Last autumn we took a trip to Qianshan by bus.It is about thirty miles from the city.We planned to put up in a hotel there in order to watch the sun rise the next morning.

Before daybreak,we reached the peak of the highest mountain after a hard groping and climbing in the dark.Unaware of the cold wind,we stood motionlessly,with our eyes fixing at the hr end of the east.Suddenly thin ravs of red hue spread across the sky.As the redness deepened,some mysterious clouds moved across thc sky,dividing heaven from the earth.Just at this moment,up from the brightening far east rose the sun.It was so red and yet so tender that we could gaze at it with naked eyes.and a slight applause from us.the amazed spectators,rang through the peak.Up,up it rose,adding to itself strength and glory at every step.It dazzled with vigour,driving away darkness,cold,and misery from the earth,and bring light,warmth,and happiness to men.

We were completely amazed at the wonder and the greatness of nature.We jumped and shouted like innocent children and we bathed in the first rays of the sun with the peak till it was time for our return.

Traditional Chinese culture is beginning to capture the attention of the world. This is true even as popular culture that has traditionally been considered Western begins to spread throughout China. 今天下午第一节课我们去了多功能厅，当然这不是去开会，而是去听讲座。

首先老师讲了我们这个年龄已进入了青春期，我们这个年龄可能会脾气暴躁、开始有主见，从而进入叛逆期。然而进入青春期的特征主要有：身高猛增、喉结突出、长阴毛、变声、长胡须等。

另外，老师还讲了我们早上起床可能会发现床上有一张“地图”。当然，这可不是尿，而是遗精，是一种正常现象。

更主要的是，我们这时候不能去做桑拿、泡热温泉、用烫水洗澡等。不然会杀死里面遗精子，可能导致将来不能生出小宝宝。所以我们睡觉时需要侧着睡而不要趴着睡，以免过度挤压睾丸。

还有老师讲了我们这个年龄也到了变声的阶段。而且在变声的时候，我们要多喝水，不能大喊大叫，更不能用手比着脖子打闹。因为要保护嗓子，我们还要多吃富有蛋白质的食物，比如鸡蛋、牛奶啦等等，而这个时候我们还可能会出现嗓子沙哑等状况（又称破锣嗓子），但这属于生理状态不是一种疾病。

The Spring Festival， Chinese New Year， the most important festival for all of us. 今天，庞老师给我们上了一堂关于《青春期生理卫生与健康保健》课。同学们听得很认真，课堂上都做了笔记。什么是青春期？青春期是由童年发育到成人的过渡时期。青春期分为：早期9-12岁，中期13-16岁，晚期16-18岁。我在想10岁了，现在进入了青春早期，个子也长高了，以前的衣服鞋子，也小了，这是很明显的成长。老师接着讲着，身体的变化，身体外形机能渐趋健全身体对疾病抵抗能力增强，月经形成。

注意全身保健。进入青春期，注意饮食，营养均衡，有足够时间休息，睡眠。适当参加运动，增强机体免疫力。注意保暖，避免受凉。提高警惕性，不要到偏僻地方，不与陌生人交留，不要招手搭便车，不去酒吧，歌舞厅。

进入青春期的情绪波动。容易赌气离家出走，衣着不暴露，不要独自跟愿意带路的陌生人走。应急要点：适时呼救，巧妙周旋，勇于抗争，尽量拖延时间，保存证据。

听了这堂课，让我收获很大，青春期如何保护自己，讲究个人卫生，不能赌气独自离家出走，不与陌生人随便搭话。

在讲座中，于丹导师首先讲了如何培养孝心，并举了感动中国人物田世国捐肾救母这个事例，让我们明白尽孝道是孩子人生中不可推卸的一种责任；紧接着，于丹导师又用一个“仁”字诠释了如何为人处世，让我们懂得孩子的成长除了学业，更需要阅历和人格；最后，她寄语孩子们要象干茶叶一样，寻找自己的方式升华自己，成全社会，创造未来。

观看完讲座，我们的心久久不能平静。如何进行孩子的人格教育，大师以她独特的思维，在不到一个小时的讲课里，为我们娓娓道来，并一语中的。想到我们的孩子龚蒋昊，我们觉得很惭愧。孩子从小到大，我们都是在用一种传统的方式教育他。在我们的思维里，孩子只要把学习成绩搞好就行了，别的事情我们可以代劳。于是，我们的孩子小小年纪就一头扎在书本里，由于我们的忽视，他不能很好地理解什么是孝道，他也不明白为人处世的道理，更缺乏与小朋友们充分沟通和交流的能力。这种过于简单的培养方式只会使我们的孩子在成长的道路上越来越偏离轨道，不能达到于丹老师所要求的学业与人格共成长。

