防御问题不声谈。

7:爱上自己真爱的岗位，每天都要用正式上场的姿态拌好它。

8:不抗上，配合公司员工，坚持自我，突破现状，坚持到底。流人才的核心的素质是：当遇到问题和困难的时候，他们总是能够主动找到方法解决，而不是找借口回避责任，找理由为失败辩解。

艾莫讲座观后感（二）

最近一直观看世界华人>培训大师艾莫老师的《做最有用的好员工》讲座。艾莫老师用生动的案例和诙谐的语言，告诉我们企业需要什么样的员工，认清你是哪种类型的员工，怎样才能成为企业最有用的好员工，给我留下了深刻的印象，受益匪浅。我深深的意识到要想把自己打造成为一个优秀的员工，一个有价值的员工，一个有用的员工，实现你所有的职业的梦想。我觉得要从以下几个方面下功夫：

第一、具备良好的心态。在培训之后，我才知道我之前就一直存在着艾莫老师所说的错误心态，即法官心态和旁观者心态，我总是错误地认为我是在为老板或者上司工作，用这种观点来指导自己的工作，甚至来规划自己的职业生涯。其实，每个人要想把工作做好就要一直保持着积极心态，尤其在>挫折环境中更要积极，在工作中身怀谦卑之心，对成功充满敬畏，对未来充满渴望，怀有必胜的信心。然后客观的去看待工作。

第二、培养敬业精神。敬业就是努力工作，对待工作问题，用肩扛，用头顶，用生命的力量托起超过负荷的东西。吴子申的事例就是在告诉我们，敬业的员工，他们制造问题不推卸，发现问题不抱怨，解决问题不居功，防御问题不声张。人才有舞台才有价值，公司为我们提供发展的舞台，作为员工我们应当把公司当成是自己的家，把工作当成自己的事业。

第三、专业技能，是实现价值的硬实力。我们的行业是技术性行业，这就需要我们不断提升自己的专业知识。职场成功的心路历程就是要有一个梦想，有一个明确的目标，有一个最有效的计划，持续地行动，坚定的信念。不怕辛苦，不畏惧困难，不怕新的挑战，始终树立终身学习意识，不断的去提升自己。

第四、要摆正自己的位置，做好定位，做好自己的事情。成功没有彩排的机会，每一天你都要以正式上场的姿态扮好它。

第五、坚持做好每一件事情。要想成为有用的员工，就要放下你此时此刻背负的自以为重要的东西，有工作热情。当你决定做一个有用的人才时候，就要凡是全力以赴，全身心的投入工作，不放弃，不抛弃，坚定不移的朝着自己的奋斗目标前进。

最近，我观看了艾莫老师《做最有用的好员工》的讲座，看后使我深受启发。

如何才能成为最有用的好员工呢？答案是：为自己找到正确的职业定位，塑造好自己完美的职业品格，为企业创造最大的价值，争夺职场的冠军。

作为一名员工，只有把自己的价值充分发挥出来，并在企业的生产经营活动中得到体现，那么他就具备了成为最有用好员工的基础。对我们来说，要努力从以下几个方面做起：

第一，要有良好的心态。人的心态很重要，态度决定一切。现在，企业员工缺少的不是知识和技能，而是健康的心态。有良好的心态，人就会永远奋发向上。企业的发展为员工提供了工作的平台，员工要借助这个平台发挥好自己的作用，以良好的心态作为高效工作的基石，在工作中作出新的更大的贡献。

第二，要不断完善自己的品格。因为好的品格是员工间和谐工作的先决条件，人品是立身之本，人品决定产品。对于企业来说，如果没有一批人品优秀的员工，就不可能组建一支出色的团队。如果员工的人品欠佳，那团队间合作共事的难度就会加大。为此，好员工都会与身边的人和睦相处、互帮互助。只有处在和谐的环境中，员工才会提高工作效率，企业才会得到快速发展。

