在这阳光灿烂的夏天，带着阵阵火热的心情我参加并仔细聆听了由学校举行的大学生心理健康讲座，通过这次的心理知识健康讲座我受益匪浅。心理健康老师通过在学习、生活等几个方面为我们讲解大学生常见遇到的心理问题，告诉我们如何正确的面对压力并解决它。 第一、在学习上。首先，“理想的大学”同“现实的大学”之间的矛盾使我产生了深深的目标失落感。以前在我心中大学是一座充满诗情画意的殿堂，刚入大学时也十分兴奋、愉快。但兴奋和激动之后，却发现现实中的大学原来是如此的平淡、枯燥，“教室、宿舍、食堂”三点一线，日复一日无限循环。理想与现实的落差带来心理上的不平衡，引起心理冲突。其次，大学培养目标的“高”与“空”使我对目标难以把握，觉得很困惑和迷茫。大学的培养目标是培养德、智、体、美全面发展的高级人才，可我却感觉目标的内容比较空洞，目标的阶段性也不明确，我完全不知道如何按照目标来设计和规划自己。通过这次老师的答疑解惑，我了解了上大学的意义——实现自我的价值。我们每一个人都必须树立正确的价值观，努力奋斗当收获成功的时候我们会感到油然而生的成就感。

第二、在生活上。在当今社会，我们不能单靠被动地顺应环境，须主动地去适应环境，保持个人与环境之间的和谐。在处理理想与现实、自尊与自卑的心理矛盾上，这次的讲座让我能在全面认识自己的基础上，有针对性的学习、努力提高。因为之前的我性格上太过于执着近乎偏执，而且心里承受能力很差，面对挫折时往往不能正确解决它，只是采取消极的态度，在心理健康老师的指导下我避免了走向偏执型人格障碍的误区。现在的我慢慢的开始正视自己并且通过学习我掌握了一些人际交往的技巧。我知道良好有赖于相互的了解，相互了解有赖于彼此思想上的沟通。要学会有效聆听，做到耐心、虚心、会心，把握谈话技巧，吸引和抓住对方。我也克服了我的依赖心理。

第三、在爱情上。每个人对爱情都充满幻想，我也不例外，以为某个人是我的全世界，但是每个人都是独立的个体，我所以在爱情中常常流泪，几乎不知道面对日常生活中的各种问题，也许是习惯了依赖，失去的痛苦一直伴随着我。这次的讲座却从另一个的角度向我说明了爱情是一种相互独立相互尊重的关系，我们每一个人都应该学会坚强，就像致橡树中的我们要做两两棵肩并肩的树，而不是一个人是另一个的藤蔓。在对待爱情的态度上要有一颗真诚的心，那种“不在乎天长地久，只在乎曾经拥有”是一种不负责的爱情，爱情是神圣的，这种美好的情感值得我们每一个人慢慢回忆，而不是因为一时的寂寞才紧紧相拥，只是为了生理上的需要更是要人唾弃的。

最后，作为一位当代大学生，我们要明确身上肩负的责任，大学时光是美好的，在这样花一样的年华，面对着朝阳，树立远大的理想，并不懈奋斗，面对压力和挫折，积极地解决，不抛弃，不放弃，我相信，我们的青春永垂不朽！

今天，我们小记者团来了两位大哥哥，我奇怪极了：“他们是来干什么的呢？”老爸告诉我，他们是萧山最有名的重点高中—萧中毕业的两位学霸，今天是特地来给我们讲学习方法和课外知识的。

开始了，两位大哥哥先各自介绍自己，一个瘦瘦高高的大哥哥说：“大家好，我叫韩潇。”一个长相温和的大哥哥说：“我叫翁文新。”在他们作了一个简单的开场白之后，我们就认识他们了。

首先，他们教我们在遥远的亚马逊森林里该如何跟原始人打招呼，韩潇大哥哥先给我们做示范：第一步，说几句话。话音刚落，他俩就叽哩呱啦地说了一通我们听不懂的“火星语言”。第二步，拍拍肚子，我奇怪了，拍肚子要干啥？难道表示肚子饿了？他接下去的话才让我恍然大悟：“这就是表示你晚餐吃饱了。”哦，原来如此。