上了初中，活动不比小学少，一次报社团，我果断选择了摄影，在那里学摄影，赏佳作。看着一张又一张的超清照片，我心里痒痒的。回到家，连求带保证终于说服妈妈同意用自己的压岁钱买了一架单反。这单反一进家门，还没放稳，便被我对着说明书，琢磨了好久。什么“自动挡”、“高速连拍”、“光圈大小”、“自动曝光”……要不是妈妈喊我做作业，我保证能研究一个下午。

千盼万盼，终于盼到了能用单反的时候了。校运动会时，我扛着宝贝单反，拍下了运动员一个又一个奋斗瞬间，一张又一张啦啦队加油助威的身影。这次篮球比赛，我再次带上单反，将镜头对准了奔跑、跳跃、奋斗的球员，调焦、聚焦、快门，一个个激动人心的进球时刻，被永久保存在我的相机中。

为了挤出时间去拍照，在双休日，我总把作业早早地高效完成，迫不及待地抓起单反，跑入自然，拍下春暖花开，拍下艳阳高照，拍下枫叶似火，拍下腊梅初绽……不知不觉中，摄影成了我忙碌生活中的一种调剂，成了我紧张学习中的放松形式。我相信，“摄影苗儿”终会成为参天大树。

有人说摄影是孤独的。但当你跋山涉水，去记录那一缕美好时；当你安静等待，拍下那一抹朝霞时。沉浸在朝阳中，拍摄青春最美、最动人的画面时，摄影，便不再孤独。

摄影，给我灵感和诗意，让我的学习生活充满了张力和色彩。行者无疆，摄影不息，我的摄影情结不停！

Our family enjoyed a wonderful New Years evening family dinner because it is seldom to get so many relatives to get together.My uncle,aunt and cousin,my best friend,came and had dinner with us.It took almost whole afternoon to prepare the dishes.Of course,that is a chance to show my mom and my aunts cooking skill.We also try to do something to help them,but,what we got was "going to play".It is happy for me to hear that rather than "go to do your homework".The evening dinner is so good,everyone enjoyed and aet overload to their stomach.So wonderful dinner,so wonderful new year.

Nowadays,more and more families choose to have the dinner on New Year’s Eve in restaurants.Though this choice doesn’t follow our tradition,I think it’s good and should be encouraged.

First,it’s obviously more convenient to do so.The process of preparing a home-made New Year’s Eve dinner is not only hard but also annoying.People have to buy food several days before the festival and spend a long time cooking all sorts of dishes.Now,just pick up the telephone and reserve a table.Everything will be well arranged by the restaurant.

Second,it still create a warm atmosphere by getting the family united,which is the true purpose of the dinner.In the restaurant,you celebrate the New Year and share your happiness with other families and usually can enjoy special performances or activities,organized by the owner of the restaurant.

To make a conclusion,having the dinner on New Year’s Eve outside shows a change in people’s thoughts on traditions and seems to be a wise,nice and exciting idea.

There is a trend that more and more families have their dinner on New Year’s Eve in the restaurant.Although it is more convenient,it doesn’t seem to be a pleasure thing for me.

Firstly,the restaurants are too crowded.Owing to this,we cannot talk freely.In addition,the sense of harmony cannot be felt by the family members.

Secondly,it may cost us a big sum of money which we can save by having the dinner in our own families.The whole family’s preparation for the dinner is also a process of enjoying according to my view.

In a word,it is not a good idea to have New Year’s Eve dinner in the restaurant.Home dinner makes a happy New Year.

This afternoon, when my father and mother were at home, I finished all the housework at home.

In the afternoon I returned home and began to help mom and dad do housework, from five at the beginning of the housework, busy until seven p.m., there are a lot of things, such as: middle sweeping, mopping the floor, garbage, laundry, folding clothes, flowers, clean the table and the glass and so on, I see table, ah!

Only five minutes, must do the housework, "jingle bell" the doorbell rang, I was a bit weird? Who is it? Or open the eye to see! It is mom and Dad! I hit the door said: "Mom and dad you wait a minute, right away, I gently shut the door" mom and dad felt it strange? What do the daughter at home? I quickly put the whole house clean, and hastened to open the door, mom and Dad had said: "my daughter, you really grow up, mom and dad can help reduce the burden." Thats good!