我是怎样炼成的听后感

八月三十日，对于我来说是个非常重要的日子，它是我迈入初中生活的第一天，也是我告别懵懂童年的第一天。

很荣幸我能参加董宏猷老师的讲座，进入报告厅，找好座位便坐下静听董老师端坐在大家面前回忆他是怎样一路迈过来的。

在老师的回忆中，最吸引人的亮点是那段充满童真、童趣的捉小老虎的经历。当时的老师还只是个天真的乡下孩子，不分青红皂白地就把一只看似小花猫的小老虎抱回家中藏了起来，结果招惹来了虎妈妈带领的虎群，无论人们怎么恐吓，虎群就是不肯离开，在这里我感受到了深深的母爱，它是固执的、无畏的、不屈的。虎袭危机解除后，老师却莫名其妙地连夜发高烧，怎么也不退烧。有人说是老师惹怒了山神（老虎），魂被叼走了，需要师母等夜晚去捉“猫”的地方把魂给喊回来。你们说，谁会想夜晚进深山老林啊！但是，母爱的力量又一次驱使母亲去行动了，不久后，老师竟然真的退烧了。听着老师生动的回忆，看着老师比划着当时的一景一物，我感受到了母爱的伟大与无畏，不止是人，老虎之间也存在着深厚的感情，它体现在母寻子上，也体现在母盼子康的心理上。就这件事，让我再一次感悟到亲情的伟大，亲情的可贵。

再后来，老师回忆起小学时光，当我得知当时的中国还和富强扯不上关系时，再想想一个三年级的学生渴望得到一本书，竟得卖力拉车挣小钱；想在炎炎夏日中解解渴，却又想省钱买书，只得喝洗杯子的水；为了捡一片西瓜皮给母亲吃，竟遭到他人歧视和同伴们的一顿毒打，心中不禁感到同情，却又因老师的遭遇打抱不平，同时又因老师为目标奋斗的坚定意念而震撼。

这节课，使我明白“家中必有爱”的道理，使得我懂得怎样向目标进发。董老师真不愧是孩子们的知音。在我看，只有过来人的作品才是亲身经历，才有真情实感，才会受得孩子们的喜爱和追捧啊！

看了于丹老师教育讲座，受益匪浅。人要懂得孝顺，还要仁爱。对于于丹老师的讲座，我知道父母与子女之间关系和人在社会、在生活中，所需要的准则。

我知道了，人从小到大，都要建立两两关系。多在人群中学习、娱乐，而不是信赖于网络，老在家里上网，不出去与同伴玩耍、交流，孩子要多动手，相信只要动手做，没有不成功的。要信赖于用双手实现梦想，实现未来。人从小要建立两两关系，多与同伴们在一起，不要老呆在家里。要与同伴互帮互助，经常聚在一起聊天、玩耍。 其次，做家长的，不要娇惯孩子。于丹老师讲了一个寓言故事。

从小有一个孩子，天天与大树玩耍。有一天，孩子愁眉苦脸，大树问：“孩子，你怎么了？怎么不高兴了？”孩子说：“别的同学都有玩具，各式各样。我也想要。”大树慈祥地说：“孩子，你别担心。你可以把我的果子全摘了，去卖钱。买你想要的东西。”孩子摘了全部的果子，买了想要的东西。时间一天天过去了。

有一天，孩子仍旧愁眉苦脸。大树问：“你怎么了？”孩子说：“我的同伴们都出去，去世界各地了，而我却没有。”大树说：“孩子，你可以把我的树根做成独木舟，去世界各地漂泊。”孩子把树根做成独木舟。孩子后来回来了，游玩了世界各地后，坐在大树旁，与大树一同看每天美丽的日出了。这个故事告诉我，这个大树就是父母，而这个小孩子就是我们孩子。孩子要什么，父母就给什么，使孩子享受了“衣来伸手，饭来张口”的待遇，而不是靠自己的劳动获取回报。

而且，父母的教育与孩子的成长也有关系，俗话说“子不教父之过”教育是一个起点、是一种鼓励。在人格中学会爱、学会尊敬。这样一个孩子，不论在社会、在生活中，都有一个成功的生活位置，在等着他的到来。

一个人，在社会的煎熬下，舒展个人的生命。这才是最完美的。 做人首先要孝，我觉得我在这方面做得很好。在爸爸或妈妈生病的情况下，送一杯温水、一杯热茶。足以表达女儿的孝心。其实，帮妈妈拿东西、洗几次衣袜，就表现出来。不用做得那么重大，只要从小事做起，从一点一滴做起，就会非同寻常。

于丹老师讲座点燃了我心灵的空间。让我懂得、理解人生中的酸、甜、苦、辣。懂得做人如何孝、顺。所以，人在这个世界上，在任何艰难困苦中，都不能低头，要舒展个人的生命，才是最完美的。 于丹老师的讲座让我懂得了很多道理。我非常感谢于丹老师的精彩演讲。