接下来，翁文新哥哥又给我们讲语文和数学的学习方法。他说“学语文最好有一个笔记本，在上课的时候要认真记笔记。课后要经常复习老师讲的重点，并且还要多看经典名著，可以帮我们积累词汇，对写作文有帮助。接着他又说：“学数学一定要有错题本，用来记录错题。每次考试错了题，不要糊里糊涂地把答案直接抄上去，一定要弄清楚原因再改，改完将原题抄到错题本上，不要直接写答案，过段时间再拿出来重新做一遍。只有这样才能温故而知新。”想想我平时，我对他的方法佩服得五体投地。

讲座结束了，我在心中默默地想：“我一定会把他们的学习方法活学活用，争取有一天也能取得像他们那样的好成绩。”

Whether students of Grade Nine should take after-school activity or not cause the attention of many teachers, students and parents attention. They say colorful after-school activities can help the students reduce their study pressure. And at the same time it can make them be strong and heathy. Some people dont agree because they think its a waste of time to take part in it and students may get tired easily which will influent their study.

谈起民法典，勾起了我遥远的记忆，早在2002年至2005年期间，我在华东政法大学，当时叫华东政法学院，读本科的时候，大一至大三学习了民法总则、人身权法、合同法、债权法、婚姻家庭法、知识产权法等十几二十个课时的民事法律。可以选择的老师有好几个，由于当时我选择的授课老师是德国的博士毕业，他课上不讲课本，不讲我国当时现行各种民法法条，只讲当时正在编纂过程中的《民法典草案》，同时对照德国民法典比较分析。给我印象最深的是，他这种教学方法虽然对司法考试和期末考试没有用处，但是向我们灌输了源自以德国为代表的大陆法系的法治理念，奠定了坚实的法律基础。

2002年12月，第九届全国人大常委会第三十一次会议审议民法草案。之后，由于物权法尚未制定，加之对民法草案认识分歧较大等原因，民法草案最终被搁置下来。2014年11月，党的十八届四中全会明确提出编纂民法典。2015年3月，全国人大常委会法制工作委员会启动民法典编纂工作，开始着手第一步民法总则制定工作。2016年3月4日，十二届全国人大四次会议副秘书长、发言人傅莹在新闻发布会上表示，民法典编纂工作已经启动，从做法上分两步走，第一步是制定民法总则，第二步是全面整合民事法律。

2016年6月，十二届全国人大常委会第二十一次会议初次审议了民法总则草案，标志着民法典编纂工作进入立法程序。2017年3月15日，《中华人民共和国民法总则》由中华人民共和国第十二届全国人民代表大会第五次会议通过，自2017年10月1日起施行。2018年8月27日，民法典各分编草案提请第十三届全国人大常委会第五次会议审议，不再保留计划生育的有关内容，新增离婚冷静期。

2020年5月28日，十三届全国人大三次会议表决通过了《中华人民共和国民法典》。自2021年1月1日起施行。

十多年来，以梁慧星等法学专家为首的团队一直在为编纂民法典工作着，可以说，中国民法典的正式颁布，圆了多少代法学学者、法学专家的梦，这其中也包括我大学本科的老师。

首先要说一点，纵观历史，每一部民法典的出台，都承载着决策者或者当权者巨大的政治抱负。其次，民法典中蕴含或体现的思想，对社会产生的影响涉及面广而深。拿破仑法典倡导的“自由”、“博爱”无疑对社会的变革产生巨大的推动作用。从某种意义上说，拿破仑政治与军事上的作用或者影响，远不如一部拿破仑法典。再次，民法典作为基础性、体系化的法典，体现民法的基本精神;作为其他民事单行法的上位法，引领所有民事法律的发展方向。最后，民法典是对我国民法的一次全面梳理，将随着经济社会的发展，删除、修改现行法律中已经不再适合时代发展的规定，补充适应新形势的相应规定，更加适合我国当前的社会和国家的需要。另外，民法典将是开放的一部法典，也会为将来的新发展新情况预留一定的空间。

生命，是珍贵的，是无价的。我们能够领略山的雄伟，海的壮阔，是因为我们拥有生命;我们能够聆听风的细语，鸟的欢歌，是因为我们拥有生命;我们能够感受亲情的伟大，友情的温暖，爱情的美好，是因为我们拥有生命。生命，是如此美好，是我们最宝贵的财富。

但同时，生命又是无比脆弱的。20--年5月12日大地震，一瞬时，山崩地裂，家园损毁，生命消逝。熟悉而温暖的家园被撕裂成山般的废墟，天真烂漫的笑脸被夺去花一样的童年，鲜活的生命被那一瞬间把生与死分开，还有许许多多的梦想，被残忍无情地摧毁掩埋。在灾难面前，生命显得如此脆弱而不堪一击。

正因生命只有一次，我们才要倍加珍爱。而对于灾难，如果我们能进行有效的防范和保护，我想，生命或许会坚韧不少。

比如，对于地震，自20--年起，每年的5月12日被设为全国“防灾减灾日”。每年5月9日至15日为“防灾减灾日”宣传周。“防震减灾日”的设立，既是纪念四川汶川大地震故去的人们，也是提醒我们前事不忘、后事之师，增强全社会防震减灾意识。而当地震来临之时，我们千万要镇静。由于强烈振动只有几秒到几十秒钟，时间短促，所以应采用“就近避震”的方法。如果不幸被压在建筑物下，更要保持头脑清醒，尽量保存体力，延长生命。

对于火灾，我们平时应注意电器的使用和烟花爆竹的燃放，学习灭火器的使用方法，不应随意进行与火有关的游戏。处在陌生的环境时，留心疏散通道、安全出口及楼梯方位。一旦发生火灾，需要保持镇静，不能惊慌，利用周围一切可利用的条件逃生。如果身处浓烟之中，尽量采取低姿势爬行，头部尽量贴近地面。

当然，人的一生遇到大的灾难的几率是小的，我们更加要注意小的安全问题，提高防范意识，例如，不随意下河，下湖游泳;不要进入网吧,避免使学习受到影响,身心健康受到污染和受到人身伤害;要注意活动安全,特别是进行体育活动时要防止给自己和他人造成伤害。

然而，更为重要的是，我们要增强自己生命的“韧性”，要主动承担起生命的使命与苦难。有的同学因为学习，情感等方面的问题，便失去理性，心智大乱，伤害自己或他人，甚至令生命在最美好的时光中消逝，岂不令人扼腕叹息。因此，我们既要对外界防灾减灾，也要对内心的灾害进行防范。一旦出现问题，及时与老师，同学，家长沟通交流。

生命只有一次，我们要珍惜生命，要真实地活着，且活得尽可能地精彩。每一次风雨之后，都让心灵感受到生命的拔节。而生命一旦来到这个世界上，便负有严肃的使命，因此，我们要学会防灾减灾，珍爱生命，抓住生命中每一瞬间，用上苍赋予的生命，为自己，也为社会做出贡献!

其中给我印象最深的是于丹老师讲的那个故事：一个小男孩每天在一棵苹果树下天真的玩耍，摘果子、揪树叶、爬树干，有的时候发脾气还在树上乱刻乱画，但是大树从来都不生气，当孩子长成少年时，他突然不来了，当他再次出现在大树面前时，已是愁容满面，原来他的同学都拿着学费上很好的学校，买很多新玩具，而他却问大树能否给他，大树让他把它所有的果子都摘了卖掉，交了学费，买了新玩具，以后这个孩子每年都来摘果子，孩子长大了，树也老了，孩子还是不高兴，因为他的同学全都成了家，他连盖房子的钱都没有，大树又让他把树枝砍了，盖了一栋房子，娶了新娘。很明显这个孩子既没有孝心，又没有爱心，更不要说自立、自强了。

其实，我平时做的也不好，每次去吃肯德基，都是爸爸妈妈面带笑容的坐在那里看着我吃，自己从来都没舍得买一个尝尝每换一个季节，爸爸妈妈都没买新衣服，可我至少要买两套。平时妈妈总是问我吃饱了吗，穿暖了没有，而这些话我从来没有问过爸爸妈妈。另外我觉得现在我们确实知心朋友很少，在家上网、打游戏的超过一半。其实我们应该多出去走走，了解一下大自然，多结识一些新朋友。而且我们从小就应该多方面发展，相信自己的能力，并且树立远大的理想，为自己的理想而努力奋斗。通过于丹老师的讲解，我们应该学会感恩，努力使自己成为一个具有孝心、爱心，并且能够自立、自信、自强的好孩子。

今天下午第二节课，我们举行了消防讲座与消防疏散演习，消防讲座里的图片和视频到现在我都记着。

我们在教室里，开开电视，准备观看消防讲。给我们讲的是侯教管，候教管讲了火灾有哪些危害。然后，给我们看了一个视频，我看了觉得哪些人都很笨，图片上是一家超市着火了，有个人在挂衣服，就是没有发现大火，后来发现了。台子上正摆着灭火器，他就是不拿，拿着衣服到里面着火的的地方拿钱。后来，又来了几个人也没发现灭火器，直接冲到收钱的地方也来拿东西，他们都没有及时拿灭火器把火灭掉。对于他们灭火器就是个样品。然后侯教官给我们又讲怎样从汽车里逃出来，候教管说：“在汽车上面都有消防锤，用消防锤砸玻璃的四个角，玻璃就能掉，小孩、大人都可以砸掉。后来，又给我们讲了怎样使用灭火器，需要先把灭火器上面拉出来，如果摁住就拽不开了，让后把下面的管子拿出来，让后把手摁住前面，如果摁到中间就不会喷出来，然后，离火离一点五米到两米，喷到火的根，看见那有火就喷哪。

老师说完这一堂课了，我们就开始火灾疏散演戏了。

At my school, we had a charity sale last week

The charity sale was held on our school playground last Saturday morning.

We prepared many things which were made by hand in our spare time, such as

kites, model planes and so on. They looked very beautiful. We also brought old

toys and second-hand books to sell on the sale. At 8：30, the activity started.

Many students and teachers came to take part in it. Everyone chose their

favorite items and paid for them at a much lower price. In the end, the money we

made added up to over 2,000.

We sent the money to the community to help children who couldnt attend

school and the seniors who needed better care.

I had a wonderful experience. Im proud of what we have done. If everyone

makes a contribution to the charity, the world will become much better.

In my impression, I dont seem to have ever received a Christmas gift. But this year I have received several pieces of Christmas gifts, gifts received the moment, indescribably happy!

这是今年世界环保日的主题。讲座开始，老师卖了个关子，让我们看了个小视频：有一位男生早起跑步，随手将一个塑料瓶扔到路边，结果这个塑料瓶被一阵风吹进了一条河里，又顺着河漂进了大海，之后沉到了海底，慢慢变成了一颗微小的有毒微粒，被一只鱼吃进去，又被人捞上来，最后被当初扔塑料瓶的男生吃进去了。这个故事给了我们一个警告：自己随手丢掉的塑料瓶，终究会被自己吃回去！

现在我们用的东西，几乎全都有塑化剂，对人体伤害极大，身体如果长久这样摄入塑化剂，容易引发癌症。对男性的危害更大！会减少体内精子，重则引起睾丸癌。

与此同时，塑料也在危害着生物：科学家们发现一头抹香鲸的尸体，一解剖，发现里面有一张尼龙网，以及许多塑料袋，正是因为这些东西它才死亡！现在，越来越多的海洋生物因误食塑料而死亡。还有一位科学家解剖了一只信天翁，里面没有一点食物，只有几百多片塑料，看了实在让人痛心！

现在人们已经渐渐意识到塑料对我们的危害，而美国已经停止使用塑料袋，改为纸袋。其实，塑料可以再生，可做成包、围巾等物品，而且质量甚好！可笑的是：世界上只有30%的塑料被再生。

塑料是有毒有害的，为了保护我们的地球家园，我们应该怎么做呢？

第一，吃热东西时不要用塑料的东西盛。

第二，不要将装食物的塑料碗放进微波炉加热。

第三，多用纸袋，少用塑料袋。

最后，请不要将垃圾扔进海里，海可以给我们提供一半的氧气，所以要保护好它。

现在，请大家多用环保袋，少用塑料袋，不要乱扔垃圾，把塑料袋再生，做成好产品。塑战速决，你我一起努力！

Many classmates ask me about my plan for summer holiday. How I wish I could have a colorful and fruitful holiday, so I have decided to do a part-time job during the summer vacation. On the one hand, I can earn some pocket money by doing a part-time job. I can spend them freely, because they are earned by myself. shelter where the skiers find food, warmth, and rest. Their experiences of the day and their youthfulness easily draw these people together in happy fellowship.

Your letter clearly articulates all the major reasons children in Maywood will benefit from studying the Chinese language as part of their elementary school education. It provides invaluable support that will help making bilingual Chinese education a reality in Maywood public schools.

Although MCEA would like to see Palo Alto public schools implement the first bilingual Chinese kindergarten class in September of 2006, we have learned that the school district must take the time to understand how a new program will affect existing educational offerings, and to validate community interest. Nevertheless, MCEA, with more than 70 members, will continue to actively promote bilingual Chinese education in the Palo Alto public schools and will keep you apprised of the progress we make.

Fathers Day is a holiday to celebrate fatherhood and parenting by males,

celebration of Fathers Day was Mrs Sonora Smart Dodd, born in Creston,

Washington. Her father, the Civil War veteran William Jackson Smart, as a single

parent raised his six children in Spokane, Washington. She was inspired by Anna

Jarviss efforts to establish Mothers Day. Although she initially suggested

June 5, the anniversary of her fathers death, she did not provide the

organizers with enough time to make arrangements, and the celebration was

deferred to the third Sunday of June. The first Fathers Day was celebrated on

Unofficial support from such figures as William Jennings Bryan was

immediate and widespread. President Woodrow Wilson was personally feted by his

family in 1916. President Calvin Coolidge recommended it as a national holiday

in 1924. In 1966, President Lyndon Johnson made Fathers Day a holiday to be

celebrated on the third Sunday of June. The holiday was not officially

recognized until 1972, during the presidency of Richard Nixon.

我喊你：昂哥。

昂哥原名李子昂，比我大整整一轮——12年。二十老几的人了，一天不正经的钻林子拍鸟拍花拍豹子，还一个劲的拉我下水，让我进黔东南的一大片深山老林里和他一起拍参赛作品。我的嘴上说着不要，行动上却很积极，拿着他送我的徕卡4500微距镜头和一只Sony外加影友猬胄的一台“大炮筒”，坐着福特猛禽就进了山。

我是在16年在曲江南湖拍夕阳时碰见他的，准确来说是“撞”见，碰坏了他的镜头。他在等我妈救援时我的时候，翻我相机，提出用17张照片的版权换取一个镜头。那十七张照片是他的简历，他现在已经是《中国国家地理》的一个实习编辑了，于是，我也成了他的死党+知音。

黔东南的丘陵地带，当福特猛禽开不动的地方便是我们要拍摄的地方。“荒山野岭自有它的野性美”昂哥常常这么说。山不高，很多，一个山头接着另一个山头，阳光透过林荫落下来的斑驳，刚刚下过雨的云的层叠，二者交相辉映，像极了阳光落在云上，又顺着云洞流下来，滴在一大片一大片的树林上，惊起一大群的凫雁，我仿佛能听见它们起飞时树枝弹起的声音。

一只大鸟低低的掠过不高的山林，我快速的抓拍下来。取景恰到好处，这只大鸟正好飞过一个云洞，阳谷穿过翅膀和羽毛，散出道道金光。“是鵟，这种鸟在林子里不常见，你很幸运。”我对装红外摄影机拍豹子没有兴趣。恰好林子旁边有一对接骨木，很好看，可以作为照片的框架。景就更好取了，随便拍一张就是大片。但我还是认认真真的感光、焦距、光圈挨个调过去。

“该走了。”昂哥这样说。昂哥走了，去了青岛。这几张作品绝对够评委“喝一壶的”。当一个人从你身边悄然离去时，在你人生中只是短短的一瞬。就像云猫留下来的一幅倩影，亦不敢奢望那金丝般美丽的花纹多停留一会。他走了，留下来一个镜头，这是他送我的第三个镜头了。这个镜头适合拍光线，感光度极高，我用它拍下某一刻南湖的夕阳，时间在2018年7月的一个下午。
